I was alittle disappointed with the BLT. It just seemed a bit skimpy. I didn't bite into the bacon until the second bite. I ordered through the kiosk and went to pay but it said use the app. I opened the app but couldn't find how to pay for what I ordered from the kiosk so I had to give my card to my hop. She was wonderful and friendly. Her kindness and bright smile made up for the disappointment of the BLT.

I have given this place a chance way more times than I should have. They are always slow. They are never polite. They have never gotten my order right and I WISH that I was exaggerating about that. Gave them another shot today. I had to order my food THREE times and they still did not get any thing right and what I did get was obviously old. I'm very disappointed. I just moved here and was excited there was a sonic but now I'll make sure every one knows not to go here.

Terrible service! I went through the drive through and a young lady with black hair, facial piercings and a poor attitude greeted me at the window. I asked her to replace part of my order which was cold and when doing so she had said my wife did not have to be such a b**** about it. Completely taken back by this we ask to speak to her manager to which she replied she was her manager. I asked for her boss and she said she was the acting boss if the store and did not have one. She gave me back some more cold fries. Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant.

Terrible service disgusting behavior from employeesTried to make order on mobile app payed extra for chocolate for my kids ice cream and then called to try and get cherry’s added bc app did not let me and the manager lied to me. I called back to try and let them know and the lady hung up on me after I told her what happened.

The staff was rude and incompetent. Our food was wrong and cold, and they took forever to get us our food. This is second out of the two times I have been there, since they opened. Both times I have had a bad experience. I won't go back and say enter at your own peral.

Went to El Reno Sonic around 120 p.m. ordered a five-piece chicken basket with onion rings got two onion rings I can't even tell the chicken strips are chicken strips and they are so small it wouldn't even feed my granddaughter you paid $10 for something you can't even eat food is unappealing, have pictures could have gotten chicken at several different places in El Reno and at least be able you know that's what you're getting and two onion rings what is with that 😵‍💫

My wife Trina Williams worked for Sonic for several years in Coolidge Arizona & in El Reno Oklahoma after we moved here. I made my order tonight.. When the car hop brought the food he read the complete order to me correctly. I got home and was missing a plain crispy chicken sandwich. The time before this, the sandwiches were ordered plain and both had mayo on them. The time before that again did not get the complete order. Sonic used to be good.
