My husband and I used Uptown Grocery to service the arbor flowers, bridal bouquet, and cake for our wedding day. To start off, we were a little unimpressed by the lack of professionalism by the Uptown bakery. We had scheduled a cake tasting, and upon arrival the lady we had been scheduled to meet with was nowhere to be found. We explained the situation to a team member behind the counter, and she informed us that the lady had a cake emergency. So instead, she gave us a box of several flavors and icings to take home and try. Unfortunately, we had no idea which flavor was which, so we had to come back a second time to get another box of cake flavors that were labeled.The cake in and of itself tasted delicious. We got over 150 cupcakes, and a two-tiered lemon and chocolate wedding cake.The Uptown Florist did a wonderful job on our flowers, as they included all of the colors and flowers I wanted while remaining professional and communicative. It was definitely expensive but we were so amazed at the outcome! We will definitely be back to order another lemon cake for our one year anniversary! Thank you!

A little on the high side price was but they have great quality and a more upscale selection. There bakery is pretty good and the only place we found in Edmond that has cannolis.Their email specials are great and you sign up for them. Parking is a little tight so you need to be careful.

I usually shop at Crest as the location is more convenient and it's a bigger store but we do shop at this Uptown Grocery on occasions and I have to say I really like the selection. The flowers tend to be a decent price and the veggies are always fresh. I also love the architecture both inside and out. Beautiful store and kind staff.

A little on the upper dollar side but our go to local market. The store covers all the bases with a full selection of prepared goods in all categories. Plenty to choose from and a big selection of bakery items. The produce section is kept well stocked. You will find plenty of items here not found in your standard grocery store.

Very nice inside, wide open so you can view everything. Loved the flower section but boy are they expensive. I think this is the more expensive grocery store in the area that I've checked out. Just wanted to check it out and see what it was. Curiosity solved. Found a pretty bouquet of roses to end my shipping trip.

In general, I like this store. Great atmosphere that inspires me to purchase healthier, fresher options. All around good groceries!The purchase-by-weight, hot lunch deli section however…is overpriced for the quality of food.

Uptown is the store if you like Central Market! Fine selection of meats, fabulous deli (take home dinner), gorgeous floral, fabulous bakery cakes and much more! Note: no longer do they offer alcohol.

Their donuts are AMAZING. They have a ton of food you can come in and order ready-made by the pound. However, today some of it looked pretty dry. Their prices are definately higher than Crest or Walmart or sprouts. I would return for the donuts for sure. They also have a good deal on NOS but there were no purple ones.

Great grocery store but a bit on the expensive side. Nice bakery and sushi station. Lots and lots of variety.They have pre made salads and deviled eggs and pre made sandwiches.We go here on occasion but not every time.

We bought a vegetable tray on March 27 for $29.99. On the way to our party, I noticed the date on the tray was “Use by Feb 27 24”. We opened the tray to see how it smelled. It smelled awful. We took it back the next morning for a refund. On our way to the party, we stopped at Crest and bought the same size party tray for $14.99.

I bought two beef tenderloins either last weekend or the weekend before from Uptown during their meat sale- as well as other cuts. Anyhow, I pulled one out today and I noticed that there is no sticker stating that it’s been USDA approved. To my understanding, I thought that all beef had to be inspected/certified by the USDA and there’s usually a sticker. Without that sticker and with it saying it’s a product of Mexico.. well, I’m teetering on whether or not to consume it.

Probably the best overall grocery store in the area. Cost is at a premium, but they have a great selection of foods, flowers, pastry, and party supplies. Friendly staff. Catering is commendable. Quick serve meal selection is pretty large.Nice sitting area if you intend to stop for lunch or a break.Got my wife the largest eclair I have ever seen!

Staff here was amazing. Asked for help finding marshmallow fluff right before close on the day before a holiday. They didn't have any in the shelf, no worries. But an amazing manager tracked us down in the store and said they had some in the back that just came in and if we waited two minutes they could grab it for us. Just wow! Customer service 5 stars!

Picked up a bakery and floral order for a church event. The cookies were so good. I highly recommend the caramel pecan ones. And the floral arrangements were gorgeous.The registers could use some updating. It kept freezing up, didn't want to process the check and then locked up printing the receipt. All while the store was packed with people and long lines to check out.

This was our main grocery store when we moved to Edmond 6 months ago. We quickly learned that the variety of items is limited, forcing us to shop other stores. This is particularly a problem for ethnic items. Stocking is also a problem at times. They do not carry beer or wine.

Buyers beware! I tend to shop at Uptown Grocery Co. quite a bit. But today I picked up a couple of specials. Spring mix at $5.99, mandarin tangerines at 3.99. My first bad experience was the cashier told me I was wrong; the price was what came up on register, I went back and took a photo of price, still she had a reason why she would not honor price. Now to find a manager, instead a nice young man who was a front supervisor, he was willing help, but he made it sound as if he was doing me a favor honoring the price of 5.99, then the tangerines came up at 6.99, the sign said 3.99. Once again a problem, the supervisor said the tangerines were 5.99, I had to walk back and prove him wrong. The entire time the excuse is the store has no control on pricing. Now I had to find a Manager, with proof she gave me the tangerines free of charge. (By the way they were old and dry). No wonder they were trying to get rid of them!My point is it should be illegal to post a sign and not have it correct in the scanner.I feel as if Uptown Grocery Co. knows what they are doing and running a scam and ripping off unsuspecting shoppers.BUYER BEWARE.

Caleb , who works upfront is the greatest employee ever!!! So nice, and friendly while bagging my stuff every single time. Give him a raise!Edit. Caleb is amazing, the point still stands, however the company is a one star now and a negative star review if that was possible. Why? I accidentally swiped a wrong debit card while checking out. Asked for a refund and that was honored, however, it’s been almost 20 days since this refund was issued and it’s in limbo somewhere but I fear it’s due to the laziness of their payroll person. I’m very upset like extremely upset, like seeing red.Getting this money back has been like pulling teeth. Hopefully Guinness book of world records can see I broke the record for waiting the longest for a refund…most get posted 3-4 days after I might get mine maybe next month or never.Beware if you need a refund cuz it’s gonna be a long wait.

Enjoyed all the sales today! It would be nice to accommodate a larger area to return shopping carts in the parking linstead of having to return them to the store. I highly recommend those single men when they come in shopping smelling very nice in their coligne, to have a tip jar so they can go buy some more. I forgot what I came to do because of that fine young man smelling so nice. Lol

Went to the store to purchase shrimp and other sea food for new years. Store is open till 10 and at 7:20 they had almost emptied the meat counter. Then my wife asked the checker to see if they had more turnip greens in the back and he refused. One of the checkers just getting off told him how to check and he wasn’t interested. Where has there customer service gone. I used to love this store now every time I go I’m disappointed. So much for supporting a locally owned company
