Terrible place to go to, dakota was high on something kept putting his hands in his pants then serving customers with out washing his hands! Had to ask another employee if he's gonna wash his hands after pulling them out of his pants and scooping ice cream in to cups, the other employee hand to yell to him to wash his hands. They need to start drug testing, and watch employees better. next time I'll take pictures and report to oklahoma department of health with evidence pictures!

Everything was so unorganized and every order that went out was incorrect. I ordered a pimento burger and got everything except for the burger. It took 30min to make one and have it to me. Every customer behind me had the same issues and we were all waiting for well over 30 min. Everything was dirty and I used to work at braums I know there dress code and there shirts weren't tucked at all. There was only 2 people on shift who did there best and followed everything to the T. The manager and the fresh market employee. Definitely avoid this store.

I thought I was about to have to write my first bad experience for braums at this location so I arrived at 10:15 placed my order they didnt have breaded chicken for the #8 so I substituted with grilled which is usually what I get I'm a regular at braums in pauls valley because my son loves the #8 so I walk back to my truck with my order after waiting almost 30 mins just to notice my order was wrong and cold I immediately calles them with like 8 mins til they close to inform them what happened and that I'm in the truck parking across the street I'm going to walk back with this order... The guy seemed to be upset which I get they're literally getting ready to close but I was starved and I either needed my food remade or I'd settle for a refund and get something elsewhere, he was like we already cleaned up but BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY bc she was like remake it it's our mistake taking accountability and I'm so grateful , also needs a renovation only one bathroom stall is crazy especially in such a busy restaurant thank you

I witnessed along with about 10 customers in lobby the manager scolding the drive through worker. She was scolding her like a child in front of everyone. Very unprofessional and I felt terrible for that young lady. The manager was an older lady and the time was 10:00am on 12-21-23

The only reason they got a three is because of the young lady that took my order was super sweet and very personable. Ordered 5 Jr cheeseburgers with meat cheese and Braum’s burger sauce only got to the truck to leave and the burgers had no sauce and no cheese took them inside the store they opened the wrappers slapped cheese on them and bagged them in a new bag manager brought me the old back and said I could get what I wanted out of it because if she did she would have to change her gloves. So won’t be going back there.

Helped open this location 1989 you could eat off the floor immaculately clean. 34 years later the over 55 employees work diligently while other staff lack people skills. Their ice cream is what you go for otherwise DO NOT get a bag of burgers because they will serve burnt meat & Rock hard buns!

Went through drive thru. Placed order it was repeated correctly to me. Go pay receipt has everything printed on it correctly. Yet it was the worse experience I have had at Braum's for a long time.The only correct meal was the kids meal.The adult burger meal was totally made wrong.I ordered a strawberry poppy seed salad. It was not even worth the effort. First when I arrived at the window to get my food. I was told they had NO poppy seed dressing REALLY. So I agree to take honey mustard. When arriving back at my office I got grilled chicken instead of the fried chicken and they gave me thousand island dressing again REALLY 😭. So to the store to get the correct dressing just to get back to see what the salad looked like. Certainly not a pleasant view to the eye. On top of the dressing issue look at the picture the lettuce is totally disgusting so I picked out the incorrect chicken and pineapple and had to call it good.Totally disappointed in this location.

I work in fast food full time, im also ServSafe certified and I was TRAINED to know food safety and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Tonight I was very disappointed in the customer service I received. 8:25 PM 10/3/23, boy in the drive through was very disrespectful and rude. I understand 100% how stressful it is to hold down a customer service job, but you’ve got to learn patience. He didn’t even give us a chance to speak before rushing us to the window. & the order was incorrect because of this.

This braums is jacked up. Ice cream toppings tasted rotten and the soda machine just tasted like carbonated water. Staff is very nice but it doesn’t make up for the food experience.
