Dr. Hasenbeck was amazing. We drove right there when our Diesel was in distress. His staff was amazing and he was incredible. When our Diesel crossed the rainbow bridge we were all treated with kindness and grace and we will be forever grateful!

When my dog Odin had his leg crushed I was recommended to go see Dr. Hasenbeck. Literally the worse decision I ever made. He did not put a brace on Odins leg and because he is a dog the screws backed off. He warrantied the surgery after blaming me, kept my dog for 3 weeks and starved him. This was a 65 lb pit bull when I picked him up 3 weeks later he weighed 50 lbs. He was not bathed the entire time he was there and smelled like he had laid in his own excremement. I called routinely to check on him and they lied and told he was eating and happy, clearly that was a lie. Now a year later his leg has chronic infections and the brace is now showing through his leg. Thank God I found a vet who actually cares about my dog and is doing everything in her power to correct this quacks mistakes. If I could leave 0 stars I would. A waste of time and money. If you care about your pet DO NOT use this facility.

We brought my cat into see them a couple of weeks ago. He was lethargic and not eating. The “doctor” diagnosed him as having cat fever (made me instantly think of 1 million ways to day in the west). He shot him with a steroid, prescribed antibiotics, charged $129 and told us to separate him from our other cat for 10 days. Our cat started to eat again but quickly started to deteriorate. When I tried calling to have him seen it just gave me a busy tone for 4 hours, I even sent a Facebook message with zero response. I called another local vet and they had me bring him right in. They looked at him and did blood work. He had lesions in his mouth and the blood work confirmed Leukemia. I had no choice but to put him down. The vet asked me to go home and get my other cat so we could give him a booster vaccine right away. That was profesional. I wouldn’t trust Happy Hollow to care for a mouse. It seems the only thing they care about is cash, which there was a big pile being counted in plain sight in the back room. I have plenty more to say about this establishment but I don’t want to type my true feelings into this public review. Thanks for letting my cat suffer because you didn’t care. Stay away from this money grabbing hack of a vet.

We live in Medicine Park and are somewhat new to the area and we had not established a vet for our Bengal cat. We had an emergency last night he had gotten a 3 prong fishing hook stuck through his paw and was in a lot of pain. We called several vets in lawton and no one could help us. We got a hold of Happy Hollow and they were very prompt with returning our call and were more than happy to get us in. We took our cat up there and the Dr took excellent care of him so quick and so gently. We are already referring friends and family this is an outstanding place and very reasonably priced. Best vet experience. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of our fur baby.

I have lived all over the country and can honestly say that Dr Hasenbeck is one of the best vets there is. He treats both of my dogs and my cat. He is thorough and always listens to my concerns. His prices are reasonable and he has always been available (even after hours) when my pets have had health issues. I have boarded my dogs there and I know that they are healthy and happy there. I highly recommend Dr Hasenbeck.

We have been taking our pets to Happy Hollow Animal Hospital since 2008 and if you need a good local Veterinarian for your pets then this is the right place.Dr. Hasenbeck and his team are always helpful because they all love animals and not because it's their job. They even try to find homeless pets new families if possible. Thank you all for everything.

Brought my dog here to get his broken leg fixed after being told this doctor is the only one that did the surgery besides one in OKC. So I brought my husky there and they charged 2000$ to pin it(not to bad). Upon picking my dog up he had 3 pins sticking out the side of his leg with a cast around all 3 and one going completely through the leg which definitly wasnt what I thought pinning was. While being completely crated THEY FELL OUT. I brought him back and they did the pins again and his leg is completely crooked now so he will have a limp forever it seems they charged me 128$ to remove the pins which makes no sense given that should have been part of the surgery cost. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!

Not happy, people not friendly, charged me a hefty fine. Doc couldn't figure out what my dog's problem was. No courtesy, they got their money. I'm totally dissatisfied.

This man killed my dog. I took in a urine sample that appeared milky, my sweet dog also had a hardened stomach at the time so I was very concerned. Dr. Hasenbeck didn't tell me anything about either of these things but I could hear him in another room talking to one of the technicians about my dog should not have a hardened stomach. He never said anything to me. He told me he would call me if he found anything. That weekend my little baby died in my arms. This man is a disgrace and should be ashamed of himself. Maybe if he stopped flirting with his receptionist and actual take care in his patients he could be a decent vet but Dr. Hasenbeck should have his license revoked and his ass kicked.

We have tried numerous grooming places and this is only place our little Penny is happy to see the girls when we drop her off and still happy when we pick her up. She always comes back smelling and looking adorable.

Not what we asked for...Dog was shaved...only wanted my dog to get groomed to remove shedding hair...possible misunderstanding but after researching...the TECH should have known that Akitas should never be shaved unless it's a medical emergency

The boarding price is very reasonable especially if you have multiple animals..i reccomend you bring your own shot records. They are pretty pricey.

If you have any love for you cats do not take your precious animal to this horrible excuse of a veterinarian! He need to just stop practice in general! I highly warn you take your animals elsewhere! It’s not a far drive to lawton or even porter hill veterinarian clinic.
