Melissa the cashier was very rude when I went to the register to make my purchases. First off I had to wait quite a while before a cashier even showed up. I had to bellow across the store "I'm ready to check out" customer service was definitely not Melissa's first priority. I used to use this dollar store to make purchases to provide items for the business that I run... I will no longer use the store just because of this interaction. In fact I might not even use Dollar general anymore at all. I do not appreciate being treated as though I'm an inconvenience because she had to ring me up. The item did not ring up at the correct price she gave me attitude about it I said I didn't want it then, then she took it off of my ticket and then threw it across the room into a bucket... Makes much more sense to break Air wick oils versus selling them. Common sense is no longer common especially here hopefully you don't have to run into Melissa.

They always have 1 person checking and their lines to check out are 10 to 15 people, you have to ask them to get another checker! So be prepared to wait a long time to checkout! The cashiers are nice but over the checkout time takes ..........forever!

This is usually a pretty good place to shop everything that you could need accept clothing is there. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed today because there was not one single bottle of ice water cold water today

Severely understaffed. I'm beginning to understand that Dollar General believes their employees are slaves rather than people. They work hard in there to stock and run back and forth to the register. I go in there and find one or two employees trying to manage everything, it's ridiculous. They need a few people each shift. I dont know who the store owner is but they must not care about their employees to do them like that. Its disgusting.

This used to be my go to place, it was always neat clean and very convenient. The employees were always nice and kept up with the store!! But here recently I've noticed some old employees have left, I think ones name was Sharonda she was always nice kept up with keeping employees busy by stocking and cleaning and was also stocking and cleaning herself! It's been a little over a month since I've seen her around and this place is anything but convent or Safe! I have came in the last two weeks about four times waiting for things to he stocked but still nothing. And this store is very unsafe. There are boxes cluttering the floor carts full of things that need to be put on the shelves laying in the middle of aisles and lots of step stills and ladders laying in aisles. I wish someone would come and make this place as it used to be. A safe and convenient store as most dollars Generals are. I have pictures of the store but sadly this review w ont allow me to post any. Hopefully this company gets on the hall and helps one of their new stores out before some one gets hurt by the cluterness and unsafe aisles.

If you're going to have business hours posted on your front door, you should stick to them. Open until 9 EVERY day. Arrived at 8:30 to find the doors locked.

This is one of several Dollar General stores in town, and the most Northerly of the mall. Dollar General Harkins back to the old five-and-dime days, and they carry a wide selection of items to choose from at very low prices. You can find clothes, toiletry articles, household supplies, automobile supplies, toys, candy, soft drinks, food, and a whole lot more. It's a great place for a quick shopping trip.

One of the largest in Enid with the best choice in merchandise. But just like every other dollar store not very many people working so it always takes a minute to get checked out.

I go in that store a lot spend a lot of money in there I am a regular customer and just this time I was walking down the isle getting the things I need I seen a bottle of Clorox wipes just setting in the movies I though a customer set it down changed there mind on getting them I get to the register to pay lady was nice asked where I found the wipes told her the manager came out rude and said no I was cleaning with them I had no idea manager was cleaning with them he took them back and it was taken off what I bought but I just think being a manager in customer service is important and even though the manager said sorry it was in a rude way that just upset me
