Nice sandwich shop chain. Plenty of options. Order at the counter, post your order number at your table, and they bring you your food. Sandwiched and salads are very good. Employees are very friendly and helpful and patient. There is a drive thru and delivery service. Plenty of parking in the lot out front. Clean bathrooms. Comfortable, clean restaurant. Somehow, it’s hard to make a sandwich in a place that mostly only serves sandwiches. They usually don’t put every ingredient requested, and the meat is always piled up in one spot, and it causes the whole sandwich to just fall apart/ veggies slip out. It’s really not that hard to properly layer everything down in a timely manner. Just thinking the management needs to do a better job with quality control. Especially if you’re paying $15-20 on something you could’ve have made at home. Not to mention, the people taking your order always seem like they’re in a rush and annoyed by any additions/specifications.

I love having a Mcalister's locally. I already loved the food because I used to work Mcalister's in Stillwater. My go-to is the ultimate nachos with a sweet lemonade tea with peach or black cherry. 😋

Always a pleasure to come eat here. The staff, The managers always provide the best possible.They do work hard and it comes out everytime fantastic the only way to have this kind of consistency is thru good teamwork. And this place gets very busy and its always great.If all restaraunts ran like this ....others take notes !Thank you Staff and managers for providing us with Xlnt food !!!!

I want to begin by saying that they more than redeemed themselves! I received the most compassionate email and note in the mail too!! Of course we will recommend this McAlister's to everyone! It is really refreshing to see some establishments still take such pride in customer service!We ordered for the family to take back to hotel where everyone was staying. They forgot to put in the salad dressing for two of the salads and we didn't have any eating utensils. The food was nice portion size but the salads were a bit disappointing w/o the dressing. I think the prices are on the high side. I love the menu and the tea is delicious and everyone who ordered sandwiches, enjoyed their sandwiches.

I ordered half sandwich and cup of soup. The country potato soup lacked flavor and creaminess. The big disappointment was the French dip sandwich which had so much tough, gristly beef that I had to remove most of it. I informed the wait staff, not asking for refund or replacement, and got no apology or question about how to make it better. The only reason I give them two stars is the young man who took the order was polite and helpful. If speed and mediocre food is what you want, they can provide.

Superb! Great food. Primarily a lunch place, at least for me, though I did stop by once for a light dinner, a Savannah Cobb salad, which was very tasty. I know they have these everywhere but I'd never eaten at one before my visit to Enid. Four times so far, and it wont be the last.

I usually try to order on the app to get points then pick up in the drive thru. However, if you have certain requests the app is unable to customize some items and you must call your order in. Frequently I don't get the extra dressing I order for my salad or the green onions left off of my potato soup. Overall it's a good meal at a mediocre price. Tea is always delicious! Absolutely love the pecanberry salad!! Definitely a favorite!!Parking: Always packed and parking is a hot commodity here during their busy times.

Went there for dinner. Great menu board and staff was helpful with ordering. I got a sandwich and my daughter got a salad. Both were fresh & tasty. The tea was good, as always. The place is always clean & presentable. If you want fresh salads & sandwiches this is a good choice for lunch and/or dinner.

Let me tell you... this was my first time in McAlister's and I love this place. They have a really nice menu to choose from that's reasonably priced. It's clean, staff are polite and attentive but not over powering. The 1/2 sandwich and soup was delicious!! We'll be going back the next time we're in town.

This is always a wonderful place to go and eat! The orange cranberry turkey club is my absolute favorite. (Had it served at my wedding!)Always friendly, fast to get your food to you, as well as a very clean dinning area.. It has been clean every time I have been in there. My only complaint is I can not get enough of their food!

This place is great, the amount of customers they served while we were there was astonishing. The place was bumping. But the way you order is in a very casual and orderly way, saving time getting through all the customers as quickly as possible. After you order, you pick a table and seat yourself and they bring your food out shortly. And the food is delicious! I would give this place two pregnant thumbs up because it checked all my craving boxes.

They were hopping on Sunday. Parking lot looked packed, but there was no wait inside. We Order four different items, and everybody in our party loved theirs. Servers were super attentive for refills. I enjoyed a cup of French onion soup with my sandwich. Perfect choice for the first really chilly day of Fall!

Food was ok tasting but on the small side. That being said with the size being small the price was probably a little to high. Plus who asks for a tip on a pickup meal? Cookie was good though
