Why? because they are honest and up front with everything from beginning to end, yea I could have bought one closer but the excellent customer service and honesty that John and his team showed was outstanding, not to mention the price was great. If you want a great trailer and excellent customer service these are the folks you need to talk to.

We were traveling through Oklahoma when our TT developed a hairline crack on the steel wheel causing a flat. Talked to Wendell and he had the EXACT rim and squeezed us in. We were very impressed with this Company, very fair pricing and the customer service we received A+ Thank You Again !!!

Great customer service and selection, especially for today when everything is out of stock everywhere. Staff took the time to make sure I was set up right. They provided great information and explained options to keep the price down yet be safe on the road. I was amazed how quick they installed a brake controller on my truck even though the shop was backed up. Took less than 5 minutes to hook up the trailer and install the controller. Worth the 6 hours round trip to purchase from 4 state.

We received five-star service from 4 State Trailers! Driving back to California from a horse show in Kentucky my trailer (fortunately with no horse) blew a tire and broke a leaf spring on I-44 outside of Joplin, MO. We were lucky to be referred to 4 State and had the trailer towed to their location.First impressions matter, and the 4 Star sales yard is very tidy and filled with a large variety of utility and livestock trailers. The place was hopping, both with walk-ins and phone calls, but Myron and the team dealt with everyone in a pleasant manner and soon it was our turn. The parts shop, service area, and repair bays were neat as a pin and certainly a more professional appearance than any trailer place I've ever been in the past.Not only did the very polite and professional team at 4 State fix our immediate problem, they also safety checked our trailer and made recommendations about other issues of concern which they quickly took care of for us.Despite us being an emergency repair, they took their time to make us safe and road-worthy, and at a very fair cost. I felt great trust in this business throughout the interaction, and in fact am contemplating purchasing a new trailer through them because of the outstanding experience we had with everyone on the 4 State team.Recommended without hesitation for any of your trailer needs: new, used, repairs. solid advice. Worth the drive if you are anywhere in the 4 State area!

We bought a utility trailer from 4 states. It was certainly worth the 2.5 hr drive! The entire staff was very nice. They provided all the paperwork I'd need and helped me understand what was left to do after we paid. Showed us how to work the trailer, hook it up, etc. Great family business, you can count on them. The trailer is beautiful and tows like a dream! Thanks to Jon & Wendell in particular.

I have purchased two trailers here, and find this company to have a well run, exceptionally clean place to shop. The business is a family operation, and their integrity is above reproach. Although there were some issues with product producing companies, these people were very straight with me, and all concerns were resolved to my complete satisfaction. They know and operate on the "Golden Rule"It is my advice to avoid the big city dealers, and their blah blah sales lingo, and meet these folks. They are the best.

Had a great experience with the purchase of a Rice utility trailer a couple of months ago, today I had a B & W hitch installed. I ordered the hitch a week ago, scheduled the install for this morning. They got my truck into the service bay immediately and did a great install. While waiting in the showroom, I had time to talk with one of the owners and look over the showroom. This is not your average trailer dealer, the showroom, break room and even the men's room are all immaculate. The customer service was outstanding.

After our roadside assistance company (USAA) completely failed us and left us sitting on the highway in 90 degree heat for almost three hours, Myron went out of his way to come change our shredded tire. Then he took us back and in less than 20 minutes replaced all the other bad tires at his shop. We were so grateful for his assistance and would recommend his service to anyone who will listen.

I was a few hundred miles away from home fishing Grand Lake. My trailer hub went out, I called atleast 10 places around the lake who were unable to help. I expanded my search and made the trip to Fairland. John was extremely helpful and got me lined up with everything I needed to get back on the road for a very reasonable price! I found 4State Trailers online when I was having trouble locating a new quality livestock trailer in NWA. The website had up-to-date inventory, quality pics and descriptions which made the online portion of the search far easier and better than most other dealers. They carried exactly the brand (WW) and size (16ft) that I needed. They even carried multiple colors. Choosing between red and blue was the hardest decision we had to make (John was tie breaker for us). The price was more than fair for the quality of the product and better than other dealers I found in Arkansas. With the drive being an easy 1 1/2 hours from Fayetteville, the decision to buy from 4State was a no-brainer. We were hitched up and gone in 30-45 min and visiting with John and Marcus were probably the most pleasant part of trip. They’re good people!
