Nice place with lots of supplies and hardware. People are friendly and helpful. Every Ace hardware I've been to offer a 10% military discount, I've always used Ace before coming to Elk City, they told me they're privately owned and do not honor a military discount even though corporate website said most all do.Sad to see, but it won't stop me from shopping here. Maybe in the future they will start offering a military discount. ⭐⭐⭐

Lackluster and misinformed staff have left me questioning whether this business knows how to help their customers. For example, I was in need of 400 ft of 10ga 600v insulated electrical wire with so or better rating, was told they had it in stock, however after making an hour long trip to collect was presented with a product that wasn't even close to the specs I required, and upon speaking to another employee was encouraged to use other business because they don't carry what I need. Had I managed to recieve this information from the beginning I wouldn't have lost our most valuable possession...my time

Went to ace and bought a hot water tank part when I get home I pulled it out of the box and a line was broke in half had my wife return it and I just bought it 20 min ago and the night shift manager made the comment that it wouldn’t of been sold broke well for one they didn’t open the box before they scanned it so they didn’t see it for two why would I buy a part come home and break it in half and return it to get the same amount of money I just bought it for smh

I got home and this is how my paint looked. Instead of replacing it they accused me of dropping it! I did not!! If I did I wouldn't of asked them to fix it. They treated me like all people treat people when they think there better than you!!

Really great customer service. Knowledgeable people inside the store. Bright and cheerful. Veteran customers are welcomed warmly. I withheld one star because the last 3 times I’ve gone to get wood- I have had 2/5 sticks twisted or warped. And the selection of hard wood or heartwoods are very small. Particularly size variety in matching selections.

Very poor....will not shop here again. We are seniors and I had recent hospital stay. Upon entering store I asked at front desk if they could send someone to get what we needed. Very rude comeback with what we wanted....I told them. Was told what area it was in....no one ever even bothered to help us. My husband has Parkinson's and uses a walker....he did go get it himself but I almost didn't get it....handicap discrimination at this store. Won't be back to any of the Ace in our vacinity...all owned by same company

Most of the time it's a pleasure to do business at elk City ace but today on 3/1/2020 the cashier was so stoned that when he told me that they where out of 10' 2x6s I ask him what lenths they had then in his reply was we are sold out of 2x6s then guy stepped in and assisted then after walking out to get loaded I could not find no yard hands after 5 minutes I call the store and got the same stoned kid on the phone if I got to load my own lumber and Trane the employees I will drive to altus or okc and shop

This ACE location sold me a prehung door that was not loaded properly, warped on my way home… and then said they could not help .. I spent thousands last year and was to spend thousands this year, but upper management’s lack of standing behind their products and service makes me tell all .. STAY FROMTHIS LOCATION… !
