God bless you for truck parking! In a world of "no trucks allowed" there are things we come to need on the road that truck stops just don't carry. This is the 2nd time this particular Walmart has helped me with an issue on the road. Along with frequenting Walmart we patronize other businesses while there (check out Great Wall chinese food😋). Thanks again!

Door greeters think they are security and have the authority to stop you to check your receipt for anything that's not in a bag. How am I supposed to put a 50 lb bag of dog food in a bag. If they don't believe that I purchased the items then they need to have asset protection take their time and follow me and every other person around the store and if I did steal something then they can say something to me. Come on walmart, do better. I will not submit to showing my receipt or doing work for free at the self check out any more. All you have to say is no I will not show you my receipt. If the don't accept no ask for a manager.

I always stop in for apples and they have a good variety of decent looking apples.I got my dog some dog food nothing special about today's visit. I was supposed to have this delivered last night, but WalMart + didn't deliver my order after 4 hours plus a 2 hour delay and attempted to cancel it and reorder it at another store for a time I wasn't going to be home or reschedule for a time I wasn't going to be home. The customer service lady was less than understanding and didn't seem to understand anything she was told the first time.

I'm really turned off from this Wal-Mart for some reason. I think it's mostly because they seem to have a limited selection compared to other local Wal-Mart's and they don't have the freshest produce.*Edit*I went to their garden center on 4/23/24 and all of their indoor plants were in desperate need of watering. Of all of the severely wilted plants, I picked up a large peace lily and asked how much I could get it for. I ended up paying $7 and was able to bring it home and revive it. I've attached before and after pics. Wish I could save them all.

Terrible customer service!I went through the self checkout and lady named Rachel was basically breathing over my neck. Very aggressive behavior, to the point that I asked if she wanted to scan the items for me so she could back up. When I asked to speak to a manager, the response of the Team leader was, “She was just doing her job.” If Walmart doesn’t want customers to scan their own items, Walmart should not have self checkout machines. I am an active duty member and I have never felt more uncomfortable shopping. I asked the manager to look at the cameras if they needed to before the staff acts as if the customer is up to something. Zero professionalism and unacceptable customer treatment.

I waited for around 10 minutes to get help at the jewelry counter and had to ask 2 different employees if they could page someone to the counter. The employee was very friendly once she got there however. The lines were short, and the store was very clean.

The Walmart in Mustang off of 152 and Sara Road comma is a really great place to shop. Although it is very busy at times just as all the other Walmart it is always very clean and the employees are always so helpful and courteous. The produce always looks spectacular and so does the shopping floor. I would recommend this Walmart to anyone.

Changing things up in Wal-Mart. One of the ladies working the register. Said that they are up grading and the place will be more like the wal-mart in Yukon. More self check out lanes. Bigger displays on the floor.

Pickup team is very efficient. The gentleman who bought out our order was very friendly... The store is typically clean. The interaction with staff is usually friendly. The pharmacy staff is top notch and very helpful. They go out of their way to make sure everything is good with our prescriptions.

This place is always packed and they have a door greeter who is an older woman who always smells really bad and she told us the service area was closed so we couldn't make a return so we went and bought a few items then when we get to the front the service desk IS OPEN so my wife goes over while I finish paying and they tell her sorry were closing after this person in front of you so technically we could have returned what we wanted if the door greeter wouldn't have lied to us. Very disorganized if you want to go somewhere go to crest even though it's filled with weirdo liberals working its still better than this place

I'm a regular and loyal customer. Have been for more than 20 years. I'm in there five to six times a week. After making a purchase that included money back I asked if she could break the $20 she gave me. She claimed she couldn't open the drawer. No explanation, just no. So I went to customer service. I've had a bill broken there. Once the attendant was finished talking to her coworker I was told I had to purchase something. I stated I had and showed my receipt and purchases and she was completely rude. Your store isn't the only store in town. I buy a $30 bag of cat food THREE times a week and that's not including all the many groceries I purchase a week. I will be looking into the logistics of shopping elsewhere. This is a small town not Manhattan, NY. You really can't afford to turn good customers away.

lady at self checkout 7/31/2023 at 9:30pm was braiding her hair and took 5 minutes to come help us at self checkout. then proceeded to deny our IDs for alcohol because we’re from texas. she was about 5’7 with brown hair and mid 30’s. 0/10 for this walmart. get better workers who actually do their job instead of their hair.
