Park Avenue is a great place to pick up an array of items that have been recycled. It’s always clean and has a regular feel of a nice store. They have glassware, holiday items, clothing, shoes, books, pictures, bedding, furniture and novelty items. After an estate sale, one never knows what they’ll find has been donated. Park Avenue also gives back to the community.

I wish I could say it was a pleasant experience the other day, when I went. It was the worst customer service experience of my life. The tall, blonde lady was absolutely horrific and rude. I have NEVER been talked to like that by a sales clerk or anyone for that matter. The place smelled like a dispensary as well. I can easily say I won't shop nor drop of my goods as long as that woman works there.

This was great. I found some really good cheap stuff and they have a really good selection of things. Like clothes and books.

I enjoy shopping here but it seems like, they help the community but not the people buying stuff, you have to pay 20 dollars for delivery another 10 dollars to put in your house.the least they could do is put it in your house for you, instead of dropping it off outside.

I like thrift. I like thrift stores. This store is one of the best. Large selection and broad range of selections. Prices are a bit high because they want to support charities in the Enid area.

The store has lots of great items to chose from. The prices are good. The staff are friendly. We spent a long time in the store browsing, I was having trouble making up my mind on what to buy, too much to chose from that I wanted today!!!I plan to come back here often!!!

This place is very organized, if a bit oddly chosen layout. Everything is clearly marked with its price. The associates are really extremely helpful too. It was pretty busy when we went in, yet it still wasn't too noisy or packed. The prices are a bit higher than you would expect to see in a thrift store, but not unreasonable.

The atmosphere and temperature were comfortable. The merchandise selection was plenty and clean and organized but the customer service reps, cashiers and processors in the back all seemed like they would rather be somewhere else.. I went to the thrift to find a kitchen timer with my girlfriend and we found the perfect little green one but when we finally got up to the register the clerk took the item and refused to sell it to us (@ any price) and that was a major disappointment for us. Idk the circumstances that led to the timer having no price but I would have paid retail price for it and we did end up driving all the way out to Walmart for one. If employees don’t like being @ their job they should find a different one. YOLO ya know. Happiness is a choice

We were shopping for a suit for my husband for our daughter's wedding. Found one in the correct size minus the pants need hemmed, and even the right color. First place we stopped at. Once and done!

Park avenue is a terrible experience the management is belligerent and rude to both customer and employee the new floor manager is talking down on employees and disrespecting the customers it is sickening to see that management only cares about how much money they can squeeze out of the customer and over work and under pay their employees I strongly recommend that you take your business elsewhere

I travel quite a bit to shop different thrift shops in different states and this is one of my favorites. They have a great selection of name brand and mall brands. The pricing is great as well. The clothes on sale are very good prices. They have other misc items as well. I will be back.

Huge fan of thrift stores, so had to check Park Avenue Thrift out. Loved it, they have a huge space full is great stuff. Prices are fair, and they know what they have, so you're not going to get a bargain basement price on collectible things. Having said that, they have a great selection.

Terrible experience!!! HORRIBLE customer service. My 5 year old son found a big dragon plushy and the tag fell off, we found the tag and brought it up, after spending over $200 we were told they can’t sell it to us because they don’t know if I’m telling the truth that that tag went with that toy…the descriptive tag for the $7 toy my autistic son was so excited to have after shopping around for over an hour when I asked for the manager’s information to get in contact they refused to give me any information besides a first name. They whole interaction was snarky, short and just plain unprofessional, they had me leave my info but a very disappointing visit.

This is a great place to hunt for that special used find! In addition to a large selection of clothes, there are plenty of books, craft items, and toys. They constantly have marked down items as indicated by special colors of price tags. The stock is well organized, so it's fun to browse. It's my favorite thrift store in Enid.

Trying too hard to be a boutique. I was with a friend and browsed, but didn't buy anything.I saw 99cent Dollar Store figurines marked $2.99. Walmart brand t-shirts that probably cost $3. were priced about $3.99. Very outdated clothing items were marked higher just because they carried a certain label...nevermind that the item was 7-10 years plus old & out of style.I just didn't see how the prices here would help families in need because the prices on these donated items were close to the retail prices for new items in many cases. My friend said that occasionally this place does get some nice handbags donated, and sometimes the prices are decent.

Don't confuse this with the Park Avenue in New York City. They are totally different. But this is the best thrift shop in town. I don't know how many times I have been here with my daughter looking for bargains. It's amazing the same girl who wouldn't dream of buying anything less than the highest price dress in town as a teenager, now shops regularly at thrift stores. How ironic.

It's ok. I think some of the items are priced outrageously, I mean EVERYTHING it's donated and most people there are on a budget so why pay 8 dollars for a USED shirt when they are cheaper at most stores. And some of the staff are really rude! The place is clean and organized for the most part.

The best thrift store you'll find in Enid. Clean, good customer service and good variety. Some things can be pricier, but overall, good prices. Also, on Wednesday's there are certain tag colors that are an additional percentage off. They also do a customer rewards program.

This is a very good and cheap store to shop at. If you need anything they probably have exactly what you are looking for. The staff is very friendly and eager to help you locate anything and answer any questions. I love how the have large labels letting you know where toys men's clothing women's clothing ect. ect. is at. I would highly recommend anyone to this store any day of the week.

The prices are little high for donation stuff. But this place is lot cleaner and more organized than hope outreach. So we stop here most the time for cheaper stuff. The staff need to calm down some. The older lady is a little crazy.
