The commissary is pretty nice. I absolutely hate the fact that the baggers work for tips. They actually kinda force it on you too. I went to the checkout and they started bagging my stuff and loaded it up in their special cart..n I paid and looked at the bagger... I said, "I dont need help", he then said "well, I work for tips, and you cant take this cart". I said, "ok, put them in another cart". He put them in the other cart and I left. Why should I feel bad? GET THOSE BAGGER OUT OF THERE. Or pay them. Sick of that.OkBye

It's aight. Love the price of meat compared to what you find around town! Sometimes they're completely out of stock of stuff, but that's not their fault. The cashiers are always helpful and friendly. Love how the manager has started to recognize my husband and me.

Fresh foods are more expensive than surrounding stores- produce very expensive and veggies look wilted. Our last shopping trip fruit and veggies food spoiled quickly...Fruit very high prices. For example a pack of 5 tomatoes over 7 dollars?! Bad enough sliced meats are more expensive than beef. Not as good as it use to be.

Best place to shop for groceries and cheaper than Walmart. They do add a small charge, so when you shop just put about 10 dollars extra on every 100 dollars you spend and your budget will be correct. Also if yout tax exempt do the same because no tax on products you purchase their.

Nice place. For the soldiers that have served and their families etc . It can get busy at times . Could use more cashiers at these times. Including a cashier at 8am . Edit, it has gone down hill . The store is not stocked like it use to be . They need to work harder on getting this place stocked. Too many outs now . Not enough vendors here . Shouldn't have to go down town to buy what you need because they are not keeping this store well stocked . This place is not what it use to be .. good luck trying to talk to a manager. They don't want to be bothered with complaints or comments.. the commissary let's people come inside around 9am . But doesn't open the registers until 930am

It was nice and clean. The employees were knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. And the prices were awesome. I found out they also take EBT or snap

Lots of selection, clean and neat store. The check out associates and the baggers seemed off task. Several were walking around yelling about who was covering breaks.

This grocery store is awesome! Clean, well stocked, and carries items you cannot get anywhere else. Has the largest produce section I have ever seen.

Amazing choices, with a very great selection of produce to purchase. Also the prices happen to be the best in town!

A very nice commissary that serve our American service men and women. However the effects of the economy is taking its toll on available food products. Many shelfs are bare. Not that they don't deserve the best. They defend our country and our precious freedoms. God bless our military

The self-checkout section does not allow markdown items. This is a limiting factor, as the small amount you save will be completely outweighed by the tip for volunteer baggers at the traditional checkout lanes.I would like to see this policy reconsidered, as the system definitely allows for the employee monitoring self-checkout to input the markdown items on the spot - very quickly and with no difficulty (I have seen it done at this same commissary in the past)

Do not buy produce here. It rots in 2 days. Bought some cut fruit, already bad. The pre made salad, black lettuce. If you're gonna charge the prices you do for produce you should probably make sure it's fresh.

The meat market is always recently stocked. The people who work in the market are super helpful! The product is constantly being refilled. The deli and sushi sections are always providing helpful service and delicious food.

The worst. They are just as expensive as Walmart and they charge you 5% to boot. Yes, I'm grateful there's no "tax", but the shelves are bare, the prices suck, and they need inventory in a huge way. Soldiers and their families deserve better.

Less produce and deals than there used to be. Found moldy items and cold cases seemed to be not working well.

Love shopping here!!! The deals they have are amazing, plenty of lines to choose from. Not too sure if anyone who reads/sees this review knows what a Publix is, but they have a spot at the deli where you can get sandwiches, hoagies, and paninis made fresh, which are AMAZING, in my opinion they are way better than other places. Also in the meat department, they have these packages called "Power Boxes" which for the price is amazing, you can get like 8lbs of ground beef, cubed steak, ribeye, chuck roast, and/or other meats, (chicken, pork, beef) from like $39-$90 depending on which box you choose and what is in the box, now if you buy the stuff individually it will run you almost double the price, we like to buy it and meal prep with it for the month. Definitely great deals at the commissary!!!!

Great selection and not bad prices. The only issue I have is that the baggers are extremely slow. Don't mind tipping them, but we should have the option to bag our own groceries.

Has just about everything we need in grocery department. Best meat source around. Evening visits are less crowded and usually restocked. Staff are nice. They still have baggers who carry out your groceries and load them for you!

FSC is on base. You must have a pass to get onto the base. A member or spouse of the U.S. army should be present when purchasing. FS Commissary was very clean, inviting, and overall a great place to shop at while living on base. It had all the things I needed at the time of purchase. Larger items can be purchased off-base.
