Well the young lady at the register was very nice and greeted me as I walked in however the store appearance was a little rough. There was stuff all over the floors and some isles you couldn't even go down and if you were going for frozen or refrigerated foods good luck cause every door was bare.

Usually great customer service. Management is always helpful. Sucks on truck day always super cluttered. Feel like that is just do to lack of storage in the back.My suggestion would be to hire one or two people to do the majority of your stocking and inventory over night. Do the main things that you need during day. Such as the things your out of but not to bring everything from truck to floor.

Unfortunately it is out of stock a lot and messy. Wish corporate would allow more hours to have employees there to handle the cleaning and stocking. Employees that are there are great!! Have shopped here for many years and will continue to do so!

new manager was transferred within the last yearand three of her employees has been with her since she took over and they are very professional and helpful with great attitudes. Didnt think Dollar general would be able to find a manager that works as hard than the previous manager until now. Maybe now this town will have two decent Dollar general stores to shop. Dollar general would be smart to make sure both of those managers are happy with their stores and quit having such a turnover of manager and store employees. Hi-5 to both managers in Elk City, ok

Went looking for supplies that all the hoarders and black market people are wiping out. The district manager just happened to be there helping them stock and offered to call us if she came across some disinfectant spray. She found it before we left and brought it to us. They are also allowing the elderly and those at risk to shop one hour before they open the doors to the general public! Thank you Dollar General!

Really cluttered store and there was very little to choose from. You would think they were going out of business. staff unfriendly also. I love Elk City but this store is lacking a lot.

I love this Dollar Store on west 3rd Street. Its a nice store. Takes a lot of work to keep a store looking good. The managers really put forth a lot of effort & I think they do a good job. 👍

Masks required sign is up yet no one including workers is wearing them. Why have a sign stating that its required if absolutely no one is required to wear it?

As with most Dollar General Stores you see in Oklahoma, this one is crowded, disorganized and low stocked. A lot of merchandise is in boxes or carts in the isles instead of on shelves. Hard to maneuver a shopping cart through the store.
