The store employee was helpful, not much of a choice when it comes to ferret food and products but at least they don't sell them precious babies. I got a 5 lb. Bag of ferret food

Made an appointment to get my two noys groomed today.Brought them in at 12:15 and the groomer (Devon) said she would call when they were done. At 3, we werr finished with our shopping but they still hadn't called so we decided just to run by and see how much longer...she HADN'T EVEN STARTED on them yet. My husband asked her what was going on and her reply "we've just been busy". He told her if she was so busy that she hadn't started a 12:30 appt by 3 o'clock then she shouldn't have made it. He came out and told me he was going to get and we'd just start taking them somewhere else. Well, by the time he walked back in she had already bathed one of them, 2 or 3 minutes TOPS) he was wet and shaking and she charged us $10 for that soaking! Worst experience with a so called animal groomer EVER...goodbye Petsense, goodbye Devin

This rating has EVERYTHING to do with their groomer! Not only is he the only one in town who can manage to do my dog's nails (he is a pit bull, so very strong, and he hates his feet touched, so will resist with all his might) without much of a battle, he also recommend a great brush to get the mats out of our Eskie at home
