The manager, Tammy very rude. I was at the register. Trying to enter in my phone number for my digital coupons. She kept on continue on on with the transaction didn’t tell me thank you didn’t tell me goodbye she’s very rude. It said it’s the only family Dollar in town. I have to drive to Yukon just to get good customer service.

They only got one star because otherwise it wouldn't allow a review. Awful service, employees were rude, things weren't priced correctly and when you call their attention to it, they want to argue with you. How is that even considered customer service? I'd rather deal with Walmart than go back to this store.

Depends who is working, but the girl that is working right now has no understanding of customer service. She took her sweet time with the delivery driver chatting and all while I waiting to buy two cans of sauce I needed to get back home and finish cooking with. Ending up leaving and going elsewhere. Very rude. If I could give 0 stars, I would have.

I love our Family dollar.The folks are helpful and I can find awesome stuff without breaking the bank.They need more help.BUT the problem is the company will not allow them to give employees more than about 26 hours a week.If they gave at least 30 no more than 40 the store would be awesome.Right now it is very good but could be better.

The cashier's and customer service has gotten a lot better sense the store first opened. I originally gave it 1 star. Now it's a really good place to shop. The employee's are very nice.

Worst service in town. So much loitering and visitors of employees just chilling, taking away from check out time. 4 most trips were all bad experiences. Will not go back no matter what convenience I'm looking for

Seems always dirty due to pallets or boxes in the way to restock. But better than Dollar General in Sunset, which is always dirty. Unable to go down aisles always empty shelves.

This is a horrible place to shop some of the employees they keep are rude and hateful and try to make people leave they're belongings behind the counter because they think everyone wants to steal the cheap stuff they try to sell! Worst store in elreno by far!

They're close to the house within walking distance right next to the liquor store so I walk down there at least twice a week
