Your typical Lowe’s location, except it seems larger and is definitely friendlier, employee/wise, than I have previously encountered. Wide aisles, fully stocked shelves, high ceilings and cavernous. Large garden center as well. They have everything; and a large selection of everything, too. Huge parking lot.

Worst Lowe's in US! Not even going to waste my time telling all the reasons on this short 20 minute, non productive, horrible customer service, check out and then inspection of my reciept and items from their OWN check out employee!, etc. Unless you live here and it's your only option, go somewhere else! You can't fix stupid.

Very difficult to get any kind of service. I was blown off and sent to multiple departments to get my lawnmower. Finally getting it home after the professional installation and it putters they left it outside in the rain and there’s already rust on my brand new machine clean house, lowes Enid , ,Oklahoma is a joke. Hopefully they open at Home Depot put you guys out of business

We recently ordered new windows for our entire house. An associate by the name of Kit helped us with our order. He was so great to work with. He made the experience way easier than I thought it would be! They arrived exactly when they estimated them to be ready. Red helped to load them up for us. He was super careful with the windows and did a great job of making all 8 windows (including a really large one) safely fit in our vehicles. Definitely A+ customer service from both of these gentlemen!!

Don’t bother shopping for anything from the Enid Lowe’s they won’t have what you need and it will have to come from Oklahoma City anyway. I ordered a new washer and dryer because they “stock very little in store now”. After the transaction was complete I was assured I would receive a call the night before confirming a delivery time (no call was ever received). However, I checked the Lowe’s app and it said they would be arriving between 4pm & 8pm which wasn’t a problem so I continued my plans for the day when I received a call at 2:00pm saying the delivery truck was 5 minutes away (this was an inconvenience but it wasn’t the delivery drivers fault the app was wrong). I accommodated the delivery company without complaint and the washer and dryer was delivered. Later we started doing our laundry and things were going well until they weren’t. The first load was washed and ready to be dried and upon start up the dryer is making a horrific grinding sound so I contact the store who offers little, to no assistance and they proceed to forward me over to XDT (the delivery company) XDT then tells me that it would be 2 days before an exchange could be made and then explained to me they will first pick up the defective dryer return it to the ware house and a new dryer delivery will be set up with a 2 day turn around period. It’s a complete and unnecessary burden on the customer a customer has paid thousands out of pocket just to be told that they will have to wait another 6 days for a replacement product, and arrange schedules for 2 more deliveries. I will never recommend the Enid Lowe’s for any product. Especially, if the said product has to be ordered!

My time is too valuable. When you make a $1K + purchase and set up delivery, the company should do what they say. When we had issues with a faulty washer they took it back. Then, I had to jump through hoops just to speak with someone about getting a new one delivered. The customer service is horrible. I’ve been a loyal Lowe’s customer for a long time and keep records of every purchase. They’ve gone way down hill. It all started during the covid plandemic when they started limiting military discounts to small purchases only. No discounts on appliances.Edit: The delivery guys brought the new washer to my daughter’s apartment and told her they were under time constraints and wouldn’t hook it up or test it. This is inexcusable. I paid for them to deliver and hook it up.

I waited in lumber dept for a good 10 mins. Asked my mother to stay put while I went to customer service desk to get some help Waited another 10 mins. Finally I bought the piece of plywood I wanted w/o being cut hoping it would fit in my vehicle. Unfortunately I didn't so I had to go back to customer service desk and get a refund. I wanted to fix my mother bookcase for her. I refuse to shop where people refuse to do their job.

Bought a refrigerator from Rick and Rudy in appliances. Super service and great attitude. Then we had to correct a financing issue which was a bit complex and Joey was fast efficient and quite good at fixing everything for us. Amazing experience. We are so grateful for the team at Lowes for making our refrigerator purchase smooth!!

The Lowes in Enid is on it with organization skills. And having the stuff on had that you need. Definitely saved me a 2 hour trip or waiting on 7 day snail mail for a Schluter drain adapter kit for a shower. The organization of the product is on point.

Went to Lowes yesterday to pick up a quick item. Went to check out & there was not 1 live checker in the store. I wanted to drop my item in the middle of the floor and walk out. Are they REALLY to the point that they can't pay checkers ? I wish Home Depot would come to Enid.Experience #2. This is probably a year from the above event. Went to the store to return a door sweep that wouldn't work on my door, and to buy some more supplies. Original packaging with receipt. Was told since it was over 90 days that it was non returnable. What the Hell difference does that make ? When I remodeled my house I bought most of my supplies from Lowe's. We have bought appliances for 2 homes from Lowe's. I have literally spent thousands of dollars there. This $11.88 cost Lowe's my business. I will never step foot in a Lowe's again. You don't treat customers like that !

We deliver to lots of Lowe's stores in a 4 state area, the receiving department and the Enid, OK location is hands down the best around! So nice and efficient!! Keep up the great work receiving team... y'all make our day great!!

Looking for an out of season item. Found Ronnie, a worker. He was so helpful. On the way to where he hoped the item was he asked a colleague if they still had some in stock.He found the item then began to explain how it was a best seller, how easy to attach the handle as it was almost completely assembled in the box. If I was not satisfied how easy the returns will be. Then chuckled saying, with this item he was certain I had made a great choice already!The checkout, Rocia, was so sweet and kind. She took time to be personable and empathetic.All in all a very good experience. Deducted one star for having to search for a worker to get assistance.

Why is it so difficult to find someone to help you in the appliance and countertop area of the store? Workers avoid eye contact or just acknowledging customers. Some are too busy visiting with coworkers to notice.

Came to pick up our order as we live 2 hours away. My husband had to load his own lumber as 4 guys were standing around saying they couldn’t help load cause they were helping with sheet rock. However we’re standing in a circle taking about pizza for 5 minutes before the Sheetrock was even in place to load. People skills are lacking in loading outside. Norman was the only friendly helpful one. He needs a raise, we seen him on our way out and was offering to help. Yard help needs trained better. We generally love coming here but will drive to the city from now on.

Oh my goodness; spent 40 minutes searching through mixed-up bins to find a nut. Told checkout the price, and still had to leave checkout myself and go back to hardware to try and find a product code for checkout. 25 minutes later I gave up. Left my $.37 nut (which I really need) and walked out empty handed.

Great store! Clean and easy to navigate. One of the smaller Lowe's in Oklahoma, so not quite the larger selection as other Lowe's. Still a great place to pick up things for home improvement needs. Pro department is very helpful!

Went in to buy a crossover toolbox. They had it in stock. Young lady Cassandra that checked me out was very sweet and helpful. Cody the young man that helped me with toolbox very nice and courteous. Thank you Cody.

If you are able to find someone they are super unhelpful, especially the gentleman with earrings in the paint department and the guy with the mustache in appliances. ****DO NOT GET WINDOWS OR INSTALLATION*****Lowes installers broke my old windows and never gave me a chance to have a return.They installed the new windows wrong and took SEVEN months to get new ones ordered and put in. Left shards of glass in my daughter's room. Got glass in my foot.Worse customer service experience I have ever had.They offered me an $100 store gift card after legally taking my right to return away as a consumer. They do not care about their customers or making anything right.Absolute WASTE of $1600.00 Never again will I spend money with this company after my gift card is gone of course.

Horrible customer service by Hunter in the paint department. he was so rude and talked to me in a Deming manner really awful . As soon as i asked for help, he rolled his eyes. If you hate your job so much, you should not work in customer service.

I always shop for my garden supplies at the enid, ok store. Always have had good to great service. But this time, it was less than good. I spent over $500.00 in the garden center. Would have spent more for my fall projects but couldn't get help. I ask the cashier 2 times for help. After 45 minutes. I call customer service inside the store. After giving me the run around, I ask to speak with a manager. They finally said they get someone to me immediately. After another 10 minutes, I spoke to 2 guys tearing shelving down. They volunteered to assist me. They were great. They helped me find everything I needed and as they were loading it all on my cart, someone came to help me. I pleasantly told him that the 2 guys helped me and all l had to do was cash out and get it all in my car. I ask the cashier to page someone to help me load the vehicle which I had parked right across the the drive in the handicap spot. As I finished loading all the fence, and supplies into my van, a man came over to help me. All I had left was the 10 pots of mums I had purchased. I thanked him any way as the mums were a whole lot lighter and easily lifted than all the fencing. He did insist and handed them to me as I put them in vehicle. If this store weren't the closest one to me, I would never shop it again. Very poor service overall.

Wait on myself out back and got a 4x8 piece of plywood loaded it by myself. Went through the checkout. But that is nothing new. I've always had to walk the entire store to find what I wanted. Ask someone and they don't know no more than you do. But I was not the only one out back loading my own stuff up.

If I could put negative stars after what Lowes pulled on us today I would.We had bought a refrigerator from Lowes. They were supposed to install it and haul off the old one. Instead the send out a delivery guy with a messed up shoulder and his supervisor told him just to drop the new refrigerator on the porch and go on to the next job. After an hour with customer service the decided to refund us $50 for not hauling off the old one! We always shop Lowes but now I think I will give Home Depot my business.
