I have noticed more and more independent stores in Oklahoma, no longer the traditional franchises. Each one with their theme wether it be healthy foods or Deli but very well defined. An example of that is this particular store I found in Enid. Starting with the bathrooms and parking lot. Very very clean! I enjoyed visiting here and exploring. Very nice people working here. I read some comments below and I beg to differ from their opinion with the staff interaction. All three people I dealt with were very friendly (but I also put on my smile) you want to be treated nice, start with you treating others nice. I noticed they have a self check out. Nice. But I like the human interaction better. I hope it stays to the limit of one and serve its purpose. The lady at register was very nice and expressed her gratitude and seem very happy working here. Also the gentlemen with the orange shirt caring for the parking lot was very nice and helpful.Overall it was nice visiting this place.I am from Tulsa Oklahoma and I visited the Enid, Oklahoma location.

I have been a frequent customer at Jiffy trip in both locations of Enid and Garber. I have always had wonderful service. This evening, my family and I went to their location on Garriot in Enid OK. We were purchasing hot coco and my husband had gotten himself a beer. The girl who helped us “Daisy” whose real name is actually Jordan Fritz, was extremely rude, cold, and unpleasant. Her demeanor said it all- she did not want to be there. She scanned our items, asked for my ID for the beer but not my husbands, AFTER we had already purchased our drinks. My husband had to run out to the car to get my ID since I didn’t bring it inside, he explained we already paid, she said nothing just gave the coldest blank stare. I told my husband it was okay, she was just checking to make sure I was old enough even though I was probably older than her. She responded with “ugh yea you are” in the most rude and disgusting way with yet again, a very cold blank stare. I asked her how old she was and how long she had been working for jiffy trip, she said 6 months and she was 25 years old! Clearly 6 months too long. When my husband returned with my ID I slid it across the counter and she scanned it and threw it back at me. My husband, kids and I were so shocked at how rude she was. After doing a bit of research I’ve found that she has a long history of treating her customers poorly, yet she still continues to have a job with Jiffy trip. I’ve heard from several people that she has a bad reputation in Enid and the OKC area, I strongly believe that Jiffy Tripp needs to take a thorough look into their employees background prior to hiring them. Tonight was uncalled for and I will not be returning.

Been yelled at staff before and now today when the computers go down and they can't ring anyone up they act like it's the customer fault. These two events happen less than a mouth. Probably my last time.

This is a new store so the restrooms are very clean. It has a lot of things to choose from including a hot deli. The staff is friendly and there are plenty of pumps to fill your car up with.If I'm in the area again I'll stop.

Girls' up front have been very nice, but apparently the grill has a new manager and some new employees and the new employee I interacted with today (Candace) was rude and obnoxious. Hope this situation improves.

Littery the best store out of the chain because of a grave yard shift employee! the employee Nathan on night shift is the nicest and has the best customer service!!! I litterlally watched him help an elderly gentleman carry his items. He should litterally be the standard for jiffy trip employees! 10/10

Do not go to the drive-through at this location. This location. They do not listen to what you want as far as drinks we get home and we have the wrong drink. And we live past vampire and so it's not worth going back to the store just to get the drink replaced

Seems like the store would be better if I hadn’t heard an older kitchen worker berating a younger worker… shame on you for speaking to coworker that way and that loudly in front of customers.

Great staff! Always smiling, & friendly. The food is amazing. Day time staff from clerks, cooks to management are the our faves. Best place to stop in Enid!!

I changed my review because of the care management took to apologize about thr situation and that they assured me they would see that it would be taken care of.
