This is my favorite Tractor supply even though there is one closer to my home I drive out of my way to come here. I always get good service. Last time I was here, Brittnie the cashier was pleasant to others checking out in front of me even when they were not so pleasant back. She was friendly and made my shopping experience nice.

It was a wonderful experience. I had to exchange a Christmas gift from my Son and it was so easy they just looked up his purchase on the computer and took that purchase and made the exchange. The girls were so helpful and polite and professional. Thanks tractor supply

During my shopping trip at Tractor Supply, I noticed that trailer jacks had a 40% off sign displayed in front of all the jacks. Curious about the discount, I approached an employee who promptly removed the sign. However, when I brought this up with the manager, Jon, they informed me that the discount only applied to certain jacks, despite the sign not specifying any limitations. This lack of clarity and refusal to honor the discount exemplifies poor customer service.

Good place to get bird food.Paws n Claws cat food is a huge flop. Feral cats won't eat it.Pedigree dog food with meat and cheese and bacon also a complete flop.Pet food these days...one must be extremely careful.

Will not ever do business here again. My husband and I went to the Edmond store and had them order a generator online to have shipped to their store for us to pick up. First of all we were notified on Friday it was ready for pickup then called and they said it wasn't there. Then we were notified on Sunday it was finally there and we called and it wasn't there yet. Finally on Monday it was delivered afyer i had to call several times between tractor supply and the shipping company before tractor supply finally found it on their dock where they were told to to look originally but tractor supply shipped the wrong generator with a completely different SKU # somehow . It was a propane generator not a gasoline-powered generator. We then told them it was the wrong one so they could get the correct one shipped out and then we were told they no longer provide that generator so we would have to pay additional money for a comparable generator because they could not get it from the vendor. Still to this day the generator we ordered and wanted shows available online for the exact same price available for purchase.... hmmm strange...After we noticed it was the wrong one at the store they just gave me the Customer Solutions phone number and the SKU number of the one I wanted and SKU number of the wrong one that was delivered and told me that I would have to deal with it myself for the replacement to be shipped to me which is horrible customer service if you ask me since i ordered it at their store. It wasn't my mistake, It was theirs. Now they are wanting to refund my money and have me buy one somewhere else or pay the difference to buy one comparable to the one I had ordered instead of just replacing it with the one i want since it still shows available to purchase online but yet customer service said its no longer available which makes no sense. Very disappointed and they need to get their tracking emails fixed as well since it said it was delivered 3 different times, receiving lady Jeanie was also very rude the 3 different times I called trying to locate the package. I had to call the delivery service and have them call the driver to verify it had in fact been delivered on Monday because Jeanie told me it hasn't been delivered when it was in fact delivered 3 hours before I had called her originally.. She was just too lazy to look for it. Worst experience I've ever had. They should just replace the one I ordered with a comparable generator for the same price for their errors. Don't offer an item on your website if it isn't available and then ship the wrong item since you don't have the one I ordered in the first place then basically tell me I'm out of luck and you'll just cancel my order after all of this hassle on my end due to your companys incompetence. You clearly dont care about your customers...very poor service all across the board. Epic fail on your part and we spend thousands of dollars here every year. We will be sure to take our business elsewhere and take all of our family and friends along with us!

so far every order i place for this store has been cancelled. got 3 in stock, cancelled. got 8 in stock cancelled. if you are so incompetent as to not know how to create a reliable inventory, then change management. if you honestly don't have it in stock then friggin order it and tell me when it will arrive. even when it does get shipped to store i have to pay a shipping fee. wth?

When you need farm or yard mechanical tools or parts for something this is the place to go. There is a traffic signal for exiting & entry. There is an ever expanding out side area where machines, trailers, fencing materials and kayaks are kept. The POS system works fast and well for non-tax sales.

It's becoming increasingly difficult to support retail establishments when the employees are obnoxious or rude.Amazon exists and offers free shipping and better dealsStopped in to pick up some stuff. After trying to find some help for about 10 minutes (it's a bit busy, grace given) the guy who was available told me I could pay for the stuff I needed from the back room up at the register, and he'd get to it when he'd get to it.Rude, but I asked for some clarification and an ETA. He just repeated himself rudely.I've got stuff to do today, no big loss for me I'll just support Amazon, save 50 bucks and a headache, and take 2 minutes to share the experience.

Went into this location today and was very disappointed by the horribly rude demeanor and lack of GURA demonstrated by April.Definitely wasn’t greeted. My needs weren’t uncovered, nothing was recommended and the way she snatched payment out of my hand you’d think she was in a hurry to do something more than just stand there and ring people up. My kid tried to talk to her about our chickens and April didn’t seem amused or even the least bit friendly.We get it. You hate your job, April. It’s very obvious. You made the choice to work there, might as well smile and attempt to meet your PLCC weekly goals. In fact, had you even asked me I would have let you plug my info in and sell me a high interest low benefit credit card.Maybe next time!

I visit this location regularly because you have the only dog food my pet can eat and tolerate, but every single time I have been to this location, I am never told thank you. Your staff needs training on how to treat every customer with respect and dignity. Dillon was the name on the cashier vest today, he seemed very bothered to check me out. He greeted every customer entering and leaving the building and the gentleman in front of me. But Dillon did not greet me or ask if I found everything I needed. He did not say thank you. This is not my first instance of discrimination in your store. If you deem this acceptable behavior I will find another dog food for my pet from another retailer.

Small but clean and staff was very attentive and helpful. There's no cart return in the parking lot so you have to bring the cart back into the store. Not a huge deal but if you have kids or a disability or something along those lines, you may want to park as close to the store as possible. I really think they should add a cart return though.

TSC.is great for all your pet needs. I had to come buy wet dog food because it is the best price n quality of the food.I don't live close but so come here for my dogs food. This store has everything. So I will continue to come to the store. Thank you.

I nicely asked for a specific item and was told to “look over there it should be around there somewhere” from one end of the store to all the way on the other side. What a joke! Your local tire shop fixing flats has better customer service and professionalism.

Needed propane for 3 bottles for grill, heater, etc. U-Haul was a joke. Slow service, told me they could but then said they didn’t have the equipment, sent me to another closed location, yada yada. Tractor Supply in and out and it was cheaper than U-Gaul to boot. Highly recommend this place.

Shawn met & greeted us in the store, asked if we needed assistance. He loaded bags of grain & checked us out so we didn’t have to wait in line. I’d just had surgery and was unable to lift, so very grateful for his thoughtfulness.

I have had my propane bottles filled at this store for the last four years. It has been difficult to get someone to come out and fill the bottles after checking in with customer service. Today I went to customer service and there were two employees at customer service. I told them I had two propane bottles that I needed to get filled. The person that appeared to be the manager told me he would be right out to fill them. I went out and waited for 25 minutes. I went back in and there was no one in customer service at all. I will no longer go to this store. Their customer service has always been below average and today it reached a new low. I got the message Tractor Supply. You do not want my business. I wont be back.

I really enjoy shopping here all the time. I take my time browsing each and every single shelve.Some of the prices are a little exaggerated compare to other feed store but overall this is what to expect from any large company.I buy most of feed from here because it's not too far from my house. I also buy deer corn from here which I crush using my homemade crusher which saves me a lot of money. One 40 lb bag is only $9. I feed it to my chickens and my rabbits which seem to like it.Other than the high prices, I don't see any other negative thing to say about this place. Mayter off fact the customer service is great.Please like and follow for more honest reviews.Thank you so much!

Cashier April had a very bad attitude and there was a line almost to the back of the store and the team lead was just walking around while there was one cashier and a line full of customers. Will not be returning.Very disappointing

Bought chicks online from their site. 2 arrived dead and a third died within the hour. When I went to check the replacement policy on their website, it says to check your online receipt. The online receipt has a link that just goes back to their online page. 1 big loop with no resolution. The other 7 chicks are doing good at least. They sent me an email asking for a review and to do a survey, which I did. The next email states that my review has been moderated and will not be displayed. Guess they don't want to hear the truth when it doesn't suit them. Would definetly be going elsewhere next time.

Our experience in ordering chicks was a disappointment. We ordered 10 full size Cochin pullets. 9 arrived alive, and one died within hours. That left 8 surviving. Of those 8, one is a Silkie; 3 are quite small (bantams) and one is a big chicken of a breed that is not a Cochin. That leaves us with 4 of what we ordered. 40% correct is an F. When I put that information in my TS review, they removed the review. Therefore I suggest that you cannot trust TS reviews.

My wife and I ordered a bunch of 16' cattle panels and t-posts recently. I expected to have to load them up ourselves, but some very helpful staff used a forklift and got all the panels and posts loaded up in no time! A welcome help on a very hot day. Thanks for excellent customer service!

Went to website to see if they had stock before driving over. 4 cellphone attempts, the website kept locking up, even after rebooting phone twice - with no other apps running and fully updated. Either your site dev doesn't know how to program for mobile android devices, or the site is hacked, or both. More than 50% of internet users are mobile. Get with the program.
