Amazing rooms, quiet and comfortable rustic aesthetic with clean area.service was very kind and helpful.Loved being only a stone's throw from alabaster caverns, the view outside was amazing and loved watching the horses go about their business.Only disappointment was being unable to see much in the sky once it got dark, but picked a bad timeslot to go!Would return again if in the area.Nearby activities: Alabaster Caverns

Really beautiful rooms, scenery & location!!! Very quite & peaceful! Rooms & patios are decorated really nicely! Make sure to bring food & grilling supplies (they do have grills). And be prepared to enjoy the beautiful views! There are also horseshoes to play & they are pet friendly(big plus for us). Right next to Alabaster Caverns was a big plus!

Rented 2 rooms as we were coming for a quick trip to see the alabaster cavern. We had no idea there was nothing for 20 miles around so that was kind of a surprise, BUT it was nice.... because absolutely NOTHING was around for miles 🙂. The land was beautiful, the rooms were clean. Loved how there were doors on both sides. Great if your looking for some peace & quiet, just prepare for a beautiful drive to get to food.

Stunning location and large, spacious rooms. Surrounded by lush hills and canyons, The Stables Lodge is a hidden gem in western Oklahoma. I particularly loved the smell of cedar in the rooms from the unfinished wood trim. The hosts were lovely and the grounds were well kept. Rooms were very clean and that night sky was amazing. I am already looking forward to my next stay.

I loved staying at the stables. Very relaxing. Beautiful room accommodations with an obvious rustic flair. Stayed here while visiting Alabaster Cavern State Park & I attended the Selman Bat Watch 🦇. Would be a great place for families to stay. I stayed in the lodge part but there are single mobile homes available for rent if you want a kitchen. My room had microwave & fridge only. The area is pretty isolated so keep that in mind to bring your own food because there is no longer a restaurant on site. Beautiful western views from the porch including a couple of horses. Picnic tables & grills available for guests to use. I would stay here again 👍🏻

We stayed in one of the mobile homes. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place to stay. Very clean and comfortable

Beautiful rooms and location, comfortable beds, could almost throw a rock to alabaster caverns from the porch. I highly recommend. Their pictures do not do this place justice.
