Shower are clean, bathrooms aren't bad if you want anything to eat besides candy or jerky you better not stop between the hours of 10pm and 6am smh. I come though in the dark on the regular and I'm constantly disappointed at the empty roller grill, hot box, and Carl's jr.

Two issues. First I took a shower here and was given a washcloth with a big nasty brown stain on it. Not sure it it was blood or fecal matter either way disgusting. Second be advised you can't park unless you fuel here. They have signs and big banners telling you that. Honestly people don't like their safety being contingent on being a customer. Whoever thought this was a good idea was wrong. Every Loves I've been to is full by 6 pm and drivers are having to create parking. Not here it's almost 9 pm and there are still over 20 parking spots open. That should a good indicator of what people think. I'm definitely not swiping my card at this location or any Loves that tries to force me into being a customer. I recommend the TA a few minutes down the road or the Pilot just a little bit farther away. Included is a photo of that washcloth. I threw it out for them. I recommend they have someone search for anymore potential health hazards

I really don’t know what to say about this place! Dirty comes to mind. Not sure when the last time the floors have been swept or moped. The showers were dirty and we had to wait for a shower even though no one was in them?? The bathrooms were disgusting. A lot of staff just standing around. Seems the night crew had to play catch up from the afternoon crew. Couldn’t refill my cup because they were making tea. The parking lot was fairly empty and can see why, many have decided to just go on down the road.

Regardless, if I get fuel or not, I would always buy something that I needed from the store either food or something to drink, but now I guess I will not spend another dime at loves

Talked to one of the employees at the counter , they actually discontinued the fuel only parking! As of 4/27 , you are good just disregard the signs truckers. Apparently everyone complained about it because they were testing things out I guess?

Horrible. The toilet in the shower was utterly disgusting. I could understand this in the public restroom, but the shower is supposed to be cleaned and sanitized after each use. Somebody is sleeping on the job.

I'm a big fan of Love's. Their bathrooms are usually clean. They offer thought products for travel and memorabilia. Prices can be cheap, but it depends on what you want. Gas is fairly cheaper than others if traveling through the area. Locations are prominently located.

Very clean, nice place to stop. Stopped on a Thursday at 3:45pm in my RV, was able to fill up with gas and propane quickly. Lots of room for trucks/buses/etc. I definitely want to stop here again if I am in the area.

No coffee, no creamer, no Celsius drinks… fuel lanes backed up with dumba$$e$ not pulling forward or parking before going inside store to eat or shop. For the young steering wheel holders, it’s probably great. Smh. Everything is goin to hell.

I can't say too much about this location because I just got out of surgery and can't go in. Both of my son's went in to grab some food and drinks. I haven't eaten since yesterday and am quite hungry. From the outside, it seems fairly busy and the store has a Carl's Jr. inside.One of my son's, Jesse, said the store was clean and we'll organized. He also said the lady working greeted them and was very nice and helpful. This stop is located on Radio Road just South of I-40, to me it's kind of hidden.We got a ham and cheese club on wheat, Italian club sandwich, some Jack Link beef sticks and a Dr. Pepper. All of it looks good! I'm ready to eat!

One of the worst loves to stop at. Major problem with drivers taking their 30 or more in the fuel isles. Every night it is the same issue. Drivers, at least pull forward once done fueling.. this loves could careless.

Disgusting Showers. Walked in to a dirty toilet with feces stuck to the rim and hair on the seat. Floor was covered in hair. The “clean” towels they so kindly left for me were stained with something brown and gross. No respect for truckers out here.

I am an ordinary company driver and I spent a wonderful 10 hours of relaxation reset in this Truck Stop, and from deep of my heart I want to bring to your attention dear Manager of this Loves Truck Stop, on May 23, 2023, 5:00 pm, I took a shower and I was fascinated by what was inside the shower room, everything sparkled and shone, the person who cleaned the shower rooms that day deserved to be rewarded for her diligent and quality work. Over the past year, in all kind of Truck Stops around the United States, for the first time I see the person who does his job in such a quality.

Great employee's and lots of smiles and greetings and friendly place to be. Fresh foods, fresh clean supplies and restrooms, always busy but they're ready to serve you at anytime and fast. Awesome well done each and every staff members, I definitely recommend anyone to stop here and check it out, either your fueling or resting, traveling, this is it, "Safe-Heaven".

Really nice loves. Probably the cleanest & nicest I have been to. Even the bathrooms smelt wonderful. Unlike others that smelt like sewage. Very clean! I will be making this one of my stops when we visit the city.

Employees are foul mouthed and too busy flirting with each other to clean the showers. 3 have emptied out and one was 20 minutes ago.

This is a nice clean stop inside. The wind blows garbage all over outside because the cans don’t have lids. After picking up a couple bags full, we decided it was useless.The clerks are VERY nice but not too knowledgeable of the station.This does have a dump station for rv’s but no potable water, which is odd.They seem to be expanding, which is a good thing but there is plenty of room to stop overnight. We didn’t feel bad at all about taking up room when parking our rv.The dog area would be very nice if people picked up after their pets. I was sad at how many piles were left inside and just outside the area.

All I could ask for. Clean restrooms, clean store for food items, clean and easy to use diesel pumps and the latest technology to protect one’s credit card at the self service pumps. I look for a Love’s on the road because it’s so easy to refuel a diesel car.
