So, another huge disappointment with this store. Let me start by saying that a lot of the shelves are bare. Next, still very a cluttered and unorganized mess. And finally, the checkout. To little room for starters. But, here is the issue, the "manned" register can only take cash because their system is "down". Now, how can that be since the self checkout takes ONLY cards. If the system was "down", credit/debit card sales would not work regardless of what register was working. Seems like just the unwillingness of the employees, managers, or corporate in general to fix the situation and make things easier rather than harder. Talking about self checkout, I am not an employee of Dollar General so why am I doing their job? I would have gave zero stars if the coding would allow it. Unfortunately, I had to give it something to post this.

This is the most amazing DG. I just love this store. The manager is so awesome, service with a smile. They always have what I need from groceries to essential stuff.. Keep on keeping on to Ms. Sally, manager..

Unorganized , not enough cashiers , boxes in the isles, no stock clerks, very poor mgt, cashier was accurate and pleasant. Took 15 min in line to check out. Need more help!! Very unorganized, merchandise in floor, barely could walk through. Poor upper management.you need to pay better and more workers in this store, period.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! GO TO FAMILY DOLLAR! This is the worst Dollar General that I have ever been to. I go into this store constantly and everyday they are under staffed. The place is a mess and product carts are all over the store. You can’t get through any isles. The employees are rude and don’t care to help you in the store or at the checkout. I waited in line today for 10 minutes before any employee came to the front to check the line of costumers out. I hope that they do under cover boss on this store. I’ve lived in Colorado Springs and Clarksville Tn and this is by far the worst Dollar general I’ve ever been to. HORRIBLE!

Convenient and nice employees. However it is insanely unorganized and hard to get thru some of the aisles. Having to move a massive pallet of merchandise to get to the dish soap is obnoxious. Definitely need to hire more folks to stock.

Most of the time when I need something specific, and I head here to get it, I find that the most important items on my list are not in Stock, although some of the lesser things that catch my eye tend to be cheaper than the other stores in the area. There are typically carts and dollies scattered around the store with product and merchandise that have not yet been stocked in the shelves, and these carts like to stand in front of the shelves. So it can be a small hassle to get behind these places, simply because of the unfinished obstruction. I have also found open and sometimes half eaten candy near the registers, likely children that get ahead of themselves. This establishment is mostly alright, I believe they have the most competitive prices.

There is always freight on the floor and the aisles are small. When its ti.e to check out, they are almost never at the register and you have to wait. I guess they dont give enough hours to employees.

Friendly and helpful. Good attitudes. Why are cashiers shipped to other stores. Are there not enough people to hire people to stay at one store?

Ok, I do like Dollar General but I hate how cramped up with so much stuff that it's falling on the floor and you have to dig through pilies of stuff to find most anything. Need a bigger store or to do better invatory and not order so much. Or the main office is sending to much. Hope it gets less stuffed.

Friendly staff every time. The store is crowded. If they were to take some of the stuff that doesn't sell out then the store would look cleaner and roomy

Newly remodeled. A bit crowded in aisles but once complete, it'll be the nicest around. Staff is very polite and courteous as well.

This store is amazing. I believe they may sell a very large amount of merchandise. Tend to have inventory stacked in aisles and only 1 cashier.

Customer service at this location is non-existent! Minimum wage employees giving less than minimum service. The majority of my visits have left a lot to be desired. I only visit this place when absolutely necessary.

The staff was so super friendly and helpful, at one point I couldn't find my phone in the store, I had set it down somewhere, and an associate at the store offered to use her own cell phone to call my phone so I could locate it.

My store is always clean people are friendly I just wish they were allowed to help you with the coupons and the penny deals instead of have to tell us that there are no pennies when I know that's a complete lie

The customer service is terrible here. They are also slow, takes forever to check out when there is only a few people in line, and always refuses to open new lines. The store is also a mess most of the time, and they seem to always be out of things.

You can barely what down an isle without bumping into stuff. Isles are way to cluttered and shelves are literally piled with merchandise. Very unprofessional.

The sales associates are nice but most of the time the place is a mess and you can't walk to the products without a detour since unpacked boxes are in the way.
