I don’t like to complain because everyone has bad days but this is the third time I have paid for extra chili on my foot long coney and barely get a smear on the bun. Can’t imagine what it looks like without extra chili! Had a big bag of onion rings but no ketchup! The one on Owen k Garriott west knows how to make them! I guess I will just drive across town if I want one next time! Very disappointed in the food. The servers are friendly and actually ran out and brought me my onion rings last time. No complaints there just a bit chintzy on the chili in the kitchen

How this place has 3 stars, I'll never know. Have you ever had an ENTIRE order made wrong? We did today. It was extraordinary how poorly everything was done. We ordered a Route 44 Vanilla Dr. Pepper and a Large Strawberry Root Beer (Basically, Dr. Pepper with one ingredient added and Root Beer with one ingredient). What we GOT was a Large Strawberry Dr. Pepper and a Route 44 Vanilla Root Beer.Ok, fine. Drinks aren't that big of a deal, but wow. I also ordered Chili Cheese tots and I got chili cheese FRIES instead. They don't even advertise chili cheese fries! They literally went out of their way to mess this up. On top of that, we get a cold corndog and soft pickle fries.Good lord. This place needs an exorcism or something.

I do love Sonic, please don't get me wrong! However, I normally ask for the light ice and my drinks and the other day I forgot to ask for light ice in my route 44 drink and I ended up getting 42 Oz of ice and very little drink. I was so disappointed I think I may have gotten seven or eight sips of drink and the rest was ice.

I usually don't have a problem with Sonic. I just wanted a pretzel and a cup of ice so I ordered in the app so I didn't have to pull my card out. I waited 13 minutes total. After about 8 or 9 minutes the screen said they were on the the way with my order. But I had to wait another 5 minutes just for my order to get to the car. I understand if they only have one car hop. But why can't the car hop take more than one order out at a time? I'm assuming you have to clear your board inside to show the customer their orders on the way. So why was my order cleared when I still had to wait another 5 minutes? This used to be my favorite place to go to. Not so sure anymore.

The wait is always extremely long, often they only have 1 car hop. If one person calling in cripples the entire restaurant, maybe management should schedule more people to work. I gave two instead of one star because what staff they do have is always friendly and doing their best.

So I ordered from the app and they didn't make the drink right and instead of making a new one they take the original drink back into the kitchen and Manager Said to add the other favor with a cup? Now my drink taste watered down it dont taste the same but i thought as an sanitation issue they bring back a new one i think im done here they are rude when i come to pick up my doordash orders and not all put together for a dasher this was my favorite sonic but they need all new crew.

I would've rated this 4 stars because the app didn't work and the website also didn't work to order ahead which was annoying, and that also caused us not to get drinks because we couldn't get them half off.. but, when I went there and ordered, the lady who brought our food out was super sweet! She gave us a coupon for the wait which actually wasn't terribly long since I wasn't in a hurry and then she complimented me and told me to have a nice day with a smile and it was just great.

Worst experience I’ve ever had!! Went to get shakes for my family and put in my order after they answered on the intercom and then it went dead and no one ever came back an repeated my order.. so I’m thinking they just forgot to give me total. 15 mins goes by nothing and then I hit the button they have no idea what’s going on sends someone out that is just as confused then finally gets me back in the intercom had to repeat my order 5 times. They brought out my 4 shakes no drink carrier was never asked!!! Got one of my shakes lid wasn’t on it an it dumped out in my car and all the girl could say was sorry and as I’m cleaning she trying to hand me my other shake!! Of course I was trying to clean up choc of all things..I get charged 17.00 bucks for that kind of service and then when I gave her money she said oh I’m sry I don’t have change (coins).. I would of thought a manager might come out with all the confusion but no one even tried to make it right!!! Will never go back and I’ve always gone to that location because it’s closer..

I just waited twenty minutes for my order. Watched the car hope take my order to the wrong car. Then she ran out to give them there correct order. Do not place food delivery orders here. Multiple times have had extremely long wait times, (20+) minutes AFTER the scheduled pick up time.Today was a single order of boneless wings and 2 orders of tots. Only other customers (the few that came through…) only had drinks.I’m no rocket scientist but, last I checked it shouldn’t take a fast food restaurant 20 mins to fry that up, especially when the order was called in. Not only should management remind their employees that Sonic PAYS these delivery services to send them orders, but we represent the CUSTOMER, and are ourselves potential customers. I will be sure to avoid this store in my personal and business dealings in the future.

It was 30 minutes before they closed, 10:31pm, only vehicle there, placed order through mobile app, and no food was ordered. Only 3 ice cream blast. Still took over 15 minutes. Carhop was friendly, and the order was correct, but speed of service is a big reason we choose sonic

Got a large snicker blast. Was so shocked at the size! And it's so yummy! Never going to the other place for a McFlurry again when I can have Sonic that is at least double the size and the soft serve is just as good if not better!
