Bought a high end mower with an extended warranty. Less than a year later with very little hours used on it we had problems with the motor. We called for service and a guy came out and supposedly fixed it. Nope it wasn’t fixed. Called the store manager Sam who helped us with warranty service company who were trying to say they wouldn’t cover the problem. Sam went out of her way to go to bat for us to help us get our mower fixed. She spent numerous hours on the phone on our behalf when she didn’t have to. She even personally accompanied an employee with a trailer to pick up our mower to take it to a mower service place to get it fixed. She didn’t have to do any of this but she did and got our problem resolved for us. We are very thankful for all her kindness to help us! Thank you thank you Sam! You are awesome!!

I had a heart attack today when my American Bully injured her head/ear and bled throughout our house. Kailey helped me out and gave me great recommendations on the best ointment to help her bleeding and pain and also helped me find a good cone to keep her from scratching it. She helped calm my nerves and was sooooo sweet and helpful when answering my questions or listening to me babble. This is the best location I have been to and I will be back again ❤️ Thank you Tractor Supply and thank you so much Kailey! My Bully girl is doing so much better now!

If I could I’d give zero stars. First time in this store, upon entering the store the two women at the counter just stared a hole through us no pleasant grin or anything friendly from them. One was an older lady with blondish hair in a ponytail and the other was a lady with her hair all over her head. Cool whatever they must hate their job at some point don’t we all 🤷🏽‍♀️. I bypassed the rudeness and went on my way to look for what I came for and to check out the much raved about farmhouse decor which lacked in the store and prices not shown. The customers were even rude and I came from east Tulsa 😂. So I grabbed some meds for my dog and went to checkout the first line I hoped in said closed ok cool so I went to the other line and got behind the rude customer I had encountered by the decorations. I literally stood there for 10 minutes and in that 10 mins I watched the older cashier greet all the men into the store with a smile and how are you today, so maybe she’s lonely and looking for a companion because as a woman she stared right through me 🤷🏽‍♀️. Still waiting on the rude customer and cashier to figure out how to scan a card and get carry out to help when the other line I had originally had been in looked me dead in the face and said I’m open and took everyone behind me so I said this store is not worth my money and set my items down grabbed my children and left!

The Army has moved me around a lot so I have been to a LOT of Tractor Supply stores. This is by far the most ate up dysfunctional store I have ever been to. Save time and money by buying your propane across the street at Wade’s RV.

Extremely racist and rude. I stood in line for over four minutes with workers standing there, holding a conversation right there in front of me and no one bothered to acknowledge or ask if I needed help after I decided to walk out did they want to acknowledge me but standing there right next to them, they just simply had a conversation, and then chose to ignore me and not help, extremely terrible store

it was amazing. i went to buy ducks and they helped me with everything i needed. i would recommend this store to anyone. i had called previous stores and they were all rude. but tractor supply is the place to go

Came in looking for a boot mat and they didn’t have it, though them not having them was not my issue. We walked up to 3 staff members that were standing near a counter and tried to ask for help, they were very condescending and didn’t even bother trying to help us out. They pointed in a general direction and said “it’s probably over there” and didn’t even bother to at least help us search. I definitely will not return to this location.

Never have any issues getting our feed here, but I do find it sad the way chicks are not taken care of when they are in the brooders in the store in the spring time. I get it they are chicks and cheapbirds but in my personal opinion, they should be treated a little better as they are a living animal.

Tried to purchase some propane but couldn't get anyone to come out of the store to fill my tank. I spoke to two employees but never got anyone to do it. I waited patiently for almost a half hour before I finally gave up and went somewhere else. That was irritating and I won't be shopping at this store again. South of Glenpool/Hwy 75 location.

My husband called asking if they had propane since they were having issues with it few days ago. He was told yes that they had propane. When he gets there, the employee who went out there to help him said that they didn’t have propane. My husband told her that he had called before going and was told that they did. Then the employees response was “ want me to shoot her “ 😡😡I called and made a complaint with the manager not because they didn’t have propane but of what the employee said! That’s absolutely unacceptable! Everything that is going on right now is very sad and scary. People shouldn’t be saying this kind of things especially to a costumer! 😡

So I been calling to check on chickens every day for the past week and annoying whoever answers the phone & today I actually got my chicks, like 15. I must say that the two people who had to deal with me were amazing. The lady who got the chick for us was incredibly patient even though we asked what breeds they had thousands of times and seemed happy to do so. The store was clean as af and they were cleaning up still, staff seemed to be working hard. I recommend this store for sure.

I love this store - the employees know their business well. One downside right now is that the pricing is skyrocketing on nearly everything. Especially metal hardware – chain, hooks, etc.

I love going in this store. But the paying out part is NOT a fun experience at all. You go to pay out, the cashiers are not at all friendly. And 99% of the time you have to ASK for a bag to put your items in. Even at that most of the time you are handed a bag to sack up your own purchase.!

I needed concrete, this seems to be the only place in the area. Fair prices, helpful employees. The girl who answered the phone quickly answered my questions. Was able to quickly pick up and get back to work without issues. The girl that had 5 bags of concrete already loaded on the cart when I pulled around back was very helpful.

Grandfather bought a chicken coop and told them he’d be back later to pick up come to find out they sold it again to somebody else before he could pick it up. So now they have to order another one. This is the second time this has happened. First time he bought a lawn mower and told them he would be back to pick it up come back to it was gone, sold it to somebody else when it was already paid for. Really irritated at this place.

Good selection of products. Poor customer service, 1 cashier, waited in line for 30 minutes, cashier called for a back up cashier, he finally showed up, 15 minutes later. Watch your prices, shelf says one thing, cashier rings up a different higher price !!

This location is my first experience with Tractor Supply Co®™ and if this is store is the worst at anything then provide me with the location of the best and I'll show you a real life leprechaun. It can't be done. Plus the restrooms here smell like you walked in a giant bag of Froot Loops. No joking

Well after buying my dog food there at 55lb a bag the kept the price witch is good but now they dropped it to 50lbs so now I have to spend more money to get the amount I need to get me through the month. That's why 3star but the staff is real helpful. Need help just ask. A lot of things I get there only last for the season then it quits and doesn't work when i pull it out again. Bought a tiller for my garden have had it for 3 years but only got to use it 1 year the year I bought it. Was so happy no more turning the ground with a shovel. Well not if you get it from tractor supply. Same thing happened to me with my chainsaw I used it the year I bought it next winter am going to Walmart to buy a chainsaw because tractor supply chainsaw quit on me. There items are good if your not wanting something that last. If the dog food price goes up mini bites I won't have a reason to go back

I come to this tractor supply all the time to get propane when I pulled up today I was greeted by porscha "I'm pretty sure she is the manager" as soon as I come up she tells me shes not filling up my propane because she filled out a report saying I stole propane from there which I did not she then began gripping out my husband saying she seen him on camera drive off and not pay. She told us she wouldn't fill up our propane until we paid for the other one she accused us of stealing. I pulled up my bank statement and found it on my phone where WE DID PAID. And magically she pulled up our receipt with NO PROBLEM. dont recommend going there. I know for sure I wont be and I have already contacted corporate about it all. Treated very poorly here. Going to take my money elsewhere.

Tractor Supply has my heart. We go there for sun sometimes. We buy our chicken feed and dog food and anything you need for your animals you can find here. A really good place for land owners, ranchers and everyone!

I like the large selection of pet food, clothing, it's just a good place to go when you want to just look at what they have. I also recommend buying dog food here so many choices and name brands and there less expensive than your mill of the run pet stores.
