Staff are very welcoming and store is clean and well organized. I did notice that some areas of the store are sparsely stocked but I imagine this is due to the supply-chain issues I am seeing in most stores. Burke's seems most similar to Ross. The Grand Opening was very well attended but since then I have observed they are much less busy. I hope they do well as it's always nice to have options.

All of the employees were very helpful and friendly! Most of the prices on things are reasonable. Not a lot of selection but what they do have are nice items! Will be stopping back in again!!

Severely limited stock, Walmart prices, and "almost have what you're looking for". (Ex. Looking for makeup sponges? They've got brushes. Looking for a branded shirt, they have the competitor's logo)

If you love Ross, you'll love this place. Just opened but noone really knew it, I happened to drive by and see people in it. That aside, I went in. Very Ross like, which I love and you will too. Price is similar.

Nice place and good prices but not very good for the handicapped. With only one small wheelchair and no power chairs options are very limited.

First time I experience such a rude employee at this store location. Store was closing and we entered at 8:40 pm, keeping in mind that they will be closing soon. The first announcement came through at 8:45 pm, and all customers heard clearly. I was in the jewelry section when this Lady with short spiky gray hair, thin frame, came up to me with a rude tone of voice and said "we are about to close". I said, 'I am quiet aware of that thank you." I have worked in retail for over 10 years and can understand my boundaries as an employee as well as a customer. To treat others as I want to be treated. The customer is to always be treated in a pleasant manner no matter what time of the night is. There are ways to "rush" the customer without being rude. As she was checking me out at the counter, a customer came through at 9pm. She did not even bother to say hello and just yelled out "we are about to close" . Customer indicated that they will be quick and the employee said "well it is 9 pm" with a rude tone. I did not feel valued at all at this store. I will take my business somewhere else where it is appreciated. You know what was most unfortunate? that it is the holiday season and this is how people treat others. Very sad.

I wish the men's section was larger...there is no place to find men's clothing in Enid...WHY? MEN live in Enid too. We have to drive to OKC or Tulsa to find clothing for my husband. Come on Enid do better 🤦

Betty-the old lady with blue hair and painted on eyebrows is VERY rude. She gets annoyed with you if you dont have a store card and have to use your phone number. I watched it happen 3 times while I was waiting in line. She also gets mad if you are ready to check out and interrupt something she is doing. Not the place to have your attitude Betty-seriously???? I wish management would read these and do something about employees like her. Everyone else is so nice there. She needs to get retrained or replaced.

Horrible customer service from the manager of the store. I tried to return something without a tag but with a receipt. The shirt that I tried to return had some red marks on it, which wasn't something I did. The manager blamed me for it. I didn't get upset because I couldn't return the shirt, I got upset because I was being called a liar. I would never step in any of the Bealls store. Thankfully nowadays we have choices of where to spend our money.

Great place for deals. Good selection and there's constantly new merchandise. It is an outlet store so don't expect fancy. Monday seniors get a discount.

They were very polite and store was very clean and organized... Had to bring a shirt back and threw away the receipt but still had tags on it there was no hassle and cashier was very polite and even apologized for it.

System was down. Trying to get my points. All I needed was one more!! Tried calling the 1-800 number they gave me and got cut off. I should not have to work so hard to get my coupon. Usually I am not negative but just had to vent.
