Don't open til 7. Was stranded with a blown tire. Called and left voicemail at 2 after almost every company offered extreme charges. Called me back at 6 and apologized for not calling me back immediately even though I wasn't expecting them to call until after 7. Guy showed up at 7:30 with the new tire and also brought some donuts for my wife and I and our kids. Ultimately, still a price higher than I would like but way lower than everyone else in the area I spoke to. Service was absolutely amazing. The guy had my new tire on the rim within 10 minutes of showing up. Very trustworthy, kind, and caring company.

We have bought tires from Four J's for many years and I still leave there more impressed each time! The customer service they provide is outstanding, for instance this evening after fixing my tire the owner gave me his cell phone and asked me to call him once I made it out on the highway to make sure my issue was corrected before my long drive home...all of this after hours because he just happened to be there when I pulled up. They always go above and beyond and I send everyone I can to them! This is what hometown businesses should all be ran like! They will always have my business.

These guy’s go above and beyond with customer service for real! They are always so polite and helpful. My husband had ordered all new tires and they came in the night before he had to leave for work the next morning. Don told him if he could bring it in the next morning at 6am then he would open his shop up 2 hrs early! That is why they will always have our family’s business and will always recommend to friends! They seriously are the best in town and all around!

First time ever as a customer at Four J's and it definitely won't be my last. I was served quickly and efficiently. I called the day before to see if they had the size of tires my car requires. They didn't but could have them in the next day by 1030am. I was quoted a price that beat everyone else in Enid. I honestly called every shop in town. The price included everything. The next day I showed up just a little bit prior to my appointment time and by my appointment time my car was already in the shop and halfway complete. Four J's service and professionalism is outstanding!

Just stopped there for a last minute tire change. My wife’s truck had a bolt in the tire right after work. It was getting near closing time and I called James the son of the owner and he was happy to stay a few minutes after and help us out. We’re leaving on a trip this weekend and it was paramount that it get fixed. That being said it’s been awhile since we have seen such a kind family operated business in a long time. The prices were great and the overall experience was phenomenal. Support these guys!!

I highly recommend this place! I went in, not knowing what was wrong with my car. I scheduled an alignment, and the day of my appointment, they found that I had a really bad wheel hub bearing. They were able to squeeze me in so I could get it fixed right away. They were very friendly, honest, helpful, & the pricing was better than any other place I checked! I will definitely be coming here from now on & recommending them to other people!

This shop is definitely a customer oriented business. Very friendly staff, and super helpful!! Ruined my tire so was going to need a new replacement. Said they had a used one that looked brand new for less than half the price. Sure enough it was an excellent tire. Who does things like that anymore? Took a little time to get swapped over, but they were super busy. And these guys go at a dead run! Not through Enid very often, but this will be my go-to place from now on when I'm in the area! Thank you all for great service !!

I run an excavation company in OKC. My tire guy was unavailable so we called Four J's. Not many tire companies in the city are able to get these sized tires on without a lot of time and equipment. They were on site in OKC within a few hours. The amount of money they saved us from down time! Shawn had the old one off and new one on in under an hour. Super friendly when I called their office (Thank you Don!) and while on our site (Thank you Shawn!) . Cannot say enough about these guys! We will definitely be calling again.

I was in a bit of a bind needing a tire repaired. I called and got my car in within 5 minutes. Super fast service, friendly staff, and nice waiting area. Absolutely no negatives. Extremely professional and quick. They were also very thorough. Got 4 tires and analignment. They found my bad tie rod ends and changed them before I wasted money. Great people! Would highly recommend and return myeslf.

I would recommend Four J's Tire Service if you are especially looking for new tires. They listen and have years of expert tire knowledge to help guide you in choosing the right tire for your vehicle. They were all so super nice and did not make me feel like "just a number" but were so personable. One of their techs let me know that their will need to be some front-in work done on my son's truck which shows that they were truly concerned even after the sale. The tires looked great and I'll be back there for sure when the time comes. If you give them a try for your next set of tires; you will be just like me and wonder why you had never given them a try before.

These guys are some of the best! They treated us so well while Dad was in the hospital in Enid, that he insists Mom go to them only! A 2 hour drive for tires may seem intense, but the service is worth it! If you ever need tires, or have an issue while in Enid, these are the guys to call!

I went to get my tire changed not knowing I had accidentally bought a car that needed a special “key” in order to get any of my tires off. The men in there were so friendly and helpful, even gave me good advice for the future. The atmosphere was just so fun. They went above and beyond in order to get my one tire off and get a new one put on, even ran to the store to buy new lug nuts for me. I definitely recommend and will 100% be back in a week or two so I can get the other three tires extracted.
