Rick provides true honest help without giving you the runaround or a sales pitch!I wish there were more good guys like him in this world. Would be a MUCH better place to live! He has been in business for 7 years he says.I will always go to him 1st in the future. He is so quick and effective, beats the heck out of anything I've seen in a long time. He does all this while being extremely polite and professional...and you don't feel like you were robbed!

Have broken many screens on phones, there are some shops that do a bad job but everytime I’ve brought a phone in for repair here at Dash they do a superb job! Also great prices and it’s always been fast the many times I have had them repair!!

I took my destroyed sons cellphone (we tried fixing it our selfs lol) Dont attempt to fix any electronics just take them to Rick! Rick was very professional, nice and he’s very knowledgeable!! I highly recommend him!! He fixed the screen and he even replaced all the missing screws we had.

Rick, the proprietor, was very gracious and professional. He ordered an expensive part on just a phone call. He made sure to keep me informed that the part was in and he could meet with on Saturday morning. He was very quick and even put up with me watching him work. Now my phone works like it did before I cracked the screen. If I ever need these kind repairs I will go to Dash again. I can recommend his business to any of my friends.

My screen was busted and cracked all throughout. Felt like my phone was on its last leg and just about to completely go out! It's working beautifully now. He can even replace batteries if your cellphone is sluggish. Basically a whole new phone without the "new phone" price.

This business is awesome and so was service. My phone wasn't charging and they cleaned my jack out and dumped a lot of Carbon out of it...a lot of Carbon. My phone works great now! Best part it was at no charge! Accessories are cheaper too! Before buying new ask about repairs at Dash! It could save you the cost of a new one!

Fantastic repair! Shattered the back of my green IPhone 13 and slightly bent the external frame. They were able to use glue to straighten the frame with a clamp and completely replaced my green glass. They can fix the colored piece! Super thankful for this fix

AMAZING! Other techs at a different location in town had no CLUE how to fix the hacked computer issue that we were having! Rick was so quick and efficient! He had our computer completely fixed within a few hours!!!! His charges were MORE than REASONABLE and we will never use anyone else but him in the future! Don't waste your time going to OKC or to any another location.... he is the BEST!!!

Went in with a bad battery on my iPhone X (screen kept popping up) he said it would be about an hour and it was actually only about 45 minutes. Price was very reasonable and Rick was super helpful. Highly recommended!

I was having speaking problems on my IPhone yesterday. Looking for a good place in Enid, and found Dash on Google. Read all the great reviews so stoped in to see if he could fix the speakers. It took him 5 minutes, speakers had been clogged. He was so nice and fast. Excellent service and he didn’t even charge me. Will definitely be going back for any phone issues and letting everyone know that he’s the one in Enid to use!

I have to give this guy a 5+ for the devoted attention and speedy repair he provided on my PS5. To make a long story short, I thought I could make a small repair on my motherboard myself and botched it up pretty bad… I showed up with it and he discovered and repaired the short I created in no time. I was in Enid on business an hour and a half from home when I had phone issues. I couldn’t hear people I was trying to talk to. Stopped at Dash and Rick the owner figured out what was wrong, replaced internal cable/wire, and had me on the road in about 15 minutes. Dealing with those tiny screws, Rick had the skills of a surgeon. Fortunately it was a lot more affordable than a surgeon! If you have phone problems anywhere in the Enid area, go see Rick at Dash.
