Last couple of years place has went to pot the place is never fully functional and is now nasty with people work there that make you want to leave before you get what want then they are removing product that sells well in the area and replacing with product you not want to eat along with people with a nasty attitude like the current manager thought when other manager went to different store then things get better but nope glad they built a dollar general in town has better selection and better class of people there . Will never set foot in this store again . My feelings about store should shut doors like in Grove and Miami

I have a cronic bad back. And I love the dollar store. But with out a wheelchair it's really hard. Two isle s om in alot of pain. I went to check out and I was hurting so bad. I ask the girl if she had a chair I could set in for a min. She kind of turned her nose up and said No. I told her I was in alot of pain . When I got my stuff on the checkout counter she took her time checking me out then she handed two bags to me and just looked at me. She turned around and started to talk to the other girl that works there. I couldn't believe it. I had to ask her to finish banging my stuff. She had to be stoned or something. I don't recommend to shop at this store till they respect the handicap people. Terri lee

The store is closing and it was supposed to be 30% off today but due too them not getting the update it was not.... The employees are still super nice, hope they are able to transfer too another store

The staff is extremely helpful and cheerful. They make you feel like they are glad you stopped in no matter who is working or how busy they are. And I am glad Fairland finally has a store that provides good options. I hate driving to Miami or Grove for one thing. Keep it up everybody!

I would give family dollar 5 stars if it weren't for the constant problem of mispriced items. On several occasions the sticker on the shelf says the price then you are at checkout and it's .25 to .45 cents higher than the shelf tag. I spoke with the manager about this problem a couple months ago and he said he was behind with the price tags. SO the people are very nice and they have a good supply of what you need. I will continue to shop here and address the issue as it comes up. Come down get what you need.

💯! Thank you to the super nice and helpful staff person who helped me today! It was a bit of a crisis for me, being far from home and not having a charging cable for my phone. It took her only about 2 seconds to grab exactly what I needed!

Family Dollar has a little of everything you need to get by, from groceries, to clothing, to some cleaning products, even pet supplies. They are open and you can shop without a lot of people and in the store at a time like bigger stores. Very nice at times like now.

The cashier Gloria, did an excellent job! She was friendly, speedy, and apologetic for my 10 minute wait in line. It's a shame that two mangers standing 5 feet away did not have the brains to open the other register that they were standing at to reduce wait time! Obviously looking at an order spreadsheet was more important than customer service! Thankfully, Gloria had awesome customer service! Maybe the mangers could take a class from Gloria!I hope the mangers from Sunday 9-25-2016 6:22 pm. take notice of Gloria and her ability to do her job well!

For a dollar store, prices seem a bit high, especially for the quality of merchandise they carry. Although it is nice if you need an item or two not having to drive to Grove or Miami.
