This is my second attempt here. Both times ordeeed the Mico Burrito. From the description this is a classic “cali burrito” Fries and bacon take the place of rice and beans. The first time they put rice and beans on it even though that’s not included in the description. Today the “carne asada” looked like old boiled ground beef (see attached photo). When I spoke to the server and another person and showed them pictures of what was on their own menu and googled pictures of carne asada - they said that’s just how we do it here. Advised this was the same beef used in street tacos Very very disappointed for a $13 burrito with no sides. Staff was reasonable to deal with but quality doesn’t reflect what I saw in other poser. Maybe this is just the Elgin location and the others are better

My wife and I have eaten here twice. The waitstaff are both friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also clean and the TVs aren’t blaring so loud you can’t talk to each other. I had a small burrito bowl both times and my wife had chicken with rice. The food tastes great to me. Burritos Mico gets an A+, for great food, service, and atmosphere. We will be back.

It's almost great. They need to add more spice to their dishes. The owner is a great man, and I hope them the best.My family and I had dinner last night (4 December 23), and it was disappointing. I understand that sometimes things happen, but nothing had any flavor. I truly hope they can become more predictable with quality.

When arriving at the drive through, we sat and waited for at least ten minutes. We were seen by multiple workers and not acknowledged. Was super disappointed once I got home and realized my order was incorrect. This is unfortunately not the first time our order was incorrect. Also just a heads up - the enchilada is topped with queso, not red sauce!

The atmosphere was terrible, there were kids running around, and come to find out it was the OWNERS KIDS. They need to control these kids better. They were running behind the counters when the cooks were fixing the food, which 100% UNACCEPTABLE…..If they want this place to stay open please control your kids!!!!!!!!!
