I work in customer service so I get wanting to close. BUT there's no reason to lock up early. I've tried to come by 15 minutes before close to grab setting real quick several times and the doors are already locked...

I arrived at 8:50pm online it said they close at 9pm. The kid stood there and literally continued to mop the floor. Wouldn't let me in just said he can't unlock the doors after the manager already locked the door. There was a hobo out front... I understand he may want to go home early because he hates his job, or was scared of the hobo but it's not fair to the paying customers like myself. If you close at 830 then change the hrs online.and just because the hobo might not be welcome in the store, shouldn't effect regular citizens WHO HAVE MONEY, I will be back and ask for the manager. The kid had curly brown hair and glasses looked 19 yrs old.

Always a lovely visit, store is clean and organized. The clearance rack always has something useful to offer at great prices. The staff is always kind and can help you find any and everything you could ask for that they offer.

2-11-20. Not very helpful with info on digital coupons. Out of milk with an epic blizzard approaching. Was there 20 minutes B-4 closing, asst Mgr I believe was counting her drawer &, directed me to the fairly new girl. So there U have it. My experience 3 stars

Dollar General used to be so crowded, unorganized, and short-staffed that it wasn't worth the hassle to shop there. Recent improvements include more organized shelves, attractive displays, and self checkouts. Personal checkers are still available, too. DG electronic coupons can save quite a bit of money, but my phone number no longer works. I have requested help online, by phone, and in person. No one can figure out the problem, so I've missed out on several coupons. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

every time I go in there the very friendly the very nice they help me out as much as I can to know who I am they always come to my place of business where I work at love Simon Street and I just love going into this one but it's sad that the manager had to leave to go across town but guess what did they still have a good manager crew there at this one right next to my why don't you for my house I love this place this is Christopher I work at loves down the street from them and they are an awesome awesome crew and they always help me out whenever I need it thank you guys for being there for us we do appreciate me and my wife my daughter does.

Got me some cookies n milk ×2 chocolate and my favorite whole milk.But the best part was the cashier ,she was so positive and happy it very much so changed my view of the day. You know the things that make you go huhhh. #Nothing but goood vibes!!!

Waiting in line for 4 different customers only one clerk. Was next on line an the clerk says you will have to go to other clerk who just opened now that line was six deep. Went from 1st to last. Spent almost 25 minutes in line to check out. Manager was very rude. This is not the first time workers have been rude. Use to do all my business there now I go to family dollar. Will not return to this location

This is the cleanest and most organized Dollar General I've ever been to. The people who work here deserved a raise because they don't throw stuff around and then leave it. They care about their store.

At least this store has stocked shelf's. The carts though are always stuck together! 2 newer employees and they were very friendly.

The El Reno Okla store would not honor or could not honor our disabled vet state income tax card. We are in our eighties, disabled, 26 yr Marine. It cost us $15 today and we got no help at store. They said it was denied! It’s a state law that it be honored for combat Purple Heart veterans wounded in combat. Why?

This place are pretty good but not enough room to put must of stuff and need more room to have space to move around and getting better to put out on shelves and those prices are kind of high for this store hope someday prices gose down more to be reasonable price for all customer THANK YOU from Brenda Britton
