Good store, good prices, I went in there yesterday and the guy with long hair who works in the dairy section was very helpful and nice, he deserves a raise.👍👍😇

First and last time shopping here. Ran in for some ground meat. Noticed the store smelled bad and seemed dirty. I purchased expensive, unexpired, lean 80/20. After chopping the meat up in the pan I noticed the inside of it was a weird color. Then It literally produced an entire bowl of grease. I went against my better judgment because the date was fine... we ate it... you can guess how that turned out...

They sell expired food with a orange sticker to cover the dates or price it super low and their cakes and cupcakes are decorated poorly and the sell moldy food and I know they take items off the shelf and change the dates and they have mice and mold and the Manegment is beyond rude and the owners should really change who manages everything cause it’s poorly ran and it sucks that the only grocery store that’s not far away has poor service poor quality and outrageous prices and I paid 7.99 for deviled eggs I couldn’t eat because they were moldy I bought them today opened them and this is what I see it’s outrageous if I could give zero stars I would and they bygone their is poor

Unfortunate. Been shopping here for years and the last year or two we have really limited our shopping as Williams. Most " fresh" food we buy ends up rotting within a couple days. Dairy recently, milk and Cheese, is either not refrigerated as quickly as it should be, or just not cold enough. We bought 2 gallons and both were chunky. We wasted way to much money in food having to throw away and both of my newer refrigerators are fine. I called the manager guy and 1st he lied to me saying they aren't even having cooler issues, and the. After telling him that's not what another lady said that works there, he admitted they've been having some cooler issues, and the y are working on getting fixed or replaced the next few days. I understand and hard times, but the fact remains, it's business and I wouldn't recommend unless using within a day- maybe a pit stop- DEFINITELY NOT A WHOLE FOOD SHOPPING TRIP. Or freeze. Unfortunately I will not be shopping here based off of the way the conversation went with the managerand 1st lady manager I spoke with, which seemed rather sarcastic and deceitful until I explained its not professional telling the customer nonsense about we must have left them out etc. He did offer to refund whenever we have issues but why would I continue to take the risk and have to keep returning item back? ...just not worth my time. Perhaps.if thr conversation went better. Also worth mentioning this was an issue at least 6 months as the reviews show and how dirty the coolers are with standing water and mold isn't a good look. You can't move around hardly and probably not safe. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK DATES! Lots of "unique" pricing...oddly, where you save is by having food last and the drive ain't so bad going into Lawton.

This store really is dirty, smells bad, and looks like it's falling apart. There are holes in the floor and ceiling. Have you seen the bathroom? It's scary. They price gouge and the employees are rude and smoke out front. I have been in a few times just trying to give other chances, but the straw was when I went to grab some ground beef for my family. I saw that meat and turned right back around. It looked rotten. The location HAS to be the only reason people go here. This is really all Elgin has to offer? With these nice homes and nice schools? In what seems to be a nice town? I don't get it, and I will definitely go all the way to Lawton for my food.

Lackluster is a understatement. The price manipulation is insane, the gas station has cheaper prices on the same products.The produce is near its last leg. The meat is not to be desired, most is very close to its sell now date.The layout of the store is insane, how is this place not been shut down by the fire department. Which begs the question, who is the health inspector passing this place?The employees are nice and understand. The owners/general management need the swift kick in the pants.This is a major eyesore for Elgin. Elgin has so much to offer, except a decent grocery store.

Williams Foods is PACKED with merchandise. I can always find what I need there. I'm happy to not have to pay for a new, trendy, upscale grocery store overhead and brand name. Thanks, Williams and Elgin, for helping to keep the cost of goods and living somewhat affordable.

The fresh poultry may be a little higher, but it's ALWAYS clean. I haven't had to pick feathers or anything like that off of anything I've purchased. That's impressive and worth the extra buck, besides the convenience of the store being close by.

Pretty much the only grocery store in Elgin, so unfortunately you have to go to Lawton to get quality food. It seems the refrigerated areas are always too warm. I'm nervous to buy any dairy here. Employees are nice enough, but the cart situation is just ridiculous. Prices are messed up every time I come here. This store needs to move into the current century already.Down to one star, that's the last time I pour curdled milk in my child's cereal. This store should be shut down, it's absolutely disgusting how easy it is to buy spoiled food here. I expect the bare minimum from this store and I'm constantly disappointed. Be better.

Always enjoy the deli, nice lady runs it. Good selection. As for the main store, it's getting a little run down. Has a butcher which is really nice.

Employee was busy talking on the phone and talking about how she hated that someone got fired in a video call. No problem being vocal about bad work environment. Guys cleaning the floors act like you're a problem being in there spending money. Just bad feeling store. Was gonna apply but not gonna work with that misery.

Remember shopping here with my grandfather when I was very young. The store is outdated as hell and a bit on the pricier end but it brings back a lot of good memories.

Their restrooms are horrific. Which begs the question to be asked is if their deli uses the same bathroom. If so, more questions come to mind of weather employees who handle the products follow any hygiene procedure at all. The staff is always nice but public health trumps a smile.

Prices are a bit higher than what you will find at a chain store but I pay for convenience. The staff is stellar, you will never have to search for someone to help you. As an added bonus your groceries are bagged and taken to your car without having to ask. Quality and selection are never in question at this down home locality owed store. As an added bonus Wednesday is military day, 5% off for military and veterans!

Worst grocery store I've EVER been to. Over 12 months shopping here out of necessity I have purchased items within their expiration date only to get home and find they were spoiled or moldy. The kids working here are well mannered and nice to chat with but not professional in the least. Aisles are overstocked and extremely difficult to get around especially with a cart. Anyone with a mobility issue would not be able to use this store. Overall a stressful shopping experience, overpriced and inconsistent.

I like Williams it has nice clean store, a good selection, and quite a few specialty items you can't find anywhere else. If I had one criticism it would be that it is a little pricy....Not a lot pricy things are still adorable and they don't take advantage of you like some country grocery stores. However, I can definitely get better bargains in Lawton. What's good is if I don't feel like driving to Lawton Williams has everything I need. Also it is worth mentioning that the staff is awesome. Always pleasant and helpful. I feel like the employees outshine most places

Even tho I live 45 min away from this Williams I love their sales. I will make a special trip about 2-3 a month. Hopefully the one in Cache will be built this year. If not, I’m still going to go to this one.

I was iffy about coming here, but found the prices were FAR BETTER than I was lead to believe. It is comparable to any major grocery store and has a very wide selection.I thought I would have to drive out further for ginger root, but they had an abundance in stock, as well as grapes, meatballs, and 100% Cranberry juice. I only needed the odds and ends and they had everything little item I was looking for!The cashier was extremely friend. I will definitely be shopping here more often.

A wonderful small town grocery store, with a great selection of products that you would need, and desire. The prices are reasonable, and the customer service is excellent. They still take your purchased goods to the car, for which I gladly tip the baggers that are usually high school students that could use the extra money. An awesome store that will not disappoint you from the warm welcome, to the goodbyes you will be pleased with this tremendous value provided to the community.

Wonderfully helpful and friendly folks. I stop here often and never regret it. Today I realized I didn't have debit card in my wallet! The last place I could remember using it was at Williams, about four or five days ago. I called them and asked them if they had it. Yes, they did and they were holding it for me. Very nice people here!

Way expensive 🤯We bought different foods from the frozen area like chicken also cup cakes and nothing out of date... our cupcakes had mold and the chicken truly was horrible tasting you could tell it wasn't kept in a good place after eating it, it didn't look bad by looking at it, Im not dumb just saying
