The service was fast and friendly. We were traveling through the area. This McDonald's food tastes way better than most that we have been too. Loved the employees smile and how outgoing they all were. Good job to the manager who must have also taught his employees that all people, including children who are different, are treated the same!! Highly recommend this restaurant!!

App service is absolutely terrible, if you order ahead or through the app this location will put your order at the bottom of the line. People were coming in 5-10 minutes after I arrived ordering at the counter and getting food before me. I watched my order come up get bagged and set aside and ignored for almost 10 minutes while the manager on duty was demanding the staff to “forget about the mobile orders it’s just DoorDash, bag our counter customers and drive through.” I was only able to get my food after flagging down a staff member and telling them I had been waiting almost 20 minutes.

I just want to understand how something from my order is usually messed up or missing. I try and be more understanding when it’s busy I know things can get hectic but when it’s not busy, not one person in the drive thru ahead of me and I placed a mobile order so I know it was correct yet there is still something missing. Half the time I go and order a frappe they tell me to pull forward while they make it and forget to bring it out to me. Multiple times after 10 mins I’ve walked into the store to find my frappe already melting down and it’s been sitting on the counter. Come on people.

Facilities were clean, food was what you would expect (these burgers are getting thinner and thinner haha).Service was soso, but was kind of embarrassing hearing the staff interact. Supervisor/manager chewing out staff, staff complaining about no breaks, etc. That stuff should be out of Customer ear shot. Makes it awkward for customers.

They show as confirmed 24 hours on Google, but they haven't been open 24 hours for a long time as far as I can tell. I'm a night owl and often get out for food between 12am and 3am, and either the drive thru screens are off or the employees just say they are closed when the screens are on overnight.

I don’t like beef so I order a burger with just cheese and bacon and usually at any other location my burger looks sad with 4 tiny strips of bacon and a slice of cheese. This location went above and beyond to accommodate me. You did a amazing job on getting my picky appetite fed.Features: Cleaning constantly wiping down counter tops and tables as people were leaving. Play ground was closed.

Came here for breakfast and food was good but the eating area is dirty and especially the play gym area. It was completely filthy you can’t tell the last time it was cleaned I almost felt the need to bathe my child after we left. Probably will not be coming back any time soon.

If I could give them 0 stars I most certainly would. Fries were cold nuggets were extremely old and the burgers were covered in sauce so much so that it was almost certainly done purposely. The employees were inside acting a fool and screaming dancing and laughing instead of working. We will not return.

The orange juice this morning (09/20/2023) was just colored water. The mix of the machine was not in order. I complained and got a new one. Again, only yellow water. The waitress just said "that's our mix" and wouldn't taste it herself. I am very disappointed, in other stores the orange juice tasted like juice. I disposed of everything.

The food order was right except they forgot the sauce that was on the receipt. The service was pretty slow as I waited for 25 minutes with only 4 people in front of me. The atmosphere seemed ok as if it must be a decent place or Dr÷ they wouldn't be the only place stacked 4 customers in front of me and about 4-6 behind me.Parking: Parking all the way around and Walmart parking lot backs up to it.Kid-friendliness: Big indoor playground, and Happy MealsWheelchair accessibility: Ramps both sides of bldg

This place is terrible. Twice in the past month I’ve gone by to get a coffee in the morning and their coffee machine wasn’t on. It happened again this week when my coworker went by in the morning. Today I went for lunch. Got a tea that I started drinking 5 mins later when I got back to my office. It’s completely watered down. I’m going to post a pic. It’s literally almost clear. There’s no way somebody didn’t actually put water in it. I’m absolutely done with this place.

They never get order right at drivethru...plus the fries don't fill the container. Shorted burger on double burger, employees change constantly, kids on staff were running around acting like pre-K kids.... The owners should be ashamed...We need another McDonald's owned by someone else...No more steak Bagels for Breakfast...and I'm so tired of pulling forward to get a messed up order after going home to discover it...or having to get out vehicle to correct it and end up with Cold meal when I finally get to eat it, so now I only go in to make sure they get it right. Then the drink dispenser is full of ants right after they do new terrible remodel with stupid kiosks to screw up the order even worse....eeeech Wheres Ronald...ok that should about do it. And I'll go back cause i will have a big mac attack before too long............

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I ordered on the app, went in to pick it up (as I marked on the app), waited in line 10 minutes to get sent through the drive thru to get it. Which, I then spent another 10 minutes getting to the speaker. The guy taking my order was so quiet and mumbly I couldnt hear him. I finally get him to understand i had a mobile order. Get to the window, and the girl can't find my order and nearly charges me again. She comes back q few minutes later and has my order. I ordered a 10pc nugget and a Lg ICED caramel mocha with extra chocolate and extra caramel drizzle. My ICED mocha is basically flavored water with a hint of whip cream still visible on top. I say something to the girl. She seemed confused and like I was a huge inconvenience. So, I was like "nevermind" I am 30 minutes behind now almost anyway. I drive away. Reach in for my nuggets and no sauce. I asked for 2 BBQs on my order. It is even on my receipt. They got nothing right, were slower than a sit down restaurant, were clueless and rude, and the whole entire experience- speed of service, quality, friendliness, accuracy, willingness to fix the messed up order- was HORRENDOUS.NEVER GO HERE. GO NEXT DOOR TO BURGER KING.I TRIED TO GIVE THIS ZERO STARS- IT WON'T LET ME.
