Exiss has terrible customer service! I have a 2001 4 horse trailer and the drop down window hinge broke and Exiss has no replacement parts. they tell you to call a guy in New York that charges $235.00 for a hinge! When I called Exiss warranty dept. they said they could sell me a $1,300.00 window frame. You better hope your Exiss trailer doesn't last very long because they wont support it! I will never buy another Exiss trailer and will not recommend them!

The stock trailer that we have is 3 months old and showing surface rust through the grey paint under the gooseneck. (2) bolts / nuts are making direct contact with the aluminum which causes corrosion. (3) on the gates and door hinges there isn't spacers in the aluminum tubing or reinforced where the hinges can be properly tighten.

I went in to apply for a job. They called me back for phone interview, still haven't heard back yet. But for the building I went into, it was clean, well lit, and everyone had masks on, finally a company who takes covid-19 seriously. Thank you!

I have given this company so many chances. We purchased a brand new 45’ Toterhome Haulmark stealth in September 2019. As soon as we got it, it had a several issues that would be covered under warranty. It is literally like pulling teeth to get them to even respond to an email. I have called our customer service advisor, Bruce McConnell with no response. I have also reached out to his supervisor Ryan Stump 3 times now since November and we still haven’t gotten a response or call back from him.We have had to come out of pocket for the repairs, they promised to reimburse us and we are still waiting on that 3 months later. They have inconvenienced us multiple times by sending us to places to get the RV repaired, only to later find out that not only did they have no idea about the warranty work but they can’t even fix what we brought it in for. What gets me the most is the lack of communication, I can’t even get a response. This is the worst customer service we have ever received. If I can give you any advice do not buy a Haulmark or anything that you would have to deal with Universal Trailer. Giving 1 star because I have to in order to write this.
