We were seated quickly and the servers were very attentive. She brought us refills before I even noticed my drink was getting low.There was a little wait for the food but it was worth every minute. Everything tasted amazing and everything was clean.All the servers were very nice and helpful.They even brought a little cup of dough for the littles to play with while they wait for their food!Parking: Plenty of parking in front of and around the building.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu, dough to play with while they wait, and the tv’s are muted with family friendly videos or sports.

They really do a good job here. The margarita pizza and da bomb were delicious. They do half and half pizzas which is great!The salted Carmel cookie was absolutely incredible!The pizza was crispy on bottom which is a huge plus tooI had great experience with the staff, super friendly, great attitudes.I ate Thursday afternoon around 5:30 and was able to be seated (party of 2) right away

SO GOOD. We are coming back ASAP!We had the famous fried mushrooms, bbq wings, Paradise pie, Margherita pizza, the Capone pizza and “Pepperonipalooza” pie.4 sodas and 2 cold beers.NONE of the food was a great as the wonderful service we got from the great people who work here!!!10 outta 10. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wish I could leave a review with no stars for the simple fact my order was given to someone else ok that’s fine mistakes happen. But then the waitress came and asked me if I would take the my order that they had given away the customer had only taken one bite out of it. WTH that’s completely uncalled for you should never take food that someone is already eaten out of and ask to give it to the original person who ordered it. That’s horrible business. I understand it’s getting late and that they close at 10:30 and this happened around 9:30 but come on that’s so uncalled for. I will not be back here. I honestly think they should remake my food and they should offer some sort of discount for the inconvenience they have caused. On top of the food issue they were super rude to us. Everyone’s ticket in our group was all screwed up. The worse service ever. Please never go with a group apparently they’re not equipped to handle a large crowd.

My server Landon was nice and charming. The pizza was delicious thank you Carolyn Kent. The manager Chris Henderson was outstanding and friendly.Kid-friendliness: They have crayons to draw with and bring the kids pizza dough to keep them busy. My grandkids loved it.

To start several months ago we had ordered from hideaway made it all the way home only to discover they had made our pizza incorrectly. I called to let them know, they give me the"pizza bucks" to make up for it... keep in mind I still had to drive back to get them that same night. I waited to order from them again so they could get their act together. I order the girl tells me 45 min, we arrived 15 min earlier than instructed. Our pizza is on the warmer already 🤦 the girl comes out from the back obviously chewing food. She puts our order on the counter, try to pay, it takes several people to try applying the "pizza bucks" 🙄 the manager ends up being called for assistance. My pizza is getting colder by the second. Now we have to reheat our pizza at home. This will be my last visit to this place.

The newest Hideaway I’ve had and they’re doing so many good things that it’s making other food businesses look not as good.As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile by a few employees. Before you walk out, you’ve made contact with multiple employees including the manager.The pizza is definitely at the top when it comes to sit-down pizza joints. The toppings are unique but they’re always good. Pizza is always hot and fresh.The fried mushrooms are my favorite item here!

I don’t know why it took me so long to try this place but I wish I hadn’t waited. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. The hostess was very friendly and our waitress (Victorians) was superb. She was upbeat and attentive. The beer was ice, and I mean ice cold and the pizza was delicious! The food does take a bit to get to your table but that is expected. It’s not like they have pizzas just made up sitting in the freezer waiting to be popped in the oven. Good things come to those who wait. Place was very clean! Not sure if it was a manager or not but when we left, he thanked us for coming in, which was a nice finishing touch. Overall an excellent experience at this place and I will definitely be visiting there often!

The decor was cool. The server was excellent. The food was great. The prices were reasonable. There were tv's to see the game. THEY LET YOU KEEP YOUR PLASTIC CUP! And they have a cool dough your kids can play with.The music was older than I would have expected, but for some they would call it a plus.Overall wonderful experience and we look forward to our next visit.Kid-friendliness: Like I saidThey have a dough the kids can play with and take home

The pizza was really good. I had the Capone, a specialty pizza with plenty of meat on hand tossed crust with black olives. I enjoyed the pizza and the mozzerella sticks with marinara and ranch dipping sauce.It is a very clean, and lively restaurant with a good sports theme atmosphere. Plenty of sports venues on the TVs that abound on the walls and entertaining videos on ChiveTV.My wife had a ham and pineapple pizza on thin crust. It too was very tasty. The sauce has a sweetness about it that makes love to the palate.My only concern was the service. The drinks came in small souvenir cups loaded with ice. I had to get mine refilled three times to feel like I had an actual large drink. And those refills took me asking on both occasions as the waitress was not able to pay attention adequately. She also brought us the wrong appetizer and brought my wife a larger pizza than she ordered which we ended up paying for. I hope the service improves. I will come back to have more of the food but hope the service is better.

First impression wasn't good. The restaurant must have been low staffed. Waiting to be sat wasn't a problem. After we were seated, it took awhile for a server. It also took awhile to get our food.The pizza was good. The center of our pizza was so soggy I couldn't pick it up. It's unnatural to eat pizza w/a knife and fork.

The food was fine, our server made us extremely uncomfortable. He talked about how he hates his job, he’s an alcoholic, and then complained about a baby that they had in the restaurant earlier that day that just screamed.I understand that the food and beverage industry has rough days, but customers are not the ones to vent your frustrations too.

I don't think there's one bad thing I can say about this Hideaway Pizza. Service was great, loved our waitress, menu has tons to choose from, the food is so good and got to our table quick. We got the 50/50 fried mushrooms and mozzarella sticks for the appetizer. I will be back again for sure.Parking: There's plenty of parking, even at their busiestKid-friendliness: There's several items for kids. They can choose their own pizza for a good price.
