I mean yeah deals are good but the store looks like a goodwill (in a bad way) alot of things are just everywhere. And many, many, many opened and destroyed packaging and items :/

This was my first time being in this Ross.The cashier's were friendly and the store was big and spacious and clean.I was very happy with the large selection of clothes, shoes and perfumes. The only thing hard about shopping at this Ross was making up my mind on what to buy, I had so many choices.I plan to make this my main go to store for my clothes, shoes, smell goods and house wares!!!

I usually find everything I need up here. If I'm looking for a cheap pair of headsets I know where to look. Most of the time they're decent these last ones I picked up didn't have microphone, so it makes it kind of difficult to talk to somebody. But all in all the sound quality is great they are EarSonics. And the clothes are really good for the price. I haven't found any holes or tears. The shoes again really great 20 to 30 bucks for a decent pair of shoes. I'm not into spending the 70 to 80 bucks on a pair of shoes when they just go bad within a year. The customer service is always great. If you got a question don't be there to answer it. If you haven't been into this Ross I would suggest you do go try.

Mainly a women's clothing store now. Very little for men, haven't found anything I've needed for years. No great toys. Calling it quits and not returning. Waste of time for men.

Bargains! Store could use better organization, cleaning and staffing. 4/10/21 Just wanted to add that either a new manager or new staffing has been implemented since my previous comment. The store has been organized, cleaner and you can actually find staff on the floor. 👍👍👍👍👍

Ross is AWESOME!!! Best selection and cleanest bathrooms in town! They sterilize them every hour! And in between every person... They care about their customers, and greet you at the door with a big smile and hand sanitizer!

I've only been in this place about half a dozen times, but it has always seemed very well organized, neat and clean, and with a friendly and helpful staff. If you're looking to dress well at a lower price, I think this is a pretty good place to shop. I mean they must be doing something right, or they wouldn't have so many stores around the country.

They need better inventory management or something. Shelves always look so bare. Other cities always have a good selection and I'm always able to find what I'm looking for. This location has had me walk out empty handed more than once. Thank goodness for TJMx down the street!

Walmarts entire stock of junior girls shirts was nothing but Christmas shirts, and I couldn't find a single t-shirt that my daughter could wear after Christmas! I walk into Ross and within 10 minutes I had found for shirts her size that she will absolutely love.And even with as busy as it was the counter staff make quick work of the line to get everybody rang up and out the door as quickly as can be

Not a big plus size selection like it used to be. Bathrooms were dirty and there wasn't any toilet paper in the stall my daughter used.

Every time I go here, I stand in line for way too long. Today I was buying ONE item. There was only one cashier helping a woman buying a cart full. Then two different employees went to the cash registers only to ignore me and walk away. I put the item down and walked out.

Found few things to purchase that they placed in garbage bags?? Not to thrilled with the crickets in the clothing jumping out as I tried to look .. Little kids tried to stomp on them as their mom looks away.. I got out fast.

Sometimes going here is like going on a scavenger hunt. It seems disorganized and messy to me. I suspect that this store carries seconds and past seasons' over stocks, but I have found some really good bargains here.This isn't a store where there are several sizes of each item. My granddaughter found shoes she liked, but they were sz 11 children's and she needed a 12. They didn't have the shoes in a 12, or in any other size besides 11. Still, if you find what you want in the size you want, you WILL save money.I saw a top at a shop in OKC that I liked, but I didn't really like it $70 worth. I was in Ross just seeing what they had, and ran across the same shirt for $13.99...and it was in my size! Finding bargains like that are fun to me.I would say that Ross will have exactly what you want, or they won't, but most likely you will find things that you didn't even know that you wanted or needed...and you'll save money!

Found some Nike shoes for a good price. I always buy my socks here, again, because of the good prices. I like the kitchen section because I always find a new gadget to buy and try. It's a bit understaffed, but what retail corporation is not these days?

Ross offers mid- to high-end clothes, shoes, housewares, and decor. Store selection is eclectic and dynamic, yet sketchy due to it being a discount store. They have a very nice selection of quality, trendy, plus size women's wear. Store personnel, seen mainly at checkout, are friendly and professional.

Would not recommend this stores to families and friends. Poor customer service, junks everywhere, they have a lot of associates but they don't pick up or organize as they put out items on the shelves. Rude associates included the manager and assist manager. All they do is stay in the office unless if they have visitors from the Corp they will out on the floor pretending they're working. Corp people need to go there without telling them or go as a undercover so they could see and know what the unsatisfied customers meant what they meant about this store in Enid.

Ross is a bargain store. If you like bargains definitely check this place out. They have lots of nice things, clothes, shoes, anything for the household. Before going to spend a lot of money on an item check this place out first. You wont regret it.

I dropped by with my Mom to shop for a dress, but they really don't have dresses suitable for an older woman. She's a petite, but the selection was limited. We also looked for shoes, but found a similarly limited selection. Just not the store for us to shop.

This store provides name brand apparel and super low prices. So, for those people who want to dress to impress, they can almost always find what they need here. They also have other items like furniture, name brand colognes and perfumes, sunglasses, electronics and electronic accessories at unheard of prices. Stop by and take a look. You're guaranteed to find something that you want or need herr.
