I was in here last week. It’s an obviously poorly run store in an outdoor center. Not too many employees, and the ones they have are mostly looking at their phones. Boxes and merchandise on the floor. Shelves look like they haven’t been fixed up or straightened in a long time. Most merchandise is pushed back, not brought forward. Lots of parking out front. Lots of refrigeration. Seemed pretty unclean and run down and uncared for. No one looks at you when you walk in. Shame.

They seem to be short staffed so I am very understanding due to working retail as well. But it's frustrating when you have to wait in line for 30 minutes with 6 or more people before you due to only one person checking everyone out. But u think the most frustrating part is that someone was stocking but didn't help. They also tend to be very messy and nothing seems to be in the right place.

I had to wait over 5 minutes to check out because the cashier was nowhere to be found, but we quickly discovered that she was training a new employee, so it made sense. All I needed were baby wipes and packing tape, but as usual, the great prices and great customer service had me leaving with a bit more!

Store aisles are compacted with freight. I feel that I never can find what I need. Employees have attitudes and are rude to customers that is when you can actually find one to check you out. Also store needs to be cleaned. Don't understand why Dollar General even sells some of the items they do as it just clutters the aisles and makes it harder to find the actual items you are looking for. Horrible experience. Will just go to family dollar or walmart from now on.

Was doing some Christmas shopping and turned down the aisle that had a few toys and sale items in it. Employee was straightening shelves and had boxes in the aisle and step stool in aisle. There was barely enough room for 1 person to walk through it. Employee just stood there holding boxes and wouldn't move the stool or move to a spot so we could get through do we had to back up all the way to get out of that aisle. As we backed up the employee continued putting items on the shelf. Not very recessional I won't go back to this store.

The checkout girl was nice but the manager looked angry when she got called out to help a customer. Another time I asked an employee for help and she said "I'm on the phone" (cell phone mind you) and walked off. I left immediately.

On 1/4/2020, at about 3:50 P. m. My girlfriend and I entered the store at Sunset Plaza to buy a few items that we needed. I was checked out by an employee named Arya Unruh. As usual she was incredibly rude, except this time, after yanking the money from my hand, she slammed my change on the counter and stormed off. I have never in 47 years felt so insulted by a retail employee. I worked for Walmart for 5 years and you just don't treat your customers like that. There's no excuse for it and it should be handled by management. The store footage can easily corroborate my experience. Thank you for your time.

Very, very crowded. Messy. Boxes everywhere. They did have what we needed while visiting, so that was a win.

It is getting better finally. They still need to clean up some. And keep stuff stocked better. But it's not the workers fault. They don't have enough people working

They need to make the coupons available to everyone even if they don't the dollar general app for digital coupons that's not right was very upset that I had to download the app just to be able to $2.00 off my purchase

They are very slow at stocking shelves, there is always stuff in the stocking cares that are always in the aisles and blocking the shelves so if you need to get an item off that shelf you usally have to move stuff out of your way.it doesn't matter which store you go to here in Enid ,Oklahoma they are all like this. ..

I can find stuff better at this store then the other dollar deneral in town and the staff are vsrey nice and will help u and u dont have to stand around until a staff mimber pops up to help u like the others

I love digital couponing at DG. Instant savings makes couponing even more fun. Cnt forget 5/25 they offer every Saturdays. I love how DG is a discount store that accepts coupons.

Could be cleaner but still is a great place to shop for cheaper items (snacks and drinks). Also great to get balloons and birthday cards.

I go there a lot. They always have good things to buy!! The manager there is always friendly and helpful!

It's okay for the one item you may need. Dollar General is not good to its employees, so I do not shop there very often. Only if it's an emergency...like bleach or toilet paper.

The manager Kristi was very rude with the way she talked to me about something that I had asked about on a product,and then she is always rude but really nice to the guys.l will definitely go when she isn't there!!!!!!!!

It did not have the hair product I was looking for- one I bought at DG 3 weeks ago. Store was rather cluttered.

Always has long lines at check out and store always has product in the middle of the isles where if you are lucky one customer can go down an isle at a time.

Very cluttered and disorganized. When they run out of an item it takes at least a month for them to restock it on the shelves.
