The staff has generally been really friendly, but overworked. Shelves are seldom faced/zoned, and there have been times when frozen food cases are simply put in the freezer, not opened. I don't blame the staff or store, it's a Dollar General thing. It's nice to have someplace close without having to drive to Checotah or Eufaula.

This dollar general is ok. They did decide to be open while locking the door behind customers so I DID NOT go in that day. That is weird. Lol Other than that and dollar generals need to have piles of freight in there already overly tiny aisles 🤣 it's an ok dollar general.

There was a lot of stuff in dollies that was not put away. I could barely get threw to other isles. In the back there were like 10 going into the backroom (where employees store boxes to restock) when I was trying to get some thing. When going to check out there was boxes like everywhere I could barely get to the checkout. There was barely anything on shelves. Didn't like how cluttered it was.

This store, at 418374 Texanna Rd, Eufaula, OK, is in desperate need of help and clean up! Isles are always filled with loaded stock carts making it very hard for people with mobility issues to get from isle to isle without having to go around, and the floors are always littered with trash and other items. We had a good manager some time back that kept everything in order, shelves stocked, and the store clean, but that has not been the case for well over a year now. Only ONE store employee present every time I have to go there, usually helpful and polite. I think it's time the CEO salary be cut to encourage more applicants to properly staff this store, and give them a better starting wage to incentivize a good working environment!

Since store has been remodeled there is a lot more choices. Management is not very friendly now and service is always slow. Will be finding a different store to shop. It's ashame because there aren't a lot of choices in this area. A friendly smile and courteous employees go a long way. Speed up check out time!!!

Store is always dirty, can barely get a cart down isles from boxes everywhere, today was the third time in a row I have stood in line 20 minutes before just putting my basket full down and leaving store, judging by all the other baskets sitting on floor and shelves I'm not the only one that has done it. Always only 1 register open no matter how far the line is around the corner and down the isle. Not spending a dime there again, its faster just to drive to town or another store.

This particular Dollar General location is usually very clean and orderly. But today the whole place was in disarray. The reason is after tomorrow they closed for 4 days for a complete store remodel. This was a good location to start with I am ready to see the remodel I know it will be great.

Manager owner needs to hire and pay their staff like they deserve. And if you're only going to work a couple people you could at least give them a pay raise since they are doing everything while customers are standing in line waiting. It's not their fault it's the one who bought the franchise

You guys really need to give that poor girl some help on the register. She was absolutely swamped yesterday, it took so long to get through the line. Your store is too busy and understaffed. The cashier is not to blame.

Usually not to bad, however this time there was only 1 cashier. 20 minutes to get 3 items is a little much. Also there is an excessive amount of trash surrounding the outside of the store.

This place is so helpful but so trashed all the time. Freight and empty boxes in the sales floor. Shelves empty. Only 2 employees working most times and they have to be at the registers. This place needs something like better management.

When this opened I thought a clean place to shop close to home. With the horror show that the Checotah D G was I was hoping that the Texanna Rd DG would be better. But alas it wasn't to be. Carts full of merchandise sitting in the aisles that are already filled with displays and other shoppers. Why can't the employees keep the store clean and safe? Maybe they need to hire more staff or a different management team.

There was a customer having issues with his gift card and the manager named Angie did nothing to help the girl at the register just walked away and there was like 10 people online and Angie could of help get the upset customer qith the gift card issue while the other employee took care of the line instead walked away like come on we people here on texanna depend on this dollar general and it suck that we know when we go it going to be a bad experience

It is getting more stocked every day since covid 19 began. They did have two checkers so the line cleared fairly easy.

Texanna store disorganized. Sugar was found in seasonal after wasting several minutes looking for it. Stock depleted as of 9/6/19. Employees friendly.
