I wouldn't even give the 1 star but I had to so I could leave a review. This store has gone downhill so much in the last 4 years. That it's unbelievable. The new employees have horrible work ethics. I never see them stocking that's why there is nothing on their shelves. Their hardly at their registers bc their usually outside smoking and we have to wait to be waited on. People walk out because of it. If I owned the store I'd terminate every single one of them except for Jo. As a matter of fact the owner should come down and take a look at what's really going on here and get it fixed so we can come back to our store instead of having drive to another one.

I had read about the market aspect maybe coming to North Tulsa, but until now hadn't seen one. This was around Eufala Oklahoma.

Store is always a mess and you never know how much you're gonna pay for any item. I've complained about their messes up pricing before and just get "nothing we can do about it" I called corporate and a regional manager was supposed to call me back and never did. I go here because there no where closer

Walked in early about 2 weeks ago, maybe one other customer in store. The two employees did not speak or make eye contact. The lady that checked out my 3 items was reading a magazine and eating chips as she checked me out!! Extremely rude and unfriendly atmosphere. I live in Shawnee and frequent their store# 03457 and it is different as night and day!!! Shawnee store goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful!!I never write out complaints but someone in management needs to know how terrible their Eufaula store is!!

It was early morning on Friday 06-10-22 should have taken pictures of the shelves they were empty at least 25 of them. I only seen 2 employees and they can’t put stuff up being 2.these stores worry about the money.They don’t really care about the customer. I will go to Walmart more often, at least I won’t have to stop 2 times to get my stuff . PS C E O of your company ! Just think of all the sell’s you lost this weekend.

I was at Longtown Dollar General and while the employees were nice, it took forever because there was only 1 line open for almost 20 customers. Finally another line was opened but it should have been done about 10 minutes before it was. There were carts of freight all over the place that needed stocked and items were out on shelves that were on the carts. Usually I have a good experience but today was horrible. Hopefully next time is better.

Despite the shortage of personnel, this is a great little go to. Reasonable prices & staff is always friendly. Like many other DGs I have visited, there are frequently boxes of stock waiting to be shelved in the aisles,so I've come to expect it. This makes me think that it's corporate,not managerial hiring issues. It helps to have patience in the checkout line since these type of stores have high turnover ---more than likely that new employee at the register will appreciate it stay on the job longer.

Location easy to access from highway 9, from lake areas. The store was not as well stocked as other stores, but was clean and the staff very friendly. Parking lot area was littered with some trash and cluttered up front so I did not give a five star rating but still a great place to shop.

This store is always clean and well stocked. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Out of all the locations I've visited, this is my absolute favorite! The other one right down the road closer to Eufaula is one I absolutely refuse to go into.

I like the market; it's super convenient. My only complaint is that they installed new registers but never have them open. There's always a long line at the only available register.

This is the cleanest DG (now DG market) I have been in. Seriously, everytime I come to Lake Eufaula I visit this store multiple times sometimes even multiple times in the same day. Its always clean and organized. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, too!

Nice little town this dollar general is located. The staff needs a little instruction in manners but all in all a good experience. Recommended if you're in the need for quick cheap items (if you don't mind the staff not being friendly)

Coolest Dollar General I've been to. They have a little bit of everything. General items, dry goods, frozen items, produce, and meats. Awesome idea! Especially, for smaller communities.

This was a great store. My visit was during the 4th of July holiday and the shelves were stocked and no totes all over the floor. I will drive a few extra miles to go back to this store. The employees were friendly and very helpful.

The dollar general in longtown has been a real help for me and my family. Going there to get some of our groceries saved us from having to drive into town.. for that forgotten item or item we run out of.... thank you Dollar General!

The manager Janine embarrassed my friend in front of the whole store. If all things coupon fraud. Like are you serious. Embarrassed my friend so badly that they left without the items that was paid for. Find people that can work right or shut this stupid idiot down. I will make sure everyone hears.about this!!!

Open up some registers for God's sake this is a tourist town weekends are busier clean the store fix the parking lot and hire people that can count. I have always liked DG but I can go else where.

Dollar General, in Long town is very friendly and clean. Not cluttered like the other store down by Eufaula, Oklahoma. Found all the decorations I wanted to repair an old Christmas wreath. Five star experience.

At 8ish this evening, I dealt with the slowest service due to the shorter, older, heavier lady cashier. She was talking to the customer in front of me of how she heard rumors she was slow & she said the manager should have the guts to say it to her face. Wow, I walked out with out buying anything and went to another store

This is a ok dollar general. This location is by the lake. This location is not the cleanest dollar general and a bit crowded. They have a nice staff and the basics that you need. They dont seem to stock their shelves as much as other locations do.

DG has updated their store in Longtown, Oklahoma to a DG Market. We love it!!! It’s always clean & they have good choice on vegetables & fruit & meat & dairy.(Example: fruit = apples, Pears, blueberries, strawberries, grapes & more.Vegg = carrots, sweet potatoes, potatoes, red onions, yellow onions, jalapeños, avocados & more.Meat = chicken breast & legs, ribeye steak thin, ham burger meat, stew meat, pork chops & more.Make a long story short!!! Dollar General in Eufaula ok is very run down dirty and shelf's and coolers not stocked properly I believe the problem is bad management they used to have a good manager but they've changed the one in longtown however it's an excellent Dollar general well-stocked very clean and I will be taking my business to that one highly recommended5 star rating
