I went through the drive thru on Tuesday the 22nd. The lady asked what I wanted over the two way speaker. I told her I wanted a large Dr Pepper, extra ice and a large diet Dr Pepper. She got out of a car and walked over to the store, entered, and proceeded to fill the Dr Pepper. She said it would be $4. 32. I paid and she never filled the diet drink, and when she did, she gave me an xlg. There needs to be someone to speak to face to face so they understand the order! I like the drive thru, but the fact that orders are not filled properly because they don't hear the order is a major problem. I changed where I get my drinks because of the convenience of a drive thru, but even tho I can't walk very well because of health issues, I may go back to the original store. This was at Garriott and Cleveland store.

We’ve eaten here a few times now and this is by far the best gas station food I have ever had.The smoothies are made from fresh fruit and my favorite is the Strawberry Banana Smoothie. The fried chicken bowls are better than the ones at a certain Kentucky place (in my opinion anyways).The store was very clean, the employees were very nice and helpful when we had questions.

This is a great gas station! They have everything in you could need from a gas station and they were very clean inside when I went. They also have a burger restaurant inside.

I like this location, the staff are always friendly and the store is always clean. My favorite thing to buy are the $5 jiffy trip Turkey and cheese sandwiches they’re always packed neatly and compared to any of the other sandwiches they’re top tier! The even meat and cheese distribution.. it’s very pleasing whoever makes them I love you.

This store is always clean & kept up very well including the outside area. All the employees are very helpful & friendly. Great place to stop for all you fuel, drinks, snacks, & so much more.

This is a nice clean gas station with great food. I own a company with 10 trucks. We went there for awhile but my guys all asked we go somewhere else. A couple of the cashiers are super aggressive trying to sell you breakfast items. I think they may have competitions or something. Anyways, we have taken out business elsewhere for this reason. It’s a little intense before I have had my coffee. Might try them again, hopefully they calm down their pushy sales tactics.

I really love this place. They have so many coffee and food options. It is a really nice place for made to order foods and tons of to go products. Something for everyone. It was clean and well stocked.

Tonya & Amy were great. Unfortunately after waiting over 30 minutes for our food, we found our order had been canceled. Then they were out of fried pickles. The employees on duty did not have the authority to refund our money because there was not a manager on site. Poor Tonya wanted to make it right. I believe Jiffy Trip is making enough money they could have a manager on site at all time. Tonya has been here since day one and is great. You're lucky to have her because she wants to make things right. Owners get no stars!

Be sure if you are buying any Lottery tickets from the clerks at this place they are entering you request properly. Then make sure you look at them before you pay for them. Who wants the same numbers on the same night? Didn't asked for power play either, but it was added to my tickets anyway. Was not offered a receipt from my purchases. They wouldn't change the tickets for what I asked for in the first place, clerk said too late you already paid. Very poor service two different clerks working on my request. No wonder there was a screw up. I won't be back.

I purchased 2 crossiant breakfast sandwiches on 4/2/21 at Enid. When ordering I mistakenly ordered without eggs. The cook asked if I wanted eggs and I discovered my mistake. He was more than happy to correct it with a smile. I was very appreciative of the correction. The store was very clean. All workers were very attentive. Much much better than McDonald's.

We get food from the dining area and they are absolutely wonderful there. I'm lactose intolerant so I don't order cheese or gravy on my stuff and they get it right every time. I can't tell you how many times places get this wrong and add cheese anyway but I have never had this problem with the staff at JTs. They are also very clean. I have watched them switch out their gloves between orders. Thank you all for always doing such a great job.

A recent trip to Enid. We stopped for gas and restrooms. My wife has a difficult time walking and Jessica saw us coming in. She opened doors and help her negotiate the restroom. What a kind and gracious employee. We can't thank you enough. Be very proud to have employees like her. Your success and future is in great hands.

Jiffy trip brings back memories when the first jiffy trip was on the east side. Their workers are wonderful and it's a pleasant place. But the cups are sucking. I have dropped more then 3 and they are just flimsy and I hate them

It was great when it first opened. Now there's all this fighting, and employees are unhappy. It appears difficult to get the pizza place to bring a pizza over to the check out area for those of us who just want a slice. Nobody wants to restock the roller grill. Today it was empty. The lady who was supposed to restock it yelled across the building saying she did her job when obviously she didn't. I have bought from the roller grill several times now and often they are luke warm, so I always heat mine up in the microwave now hoping that kills anything in the food. This is a brand new freshly built gas station. I just hope it can get off to a good start. I'm starting to think of going back to OnCue.

Worst experience ever! Was getting some drinks my boyfriend forgot his wallet at home. I made a 44 oz dr pepper so I went to the car got my wallet and used the self checkout. My boyfriend came back and bought the beer and the cashier accused me of stealing my Dr pepper. Went back in to talk about it and she played it off like she didn't say anything. Will not be back. Don't have a self checkout if your employes are going to accuse people!!

Very new store so it's super clean which is expected. Very nice layout seemed like it wouldn't get congested very easily if there were a ton of people inside. The food here at JTs is good too and it comes out quickly. For it just having been opened that was unexpected.

They advertise that you can get convenience store items through the drive thru. At 8:45PM, I pulled up and asked for 2 drinks. The person on the intercom quickly said they didn’t have what I was looking for. I asked for 2 other drinks. Then I asked if thehave sugar daddies. Again, quickly they said no. I asked for chewy chocolate chip cookies. Again, I was told they don’t have any. I asked what kind of cookies they do have and was told, “I’m trying to close the kitchen, if you want specific items, you’ll have to come in.” I said that won’t work because I am high risk and don’t go in ANYWHERE since the start of Covid. I asked if they can’t serve me. They just got silent. I waited a few seconds and said “hello?” The response was, “yes, how can I help you?” as if I was a different customer. I again asked if they are saying they can’t serve me. They said, “I have your drinks ready if you want them.” I left and called and asked to speak to the manager but of course, no managers are there. I have been served by this person before who I noticed was in a big hurry and did not thank me for tipping. The name tag doesn’t have a first name, it just says “they/them.”

I love this store! The only thing that would make it better is adding a sugar free frozen drink. They have 15 flavors and none are sugar free! I have to drive all the way across town to get one….

Been coming to this place since they opened up. I see them every single morning, and usually in the evening. They have a great food selections from their kitchen, and any drink im craving. The main reason I come to this place is because of their people, always kind and friendly. Thank you to everyone who works there.

The staff is friendly and the layout of the parking and inside the store is easy to get around. And the 🍕 puts Casey's pizza to shame. JT's the best 🍕 in Garfield County Oklahoma.
