We've been going to Puppy Love for 10 years!! Our dog Gracie loves the ladies their. She's not nervous to see them. She's relaxed and you can tell she's comfortable with them. I feel so grateful to have them groom our dog. I highly recommend them.

If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. Ms. April is the best in the business. I have taken my boys (to include a grumpy old man chow chow) to many groomers in the last decade. None of the other groomers come close to taking such great care of and making my boys look as handsome as she does. If you're looking for a groomer in the area, look no further and take them the Puppy Love!

Very nice and our 2 elderly dogs looked fantastic when done. They smell wonderful too. Whatever they use we love it. Did their nails, cut, shampoo, and anal glands. Our male can be a little tough to groom but she seemed really patient and was nice about it. $95 for the both of them. Definitely would use them again when traveling through if we need them done at that time.

Overall, no issues at all they did an outstanding job on my dog. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I most definitely recommend them!

I do not want to make this review but will because I have used this facility with my golden and they did an amazing job with her but when I try to call to make a new appointment when it's time for her to be groomed again I never get an answer and when I leave a message hoping to be called back I get nothing. Sad to say because this is a small town business and I would love to support them but it's hard to do that when they won't even try to get back in contact with customers or answer when they call. Hopefully this can be rectified, because like I said I would like to support them.

They did a great job with our Australian Shepherd who typically gets really anxious when going to get groomed. The staff calmed her and even provided a bath to help with her dry skin. This just exemplifies the level of care they take when you drop your loved pet off. Typically my dog will shed after getting groomed (a stressed induced thing with her), but after picking her up she did not shed a bit and also seemed much happier than when we have picked her up from other grooming places. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great grooming service.

I absolutely love Puppy Love and the girls that work there! They are so patient, kind and really care about the fur babies they groom! I won't be taking my animals anywhere else. The handle my 200lbs Saint Bernard and my sassy Persian cat like it's nothing!

Walked in without an appointment to get my puppy's nails trimmed. Within 5 minutes of walking-in, Chloe was having her pedicure and we were out the door in another 5 minutes.Maybe I just got lucky 😌 but I still got great service.

Sadly, this business doesn't answer their door, their phone, OR return messages, so they could be amazing, but I wouldn't know. I called three different times and visited three different times, and never could make contact with an actual person.
