This I believe might be the biggest Dollar General that I've been in and it's very nice and "spacey". The parking lot is huge for car parking, very nice payment. You can tell this is a new building. There was no litter or clutter around the front of the store.When entering you can almost see the entirety of the store. We instantly knew where to go to find the items that we needed. First, the makeup aisle..that's where this impressiveness ended. They were out of what I needed, matter of fact they had many outages. So we moved on to the dog food. That section looked well stocked, walk around the corner for air spray and candles...tons of empty space again. One aisle even had product laying in the aisle reminding me of the other stores in this chain.We did do a little impulsive shopping. I was impressed that they sold watermelon here. There's many different options in the food dept. We chose our items and went up to the counter to check out. The customer service needs work. We weren't greeted coming in and now we had to interrupt the cashiers from talking. Our cashier never said anything to us except the total. He never even smiled. Instead of talking one of them could've been facing product and getting those items off the floor. Even the cases of water was a tripping hazard. So in the end I wasn't impressed.

I had a bit of a terrible experience shopping at this dollar general there is a employee that seems to be more on her phone than working while the rest of the workers are stocking shelves or ringing up customers but for some reason when she was scanning my items she happened to leave out a item while scrolling through her phone and didn’t notice until I got home she is African American and looks maybe 5/2, not to mention she has a attitude with customers.

The store manager at this location is not friendly and always has a sour look on her face. Never smiles and barely even interacts with customers.

Just came into the store I shop here almost every other day and I’m usually with my one year old today I was grabbing some essentials for his stomach ache he had at school when I had to go to the bathroom really bad out of the blue so I ran to the bathroom doors which were built to be used by the public with a sign that’s says ask associate for key to which I was met with a woman worker I had to yell in the store to get their attention because they were not at the front because clearly it was an emergency she said without even looking at me we don’t have a public bathroom leaving me with no choice but to leave without my shopping needs grabbing my son praying I don’t go on myself in the process long story short DO BETTER DOLLAR GENERAL ESPECIALLY FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THIS IS NOT OK

The new store has all the perks of being brand spanking new, all shiny and bright. But the prices aren't worth going to the other side of town and the particular staff I had to interact with was enough to make me not go back. I'll stick with the one on 66 by swadleys where prices are decent and they're always super nice!!

This store is not only cluttered and messy it is flat out NASTY. Seemed like a health risk to even breath the air. The whole store smells like a dirty litter box! I was embarrassed for them. But the staff was very nice and helpful.

We have two dollar stores in El Reno this dollar store is huge and it's always clean the other dollar store aisles are always blocked with cages with empty boxes or stuff to be put up it is very hard to shop there even though I live three blocks away I drive further to go to this dollar store plus the lady that works there in the evenings I don't know her name she has long hair and she's very tiny she is so sweet and kind and the most helpful person I've ever met in my life she deserves a raise

Very cluttered-hard to get around the store. Cashier was nice but was a long line-other worker didn't open other register so had to wait about 15 minutes to get checked out. I prefer the other location in town.

Every time I go in to this location the shelf are not stocked. They have boxes everywhere with the stuff but no in the shelves. I started going to the one a mile away which is smaller and there shelves are fully stocked

Just stood in line for a least 10 minutes waiting to be checked out. I ended up putting my items back, and going to a different store. Salesclerk let someone cut in line to take care of their stuff. This place always looks like a flea market, and the staff are horribly rude.

Not enough employees to help make the store clean and stock. There are always boxes in the aisles you have to maneuver around to shop and you have to wait at the counter to check out. I would think this would pose a security risk for employees and customers if there aren't enough employees to pay attention to what's happening at the front of the store.

Honestly, I'm really disappointed in one of my favorite stores!!! Everytime I go in to shop, theres a new manager, and in true DGS style, nothing is ever put up, and this is a brand new store, twice the size of most and you can tell its neglected. 😔

This is not one of my favorite now National 🇺🇸 Chains!!!!!!! But I'm currently without my 1997 1,500 350c.i.V8 4speed automatic with ⚡overdrive SLT GMC 🤪 I was WALKING in the Noonday COLD to a cheap motel & wanting cigarette rolling tobacco, rolling papers and a lighter....... This store was as Good as any I've ever seen.....!. But had to settle for American Spirit Blue's.....!. Not much harm & no foul.......

Its moved over 1 block. Like the new location. More fresh and much larger. I dont go there often but it's a good location to pick up something quick if you need to do some light grocery shopping.

The dollar store has pretty much everything I need at reasonable prices. They also give store discounts on everything i buy. Everything. And it is so much more convenient and quicker to get in and out the door. I like shopping there a lot more than Wal-Mart.

Good experience, but very upset that they blocked our street to build this store here!! Uncalled for and now emergency service to our neighborhood will be hindered. Angry with Dollar General and our city politicians that allowed a whole street to be torn up for a business. We and emergency vehicles have to go out of the way now to get to our neighborhood.

When I shop at a dollar store it's most always this dollar general. Love everything abt it except shelves are not always stocked. But everyone friendly and never really a long wait

I go to Dollar General almost every day just to get out of the house for a while, I have COPD and try to walk a little bit every day.. Dollar General is extremely convenient and only 2 blocks away..

This is such a nice clean store and so nice to see so many groceries to choose from as frozen foods, eggs and bread. One can find almost anything to make a meal.

This one was in El Reno Okla. It was kinda cluttered and didn't have the toilet paper I was looking for. It did have a brand of eye liner I like and it was on sale. Over all it was ok.
