We had a pleasant inexpensive stay while visiting family nearby. They are pet friendly. Room was very clean. No bugs or offensive smells. Breakfast was good. Loved the waffles. They also have a convenience store/pantry with snacks and essentials by the front desk.Safety: Area seems pretty safe does have busy street near.Walkability: Aldi's is directly across the street walking distance along with other store nearby in walking distance.

Bed Bugs!!!!!!I reserved this room for my husband, kids, and myself to visit family. Upon arrival, the customer service was subpar, which sadly seems common nowadays. On the second night, we woke up to discover a bed bug, prompting us to pack up our entire family and drive two hours home in the middle of the night. I'm highly allergic and terrified of bringing them home. Initially, when arriving the first night the room appeared fine, but upon closer inspection, we found tons of trash under the bed, which we only noticed while checking for more bed bugs on night two. We left the bug under a cup in the bathroom and won't be returning. While I understand that mishaps occur, how people are treated in such situations speaks volumes. As someone who prioritizes customer service in my own job, I always strive to ensure my customers feel valued and heard, even in challenging situations beyond my control. As we went to leave the hotel, I stopped by the front desk and softly mentioned I was the one who called with the found bed bugs and we were headed out. In that moment I noticed they had energy drinks for sale. So I asked if due to the circumstances if we could have one for free. She mentioned she'd need to consult the other staff member on duty. As the other lady emerged, she conveyed, "This lady wants to know if she can have free snacks due to the circumstances." I was taken back, as I hadn't requested any snacks, only an energy drink, considering the late-night drive due to bed bugs at their hotel. I clarified, emphasizing it was an energy drink, not snacks. Despite her apparent annoyance, she reluctantly agreed. Noticing her displeasure and lack of eye contact, I questioned, "Is it unreasonable to request a free energy drink due to the circumstances?" She agreed that it wasn't. Ultimately, this experience, coupled with the bed bugs, solidified our decision to never return to this hotel again. The service provided after finding the bed bugs was the final straw. Good luck!!Ps.The WiFi consistently failed to function; even with full bars, our phones would just spin when attempting to load. If reliable WiFi, clean rooms with no bed bugs, and friendly service are important factors for you, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Gross. This a privately owned LQ. Management will accept your payment but not fix any issues with the room or over booking on their end. Smells like mold and has bed bugs and dead roaches in the hallway on the 2nd floor. When talking with woman owner she seemed to think it was something that wasn't a HUGE ordeal. Won't be back. Also, the owners live in the hotel with entire family, hence the bugs. Gross. 10/10 don't recommend!

Everything was perfect! The clerks were all very friendly and always kind and helpful. The breakfast was hot and delicious! The rooms were very clean and nice. I highly recommend you staying here! We will return the next time we need to come to Enid or Stillwater area! It's close enough to Stillwater within an hour. And Suds your Duds was a good laundry mat with new machines in sn old building but great! The Enid OK La Quinta is worth the extra miles off of I-35. Well. The key machine was broken so the only way into our room was via escort. But really no big deal, as the young lady working the desk was very nice. The pool was closed; in fact, it had maybe 2 inches of water with trash floating in it. But again, not an issue because it was so broiling hot I could not imagine staying in the sun anyway. Plenty of free parking. Ridiculous free breakfast. But I give it 4 stars because for $70 per night all I really expect is a clean room, a quiet environment to sleep, and pleasant employees. All of which were present.

The hotel was good. The pool being empty was a bummer but I assume it's under maintenance. Room was very clean (had two tvs so didn't have to move it when I would sit on the couch or bed) The front desk receptionist (Kay) ,on the evening of July 18, was absolutely great. I had a small hiccup in my reservation and she did everything she could while also helping other guests. I felt bad that so much was going on but her customer service was great. She attitude definitely made the situation easier to deal with.

I first booked my room via website with no issue. When I arrived they stated that my card was being declined. Called my bank to make sure there wasn’t a hold given I was traveling, my bank indicated no holds. The receptionist went ahead and checked me in and stated her relief would be in shortly and they knew more about computers. I was in bed when I got a call around 1130pm from the new receptionist indicating that the previous receptionist charged my card and then refunded it and now my card was being declined even though my bank placed no holds. She said she was going to call the GM and give me a call back. About 12am she gave me another call indicating that I couldn’t stay in the room without payment and that they accepted cash. I was forced to find a nearby ATM and withdrawal cash in order to pay because of THEIR system. I wasn’t offered any discount for my trouble or the fact I was forced out of bed to search a town in which I’ve never been for an ATM. On top of this, I have never been to a La Quinta that requires a pet payment and a fee if you don’t inform them you have a pet. Very disappointed.

Avoid this hotel. No washer or dryer or laundry detergent at all. No Swimming pool, its full of trash, beer bottles and stagnant water, no joke, empty beer bottles all around the front of hotel. The hostess with all the tattoos is a real snob, should not be in customer service. I will not go back to this establishment due to her. You have been warned

Property is old and run down. Pool was filled with ~18 inches of filthy, murky green water with garbage floating in it. Common areas outside were littered with garbage, beer cans and cigarette butts. Found previous guest’s belongings in a dirty bag in the room in plain view. Bathroom had flying bugs (not house flies) swarming and there was rust and disgusting build up all around the inside and outside of the shower. Multiple broken tiles. Inside common areas smelled foul. Breakfast was hours old and tepid.

Rooms are always above standard clean! Housekeeping is very thorough, we like that they have hand sanitizer dispensers at every corner. The front desk is very accommodating, the breakfast is amazing!! Big breakfast variety and always very fresh and breakfast area always clean. Love the coffee and hot water dispense in the lobby area. Hotel is in a great location, very quiet and again always very clean. Best hotel in Enid!!

This is a great place to stay! Let me just start by saying that I travel a lot I probably stay in hotels 200+ days out of the year so I consider myself somewhat of an expert and I firmly believe it always comes back to management. For instance, if the rooms are not clean the manager is not doing their job if the front desk staff are not helpful the manager is not doing their job etc. etc. So I want to give kudos to the manager of this La Quinta. When I checked in the front desk staff were super friendly and very helpful the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Overall I had a wonderful experience. If you are looking for a hotel in the Enid area look no further. This is the place. I will definitely be staying here again on any future trips to Enid OK.

Really wanted to give more stars based on the EXCELLENT service. Staff was very friendly and super helpful! Was able to get a pet friendly room but sadly it has a strong animal urine smell. Checked in late evening (after 10) and the loud noise in the lobby continued until after 1 am and started back up again at 6 am. Also no hand soap in the bathroom but body wash liquid will work. Not expensive so it’s a trade off.

Our rooms were very clean, maybe suggest more towels be given to guests., and the complimentary shampoos could use a drastic upgrade.We stayed on the third floor, not sure if it’s the forgotten floor😅 but we were staying here for 4 days and the hallways were not vacuumed one time, very dirty.The elevator doors were obviously not cleaned on a regular basis, hand prints and just dirty as well.Staff very friendly though!!!😀

For starters who puts a dog owner close to the lobby and on the first floor. Any dog is going to bark when they hear a noise. Our family was in town for a church related dinner and event and upon arriving back to the hotel, the lady at the front desk started screaming and yelling down the hallway telling us we needed to leave. No explanation, nothing. Told us our dog barked. Then proceeded to yell at my 15 and 17 year old kid. They deactivated our key card and I could tell they had been in our room because the TV and the lights were turned off. No wonder the dogs barked. It has been almost a month and still no refund. They had my phone number, to call, if there were any issues, and they did not. I have called several times to speak to the manager, because the lady said I would be fully refunded, but its the same front desk lady (that cussed us out) telling us that she is not in.If you have pets, please stay at the Candlewood Suites instead. They were very accomodating and could not believe the problems we had at the Laquinta. Called Wyndham and they also filed a report against the hotel. Maybe it's time to find new front desk clerks 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
