This store is a mess, they have products strung out everywhere, nothing is organized. There's lot of clothes and random stuff just thrown on the floor and stuff halfway hanging off of hangers. Clothes sizes are not in the right section and are completely disorganized. It seems like there are a lot of workers but I guess they aren't really focused on cleaning the place up

Store is fine other than they need to change their closing hours to when they actually close. Store says they close at 8pm I went at 730 to try on one pair of legging and was told fitting rooms close 30 min early it was 730 so I couldn’t try them on then they announce the store closes in 30 min please take all purchases up to the front so you really close 30 min early

I love the selection they have in the store. They always tend to have everything on the racks in the right place so when looking at my size I don't have to worry that it will be the wrong sizes. I recommend coming weekly so you can see the new selections before they sell out. They always have cute clothes which for the price is of great quality. I love the home decor selections and that is an area I have to stay away from if not I will leave with everything I see 🤣. My only complaint is the dressing rooms tend to be dirty and have trash on the floor but other than that it's an enjoyable experience.

KayDance (I think that’s how you spell it?), was very sweet!! She greeted me nicely and then told me she liked my top! I didn’t have my ID with me so I couldn’t sign up for a tj maxx card but I told her I never get approved and she told me different reasons why it may not be approving me, but she was very nice and gorgeous!! Thanks girllyy !

3 years ago I took my youngest granddaughter with me to tjMax I told her to pick out an outfit and I would buy it for her. Well now she loves this place and at the time she was only 3. Oh and she calls the store pjMax she's so cute and adorable and I love her

I have enjoyed shopping at this store for several years. Unfortunately, I bought a white linen shirt that after the first wash resulted in the buttons bleeding brown on both sides of shirt front placket. It was washed according to the instructions. Since it had been several weeks since purchase I no longer had the receipt. The store manager would not do anything to remedy the situation. This is a bad policy.

They have a really nice selection of things here. Nice handbags, shoes, beauty products galore, clothing, lingerie, jewelry and even household items. The prices are quite reasonable.You're certain to find something you need that you had no idea you even needed...or, like in my case, you may find several things that you had no idea you needed!

While shopping at TJ Maxx we presented a tweenager (who uses they/them pronouns) to the dressing room with a stack of clothes they wanted to try on. The fitting room attendant was friendly and welcomed my child to the fitting area with a “choose your room” mindset and I cannot tell you how happy and confident my child felt when they came out of the fitting room. Great experience! Thank you for making my child feel welcome and creating a space of inclusiveness.

We wanted to exchange a defective corn hole game received as a gift. They will not exchange defective merchandise that has been opened. You have to open the box and use once to see defect. Don’t buy any thing unless you open the box and inspect before leaving the store or better yet don’t shop there.

They have a wide variety of items but not a lot of each of them.... for example they may have 50 different purses but only maybe 2 of each. So, if you like something, better get it now, because it won't be there later.

I needed to find gloves for my teenage son to wear while running cross country. I couldn't find any men's gloves. Women's, children's and baby but not men's. I was happy to find some men's jogging pants and a nice medium weight coat for my son though. He likes it alot! My biggest gripe was when I came in the door and the girl says that they have a mask policy and offered me a mask. I couldn't hear her at first because she was wearing a mask, but after she repeated it, I told her "No, thank you" and went on in to shop.

Prices are not really discounted much on a lot of items, the mixer cup I was looking at was the same brand as the ones at Walmart, but it was 6 cents more expensive and a 16oz instead of a 20oz like Walmarts.

It's very disappointed in this t.j Maxx it's 100% different in California than it is here in Oklahoma. They do not have very good selection on tops or jeans. I have tried this place twice now and have had come out with the same result. They should have a buyer that buys clothes that are in style.

Went into this location to find a gift for my Mom. I've been in this store a few times and every time I have been I see the managers on their phones. I work retail and this is my biggest pet peeve. I know associates are not allowed to have their phones out but managers who are supposed to enforce the rules and lead by example are the ones who are the worst at following their own rules. This would not be acceptable at my place of work.

I really love this TJ Max. It is stocked well, has great prices and is clean. They carry plenty of beauty, kitchen and decor items. Definitely recommend.
