Half the time the card reader doesn't work. So the server has to take it inside and do it themselves. When they return it doesn't allow you to put a tip. So the servers don't make their money unless the customer has cash (I rarely do)! It's been going on for years now. Fix your machines! It costs your employees their tips a lot of times.

This is a great place to eat when they take the time to get your order right. But mostly kids work there that sometimes dont care. Also if people order fries or onion rings put more than 2 pks of ketchup in the bag especially if more than one order. Mangum only has so many places to eat so if i am going to spend 30+ dollars to feed 2 people dont think its aking to much to get it right or not overcooked

Excellent sonic with consistantly good quality. I went not long ago and got a frozen bun, soggy fries and an awful coke but was told by a friend they switched management. I have gone once since this poor experience and it was better but still not as good as it was. Hopefully it's just a temporary adjustment period so for that I'm rating 4 stars instead of 5. I hope they improve as I love me some sonic and will definitely go there often if it's always good 🙂

I had never gone to sonic until I moved from Washington to Oklahoma, but man. This Sonic is great. I love the chicken burger and milkshake. My only complaint is I always ask for hot fudge topping my milkshake, and I don't know if they just aren't putting enough in or if it gets mixed in because they don't understand my instructions, but for future reference I want a lot of hot fudge on Top of my milkshake. So like a giant oreo flavored hot fudge Sundae. Otherwise, props for good food and a pretty awesome serving method. I officially love Sonic

Wife went in last night. Ordered 2 corn dogs, sorry we are out, ordered fish sandwich, sorry we are out, ordered cheese sticks, sorry we are out. Ok just let me order a medium blast, sorry our blast machine is broken. JESUS why don't you just shut the place down! Bet if she had ordered water would have been told " Uh sorry our faucets don't work." Damn I long for the days when we had a Dairy Queen.

Called in my order got there to pick it up tasted the fries they were old sent them back in and then my burger wasn't right. Harper comes out and ask me if I was the one who returned the fries I said yes they were old he said you ordered and waited 30 mins it was not 30 mins he was very rude and I ordered another burger he took the old one back in the sonic. NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT HELLO CORONAVIRUS. Very rude man.

Consistently WRONG. Every time we attempt to revisit our local Sonic, we find the same laxidasical care with our food order. Something is always wrong and the children operating this establishment are always, always prepared to make excuses and apologies but both are just a barrage of nonsense. To the owner...if you are turning a profit at all, imagine how it would improve with proper care given to your training, product knowledge and general pride in doing a good job. We are a growing community, not quite 20,000. My family makes up 6 of them. As we grow, can't we grow?

Excellent visit and service. Food was good! Everything fresh and the burgers were made with lots of LOVE!!! I live in OKC and sad to say but, Frederick's Sonic is way better then OKC......

I was pleased with service and friendly staff at this restaurant. This is one of only 2 major franchise restaurants in this town. As expected they provide just as good of service if not better then larger city. I would recommend this restaurant.

I ordered a cheese burger and I opened it to put some salt, to my dismay I seen a cockroach that was put on my cheese burger 🍔.I'll never forget this experience.Lost a paying customer.

Normally it's pretty good but my bun was burnt and yet the texture was like rubber so I just had to put it on normal bread when I got home.

Sometimes you win here, sometimes you don't.They are usually pretty good, occasionally you'll get a bad cook and food will be cold.I always tip my change to the carhops.

Sonic......wish California had more of them. At my home in Louisiana, can get their great tasting meals less than 2 miles in any direction. You don't like Sonic, you don't like hamburgers...

It is the icon for good fast food . It's The Sonic Drive Inn that speaks for itself. Very clean and organized. The Employees and Management are always friendly.

Food has always been good and fresh, but the last time I visited I kept having to repeat myself either cause the girl couldnt hear me or wasnt paying attention, but I was basically having to yell out my car window to place my order, which made it super awkward since people in the stalls next to me were looking at me strangely.

I love the drinks but sometimes when I go at night there a few customers and they take to long to serve one drink I cause because they are cleaning

We ordered a strawberry milkshake and a oreo cheesecake milkshake and both were very good with lots of ice cream and great customer service.
