Needs help. Line down the isle and employ outside smoking. Might at least smoke behind store so customers just assume 8-10 people in line don't know why. When asked for district managers name and number, employee stated they were not allowed to give this out. Handy store for quick trip but I will not be returning.

Pretty much identical to every other Dollar General. Narrow aisles, kinda crowded, same merchandise as every other DG, too warm in the summer, seems dark inside. BUT they have a little bit of everything at good prices and they do have really pleasant employees. The dollar aisles seem like a real benefit for people on limited incomes or people who just want to save money.

This location always has shipment sitting in every isle..very hard to manuever around so many obstacles..zero customer service ..and on one occasion i stood at the register with an associate (in his regular tshirt and jeans) doing something at the register...no acknowledgement ..then he walked away while i just stood there..came back and without a word starting scanning my items. This location is in need of customer service pointers and overall clean up

Shout out to Lettie who works at all of them. Girl is a working machine. Friendly, fast and courteous. They broke the mold on that girl. With her and the managers help, they've whipped up all of the Dollar Generals in Enid to look a lot better.

Very disorganized hot mess! Cashiers/employees are awesome and hard working...just need to get the product on the shelf and outta the aisles....still great prices and people.

This used to be a great place to go to avoid Wal-Mart. But, the last few years it's just gotten aggravating to try to shop here. The aisles are always jammed with stock that should be put away.

I used to dread going into DG on Oakwood because of all the chaos. I’m not sure what has changed except people which is pretty normal but the store looks great! It’s clean and organized and I enjoy going there now!

Dollar General always has what I need, at an affordable price! Easy parking, smaller crowds, fast checkout, and smiling, helpful employees, make every visit a joy!

It's not a bad place to go whenever you need something quick but sure hate waiting to get checked out and having to go around the store around things left in isles like things that need to be stocked on the shelves it's kinda hard as it is with a cart in there than to have stuff in the isles to get around.

The Dollar General can be a bit cluttered. The prices are fair and about what you'd pay at a Wal-Mart give or take a dollar. I'm giving 4 stars just because of the chaos of the store.

Items are sometimes hard to find but the biggest thing is that they are not always someone at the register and it can be very frustrating to wait 5 or more minutes for some one to check you out

This use to be one if the nicest Dollar General stores but it is always a mess now and even though there are more than one employee they never open another register. I have waited over 30 minutes to check out.

The store is always such a mess you can't walk through it, there's always a long line to check out, and never more than one cashier. Very frustrating.

We have a mask mandate. They have signs that masks are required. Hardly anyone had on a mask including employees. If people don't follow their own rules, I won't be back.
