I think the only thing I don't like about PetSmart is the prices. Otherwise, I love the selection, quality, and being able to take my pets in to shop. The employees take interest in the pets they see and are helpful to pet parents. They also have multiple training programs for relatively decent prices. I intend to utilize them in the near future.

We purchased toy's, nail clippers and kitty scratcher Camper. Item's were easy to fine. Cashier gave us, coupon book. After gave voucher from ESPCA. Used couple on kitty camper. Great experience.

Love the animals and the female workers were very nice and helpful. The rude guy who helped me today, not letting me buy some betas for a family friend. You are rude, don't know much of animals, have very poor customer service and I'm happy my bird bit your finger 😂. You kinda deserved it. PS my animals are all healthy and happy.

I lost my dog with a very distinct description. I asked them if they could please notify me if came in. They said no they would not. Every other vet I contacted was glad to help. These people are obviously not in the business to care or help. Very disappointed that they could be so uncaring. Do not recommend them for any reason if this is all the better they can do

Place is clean. Workers are nice. It is the only place in enid to buy crickets for bearded Dragons.Prices are consistent with a specialty store, but they have their good buys.I totally recommend this place and am thankful they are here.

Very helpful employees, lots of information, sort of pricey but you can generally find the things that are pricey as off brand in other stores If you need to keep a budget.I would keep your eyes open because of the price gauging but for the most part pet wise, great place to get the pets.

Over all pleasant atmosphere and staff. Rows are clean and easy to locate items. Do have to say they are limited on in house pets for sale. My daughter LOVES the aquarium and fish she received for her birthday from here.

Very nice! We always love our trips here. It's fun to look at all the stuff and animals and I like how they keep it very clean. We got kennels here and a mat and they've worked pretty well so far.

I have been a customer of PS groomers for months the customer service I just incountered was very unprofessional. I was talked over treated disrespectful by who ever answered the phone at the store . I will no longer be using them for any of my pet needs . If you don't like your job change it . Don't take it out on your customers.

All of the employees are always great! Very helpful and friendly!! The low rating is due to the selection of fish and supplies continue to decrease. Also, several batches of feeder goldfish and ruby reds were sick and he lost overall about 25 to 30 fish over 4 separate batches. Plus the sick fish ended up giving my son's bass a parasite or infection as well. He lost his bass even after he spent lots of money on the feeder fish, lots of medications for treatment, additional bottle declor for all of the water changes, setting up an additional quarantine tank etc.It seems like the fish are better now as we just bought some neon tetras and Cory's. They seem fine. Maybe it was just the goldfish and Ruby Reds.

My husband and I had to return a crate, we usually love going here, but this evening the staff was beyond rude. Acted like it was such an inconvenience that we walked in. So might wanna tell your staff member Becky to be a bit more pleasant when she HAS to interact with customers. I didnt catch the name of the other woman working but she was just as unpleasant also. So we went to tractor supply across the road instead to get the crates we needed and their staff was amazing and made our encounter with bad staff worth it.

I was greeted with a smile immediately upon entering and was asked if I needed help finding anything specific. I was told 3 different locations where that item might be. Fast, friendly service and great products as well as people.

I visit this place regularly for fish and fish supplies. The staff is always so knowledgeable and you can tell they actually care about the animals they have. The other night the cashier Melissa was super sweet and made my night so much better.

I have always loved this location in Enid although wish it was bigger. I take my two dogs there to be groomed, and we had Macie and shebwas so amazing!!!! My dogs came home so soft and smelled amazing for over a week. They r still really soft, but I really wanted to praise Macie for what a wonderful job she does!!!!! Thank u for taking such wonderful care of my dogs!!!!

I was in Petsmart to purchase cat treats. I left to go 2 minutes down the road to a gas station and noticed I did not have my wallet. I searched everywhere in my car and I believe I left it in the small shopping cart that I returned with the other carts. I called Petsmart and was placed on hold. I believe it was the manager who answered the hold call. I asked her if she could go out to small shopping carts and see if my black wallet was in the cart. She stated that she could not do it right now as she and a cashier were the only 2 working. When I left Petsmart there was only 1 other person in the store and she was checking out. I needed to pick my granddaughter up at school but I drove back to Petsmart. My wallet was in the shopping cart and no customers in the store. Thank you so much for no customer service help with finding my wallet.

My mother and I went in to buy a pet bird for my little sisters birthday. We grabbed a cage that was big enough for one bird even two. (The cage had what birds were meant for it on the box) Then we asked to get a bird and she said the cage wasn’t right. She said we can’t make this sale. She wanted us to get a $170 cage made to hold 6 birds in all. When you had deformed birds, TONS OF DEAD FISH. Not professional place either. The worker was rude as well. We will NEVER go here again.
