The women’s restrooms at this location is absolutely disgusting! They’ve been this way for over a year. There’s a toilet that’s always clogged and another that displaces you if you sit on it because the seat is broken. If you don’t get up before the automatic flusher senses you then you will have your toilet water splash up your back on you. This is not to mention, that the very same door is still broken and anytime someone opens or closes any of the other stall doors, it opens because the door latches don’t fit properly. One actual stall is functional but the employees like to hang out in that stall so that you are forced to use the nasty ones. The soap dispenser is also broken. This could be expected from other Walmart locations but not the Edmond one. Apparently only leaving negative reviews gets things handled and fixed here. Sad and frustrating! ((Will delete once bathrooms are functionally usable!))

Typical Super Walmart experience. A good resource for one stop shopping and competitive prices. This particular store is usually clean and staff has been courteous but not very talkative. Convenient location near the interstate. Traffic flow in the parking lot can be heavy but manageable.

Have group of employees standing around or following you around but never ask you if you need help doesn't greet you . You have to ask for help in the store . They watch you check out and then want to stop you for receipt check. One employee told me she was closed I went to another register and stood in line then she called the people over to check them out that was behind me .I ended up having to check out in customer service. Your service should be way better if you want to see my receipt. I usually offer my receipt just because I'm not trying to make your job harder. But if you never say welcome to Walmart but follow me around and I see groups of workers just standing around you do Not get to randomly stop me when you see me at the register checking out .while you let other people just go on be fair in the process.

My husband went to garden center this morning at 915am. He parked by garden center. Doors were locked. He saw a worker inside and knocked but the worker ignored him so he had to walk around. When he got to the garden center there was still no one there so he had to go to self check out. On the way he asked what looked to be a couple Managers what time the garden center opened but they didn’t know. The garden center doors said opening hour was 6am. A number of people were seen going to the door. My husband tried calling the store to complain but no one would answer the phone,

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! Worst possible customer service I have EVER experienced. I had 9 things scheduled for delivery. It was “preparing” for an hour & a half then went straight to delayed. No options of going & picking it up until tomorrow. My husband is out of town working & needed this delivery before the morning. No one answered the phone after I got hung up on. They’re a joke!!

This is a great place to shop. The workers are nice, the area is usually clean, and the store is well stocked.Highly recommended and will definitely be returning in the future.

The customer service counter should win an award for the ABSOLUTE RUDEST workers I’ve encountered at a Walmart. Ever. Working the evening of 4/17 they were unwilling to help struggling customers and were extremely short. Should be ashamed of themselves.

Customer Service department at this location is AWFUL. Especially the lady named Sharon who had a terrible attitude when I tried to return an item. She went out of her way to make it as difficult a process as possible for me. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. I will not shop at that location anymore, and feel sorry for all the people that have to deal with her in the future. If management has any kind of backbone they will deal with this particular associate

Oh my God what can I say I sincerely hate Walmart Are you seriously I cannot stand to be in a Walmart .This one has got the old school layout. this one I love and don't quote me I would say that this one is actually cheaper than most of the other ones I've been to and it's in Edmond which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever but yeah this awesome Walmart gets a big high 5. For the limited amount of available stars I'm allowed to allocate otherwise I'd give it an 8 7. ;e'ause out of 10S-hhh-hh it's still a Walmart. .Which is stupid cus however I don't like Walmart is love to work at this oneGot my app in as we speak.

Nice friendly staff. Store could use a good cleaning and organizing schedule. Also, noticed that most things I was there to shop for and buy were just not available. Needs to be synced up with other stores in product availability, in my opinion.

Visited this place on 14FEB2020 to buy toys and vegetables. Purchased some toys for my kid.This shop opens 24 hours. We have spent around 90 minutes here. Kids easy Chairs not available to buy. Toys also ( mock kitchen etc..) not versatile. I can find few models only. Staff are customer friendly. I have also bought cup cakes and need to see how they will be?>>Visited again on 10JUL2020 to buy air purifier, Garbage bin, vegetables and fruits.Air purifier (270 Sq Ft range) i got 130$, a better price than Amazon.50 percent of customers not wearing face masks even COVID-19 effect is very high now a days.Walmart is very bad and failed to keep safer rules and environment to customers. They don’t insist to keep face masks. You need to learn from COSTCO management how to keep safer rules on customers. I scare and regret to come here..Don’t come here as you get 100 percent COVID-19.

The store was neat and not overly crowded with stock. I didn't see many associates to help with questions. They have a huge selection, and a lot of the items that can't be found in the smaller Walmarts are probably available here.

If you buy this brand of dog food here pay attention to the price!! It is normally around $2 per can but they have one single can marked at over $18 each. That price is the cost of an entire carton, not individually. I have brought this up to management twice now but they refuse to fix it. Even said no, we looked the price up and that’s what it is. I had to pull up a competitor’s page to show them the correct price and also show the verbiage on their own site that says it’s per carton, not individually marked. Since they refuse to fix it, beware.

This place. Smh. 50mins for a curbside order (my husbands) that consisted of motor oil. 2 items. If people complained in the parking lot about the wait they would rush in and grab their order instead of telling them others are first and wait your turn. The boys bringing stuff out were walking like they had nothing to do. Slow and easy. I will never use this service again. We were some of the first there and several left before us.I was there 30-40mins the time before that for an order and got home and had the littlest head of lettuce that I've ever seen. Palm of your hand size. I live 9 miles away so it's not convenient for me to just jump in the car and go back.I use self check and then get asked for a receipt at the door and I'm not participating in it. If you want to know if I paid for my items then hire more cashiers. Lots of items not stocked. It's changed a bunch in 10yrs.

As always my local Walmart is great! I'm there several times a week and see the same employees always working hard. This Walmart has the friendliest staff of any other Walmart I have. Been too. Clean and organized. Always stocked up. It seems a little higher on some things than other Walmarts but we are a small town. I don't mind.

There's obviously a major staffing issue at the store! Went Monday for grocery pick up after work. The closest spot was #32, way back in the regular parking section. So I leave and they call me 1 ½hrs later asking what spot I'm in and I tell her "at my house!" I told her I would come back the next day, well that was the wrong decision! Everyone from the regular Tues schedule grocery pickup PLUS those of us that came back from Monday. There had to be at least 60 cars there!! Totally unacceptable!! I told her I would back after 8pm... . So I decided Thurs to try Walmart+ and I'll do delivery. Well LOGAN didn't delivery all of my items, had at least 25 items missing. They couldn't see fit to answer the phone and 3 calls to 1-800-wal-mart, they had to refund my money. So today I placed another order, decide to give them another chance. Delivery should be at 9pm. Here it is 12am and still no groceries. I am so DONE with this incompetent store!! DO. NOT. DO. GROCERY. PICKUP!!!!

HORRIBLE pick up service! Don’t come here! I can’t for a pick up order and waited an hour and a half along with 17 other people. Nobody could check in and the staff were just walking around the parking lot putting totes away…I had three kids with me so it was a horrible experience. Other people physically had to get out to tell the staff they need their groceries and people waited for hours. We all waits just for them to tell us they are closing and to come back tomorrow.
