Wendy did an awesome job with my schnauzer. It’s been almost a week and Zoe still smells like she just left the groomer. No cuts or clipper burns. Dropped her off at 8am and she was ready right before 11am!! She received s bandana. She was not stressed when I picked her up like she was at a previous groomer. Zoe is looking forward to getting her nails painted at the next visit. I would recommend Brass Poodle

The staff is friendly and nice, my complaint is not the customer service. I did not like the hair cut my pup received. The hair cut was so terrible, it reminds me of the reels where the pups look nothing like what was requested and they don’t resemble themselves. My boy is such a handsome boy with full thick fur, he naturally looks like a teddy. Now, he resembles a chihuahua. This is the second time utilizing their services, I was hoping the cut would improve after being more descriptive but unfortunately it appears as though they only do the one type of haircut. They did a good job with trimming the nails and cleaning the ears.

We loved the brass poodle while we lived in Enid! Kaylee always did so good with our terrier mix and our doodle. Friendly staff, and excellent service. We will miss them.

It was our first visit. We were able to get an appointment within days of calling, the pri e was reasonable, and the groomer was amazing. The only downside was the small area for several dogs resulting in a noisy atmosphere for our skittish pup.

They do a wonderful job, but they did a lot more than I realized for grooming. I just wanted a bath and brushed out but they did all this fancy stuff including cologne; which my dog hated because the smell was too strong. But they are really friendly and did a good job

Made appt, forgot date, called and they had cancelled my other pets appt. They assumed I had gone somewhere else. I received one phone call, but groomer did not leave message.

Always an issue with, "I messed this or that up" timeliness is never accurate.My wife's schnauzer cut never looks like a schnauzer cut.Too many excuses.

Groomer was great but there not open on weekends so after taking my dog here for awhile now ive got to find yet another groomer because there not open Saturdays not even half a day
