It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to use Bella Luna! I miss them a ton and so does Maverick and Zeke. I never had to worry about them being taken care of because I already knew. I always received play videos and pictures when they were here. Since I moved to NY, I’ve never been able to find any good place that compares to this! I have a couple locations here that I’d love to see you in close to me to open up. Thanks for taking care of my dudes!

My dog loves this place. Very caring individuals. Would recommend 100000%. I never left my dog with anyone but after giving them a try, they gave me a sense of security and trusted my dog was in good hands.

Turbine loves going to doggie daycare!! They have a wonderful facility that is clean. I highly recommend this amazing place for your dog!!! He is so tired when he gets home.

They are very professional and loving with the animals. The facility is always clean and they have bent over backwards to accommodate me for a last minute boarding for my dog Diamond. I highly recommend Bella Luna Pet Resort for boarding any pet.

We attend Puppy Training class here taught by Tiffany from Tiffanys House of Havoc. The facility is clean and very nice. Tiffany is GREAT, our Isabel is benefiting so much from these classes.

I can tell when I pick them up, they had a blast! The staff is awesome, and they send pictures and videos the whole time.

Our dog was boarded there for 5 days. Check in was very good. Friendly people. Upon pick up we noticed they lost the dog bowl and her bed. When I asked if I could another bowl, I was told yes if I bring it back in the morning. In reference to the bed, they claim I didn't bring one in. So much for that. I now had to go and get a new bowl and bed. Never again!

I have been very impressed with this facility. When we had our tour of the facility, it was very clean and smelled rather well for dogs being there all day. We've used their boarding services and doggy day care services and have been pleased with both. I know that Jasmine is treated well because when we pull up, Jasmine gets so excited! They also post daily videos on facebook so we can see what Jasmine has been up to all day. Love them!

My wife and I have taken our two dogs here several times while out of town. A word to the wise: reserve your spot early for major holidays. One major plus about Bella Luna is the Luna Suites. For a reasonable additional fee, your pet(s) gets almost all the comforts of home—one on one play time with staff, a peanut butter KONG, and pictures sent daily to your mobile device! This is well worth the extra cost per day. Anyway, the staff is wonderful, as others of mentioned. This is a great place for your pet.

Bella Luna takes such good care of our baby when we go on vacation. They allow us to walk her back and pet her so she knows its ok. They send us videos and pictures of her playing and having fun. We now have 2 and its comforting knowing they can stay together.

Our three puppies were very well cared for and "HAPPY" with their stay which was what was important to us. They have in the past appeared stressed at other places, but not here. Five stars and highly recommended.

I took a tour of Bella Luna today. This place is really nice. It was clean and looked like furry fun. I'm still worried about leaving my babies, but I know they'll be in good hands and well cared for.

Absolutely do not take your dog here! Broke my Aussie-doodle puppies leg. During a week stay on second day got video of her playing with staff. Forth day they text asking what’s wrong with her leg. Made them take her to the vet. Long story short she has a implant in her leg now. Had to be picked up early by family due to us being out of state. She had to be taken to OU animal hospital and has to stay for a week. Vet said worst brake they have ever seen. Bella Luna took no responsibility and did not pay any on my $4,500. Bill. The owner actually said she didn’t think it happened at her spa! What a crock ! I ask for video since they have video surveillance but it was destroyed. My Nala missed out on over 3 months of her life due to their negligence and will always have problems with her leg ! Shame on this place and the owner!

Scooby loves coming to Doggie Day Care! I can tell that he is taken care of at Bella Luna because he gets very excited when I drop him off in the morning. Also, they do grooming so while your pet is at doggie daycare or boarding they can get their spa day. They have the best staff who are very friendly and truly care about the animals in their care. I would highly recommend them.

Love this place to take care of our pets whenever we are out of town for a couple of days. They are really attentive to your pets and provide daily updates to how your pet is doing. Our pets love going there too!

I would be very angry if my fur baby was injured. I can’t believe that this puppy had to have surgery. Will not take my baby there. Especially for the to deny it.
