They're in business to rip people off. Do have but can order it for warehouse. 10 tines higher that dealership parts. 29.00 a man for freon and its 9 dollars at Walmart. You can do alot better that going to oreillys. The only way to beat a casino is do go there same applies to oreillys insane high auto parts.

Bought a new alternator that ended up being a dud, went in for a warranty replacement and the employee gave me a remanufactured as a replacement without telling me. I only noticed after I reinstalled. Be careful. Mason is a badass and helped resolve the situation. $90 difference between new and reman.

Super friendly. The staff there is awesome! My husband sends me to pick up or with a list they are always ready to help me find whatever and talk over which one to choose. We have completely stopped going to any other places we only go to O’Reilly now.

Have bought a few parts for my pickup at this location and the customer service is some of the best you will find for a parts store. The guys are knowledgeable about a good portion of the parts I've picked up from them and what they aren't sure about they look up pretty quick. Good store all in all, two thumbs up.

Excellent service with friendly smiles. I am female and they have never spoken to me as if I were stupid. When you go through the door they always greet you with a friendly hello and smile. they're always willing to help me try and figure out what is wrong with my car so I can order the part to fix it. Items such as relays, fuses, batteries, and scanning the car's computer for any issues. This particular O'Reilly's is located in El Reno Oklahoma.

I have been using O'Reilly auto parts store since I've been a mechanic. I always go to them because of they don't have it they will get from their warehouse and have it the next day. If you like to order on the internet they have a great website and always have deals to offer their customers!

Left my battery to be tested. Gave them my number because they said they would call when it was done testing, which could be up to an hour. An hour and a half later I went in to check on it. They forgot to call. Ticked me off. I bought a new battery only because another place I checked out did not have it.
