My break light went out and needed a new one. I went to Oreilly’s on Garriott here in Enid and Purchased my light there. I’m a young woman who doesn’t know anything about cars. Dad works out of town and he usually helps me with car troubles but needed it changed right away. While I visited that location I asked my cashier if he could change it for me. He told me it would take “too long” (25+) as he said and that he “couldn’t do it for me.” I really needed it changed so I decided to come to this location on Rock Island Blvd and was gladly helped as soon as I told them what happened at the other location. I wish I would have gotten the name of the lovely man who helped me. He changed it for me in no more than about 3 minutes or so. My experience here was absolutely amazing. Glad to know this location has great customer service, and employees willing to help with anything. I will be coming to this location for future purchases or any type of assistance I may need.

I had to purchase a new battery for my truck. The employees had one, already charged and put it in for me. They also suggested I replace the cables (the truck had its original ones and it is a 98), found the right ones in a few minutes, installed them for me and checked the alternator "just in case". I always find the parts I need, at decent pricing and the employees are terrific.

There's no other place in town I would get my automotive parts other than O'Reilly's great parts great warranty and a loaner tool program and always can get what I need when I need it.

O'Reilly's is a great auto parts store. I must be in this place at least once a month. Buying one thing or another. If it's not antifreeze, it's windshield wiper fluid if it's not motor oil, it's new brake pads. I am always needing something. But that's just the way cars are. You have to give them tender loving care, and O'Reilly's helps you do that.
