Love my local Sam's. Great selection with friendly staff for the most part. Would be a five-star rating. However, I've had some pretty negative interactions with a cashier named Tristan. They seem to go out of their way to make back handed compliments or ask passive-aggressive questions. I wouldn't even mention it. However, it's been a pretty consistent thing for the last several months. Everyone else is super kind and helpful.

Kudos to Sam's Club Assistant Manager Chris Carter and Optical Department Optician Ladis Mercado-Riviera's attention to detail and tenaciousness in dealing with Synchrony on my behalf. I had a $300+ refund coming and although complete documentation had been previously sent to them, they failed to post it to my account.Thank goodness for people who take ownership of their customers. Sam's is lucky to have them.

Everyone is nice and welcoming here, even the customers! It's not packed and inventory is always there in stock. Another plus is they don't tear apart your cart at the door as you're leaving like others will.

I recently purchased 1 Prime Beef Brisket and some other meats. Standing in line a woman With 2 little girls walked up to me and she said sir. My daughter has something she wants to tell you. I turned around and there's this little girl cute as a button. Really thick glasses. She looks up at me and says. I really want to thank you for all the presents that you gave me this year. I'd laugh but I had to contain that laughter within my myself. And I smiled at the little girl and I said well. You're very welcome and don't forget to take very good care of those gifterrible skiffs because by taking good care of your gifts. Then mom and dad. And I will be able to give you better things next year... I work professionally as a Santa Claus at Christmas time. So I have this long white beard that I get ruined. And I put a lot of effort into maintaining it. This little girl just made my day. Since my wife passed away last June. It was hard to be jolly this year but she made it seem so easy. The clerks at the register where I was checking out witnessed what I had done. And they wanted to know if I was Santa Claus. And I showed him a video of me and what I do and some of the other. People around I brought smiles to theirthat's never happened to me in public at any other place than the Edmond. Sam's club.

Staff encounters have been courteous and friendly at this location. Typical Sam's Club experience otherwise.Parking is sometimes a challenge and exiting onto access road is challenging as their isn't adequate traffic help; i.e. traffic signals but not Sam's fault.

Excellent customer service!! I purchased a large mirror that was difficult to fit in my vehicle. Tammy and Kaylee went above and beyond to help make it work. They were both so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable! Also, the mirror is amazing! Couldn’t be anymore satisfied with this shopping experience! Thank you!

Bought some microwavable sausage/eggs there with an expiration date >1 month away. Opened one with the idea of microwaving it right when I got home (see photo). It was covered with mold. Returned to this sam's club to find 3 people queued in front of the returns desk. Nobody was being helped. Waited around 20 minutes. Nobody helping. Gave up on returning the item. Can't wait an hour to return a $13. spoiled item. Non-existent service for customer returns.

We came here on a weekday morning, and the place was not too crowded. The place was clean. We were able to find what we needed. The bathroom was clean. We did not have any major problem during our visit.

Payed for tire rotation and balance, while at store wanted to get it done, 3 people in tire shop no vehicles there but couldn't do it because I didn't have an appointment,tires plus will do it without appointment,they will get my business next time.

I see I am not the only one being attacked by a pushy cashier who wants me to upgrade my account.The same cashier approaches us like a used car salesman and will not take no for an answer. We finally had to say, after 5 times telling her NO, just to leave us the hell alone and give us the receipt. This wasn't the first time, either. Getting real sick of the high pressure sales tactics, and having to be quite rude to get her to STOP! Love the store, hate this one cashier!

Sam’s has ABSOLUTELY RUINED a beautiful BIRTHDAY PARTY! You all made the birthday girl cry and needless to say we still have a half done untouched ugly cake! Management is horrible at handling customer service issues with the store. Kiera the rude “assistant manager” lied about being the store manager. She repeatedly claimed to be the store manager and refused our request to speak with the another store manager. She did not properly handle our issue with a bakery order that was extremely late and incorrect. There was absolutely no reason for this incompetence given that we placed the cake order in person and also confirmed for accuracy by phone. The cake ordered was one that was in the book and also online, however, it is not what was ready when we picked it up. Even 5 hours after the cake was suppose to be ready, it still was incorrect. I will attach pictures to show you what we asked for vs. what we got. We we’re told by the so called rude manager, Kierra, to deal with it and that they don’t have white flowers. She said she didn’t see anything wrong with the cake. When we asked for the store manager, she aggressively stated that she was the store manager. We asked her again and she stood her ground and repeated that she was in fact the store manager and the only manager and if we don’t like it, then she doesn’t care. I have never been so mad in my life. The cake was already late for the event and it was completely wrong! It wasn’t even assembled. I am livid! I will make sure that no one I know will ever purchase a cake from Sam’s. I will also post this on all social media platforms. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING NEEDED FOR AN EVENT! I have never been treated so rudely in my life especially with a place that you patronize. My family and I will go elsewhere from now on!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡The cake in Sam’s book that I ordered was white with white roses and shimmer.The cake they made was white and black with red large roses. 😡

For RECEIVING;You all need to get it together.There is ALWAYS an issue at this facility. This morning for an 8:30 am appointment- I'm told there is no one in Receiving to empty my trailer, and even if there were, there are no forklifts???This makes 4x (almost consecutively), there has been an issue with trying to get my truck unloaded.These shipments to this facility stay on the load board UNTOUCHED for a reason!!!!DRIVERS;If you have nothing but free time and willing to hear excuses why Sam's can't take your shipment or why the Receiving Team can't unload you, this is the place to accept a shipment.Drivers, although it is-Easy to get to-Well lit-and has clean premises, it's a nightmare in the mornings on weekends, and unorganized for shipments that deliver after 3 pm.Only one gentleman in Receiving seems to care, (but unfortunately, he isn't here today).Drivers, you'll know when he's working because your offload will be as smooth as butter!SAM'SAppreciate the truck drivers that deliver your goods in the same manner you expect your employees to perform a job to enhance your profit.The one star I'm leaving is because Google hasn't found a negative star system yet, but if they do...For the manager on duty that sent the uninformed employee that had to deliver the bad news that, although your sign says Receiving opens at 4 am but your store couldn't get their shipment off of my trailer, shame on you!The part that I gave someone in Receiving my paperwork and truck keys prior to my appointment, and Sam's WAS aware that I had arrived, a truce would have been made if management would have come out and let me know that Receiving just didn't have it together.Instead, I had to walk back inside, AFTER Sam's missed my scheduled offload, and ask what the problem was.THAT PART is what CONTINUES to make this location fail as "driver friendly" or respectful of the driver's time.

I spent $930.02 in this club last week, I'm going to think better about where spend my money, Costco is an excellent alternative.Bought one package of "fresh chicken" and it was putrid! I took a picture of it (see the attachment), removed the sticker, and put the chicken in the trash. Visiting this Sam's club I find 4 employees in the return desk, nobody helping or being amiable with the customers, just arguing about the policies to return fresh products. In their opinions, I needed the putrid item to get a refund, when I asked to speak with a Manager, she decided to issue a refund after 10 minutes of waiting. Well... I checked the Sam's policies and it says:For perishable items purchased in-club, you may request a replacement or refund at your club and are not required to return the item.Why these employees misunderstood the policies and invited me to put putrid chicken in my refrigerator and car because they want to check the contaminated food?

I'm giving this store five stars for the great customer service their employees provide to shoppers willing to spend their money in this large corporate environment. I would especially like to show gratitude and appreciation for this employee in the electronics department who seen an elderly man waiting in a long line to buy one item and pulled him away allowing him to check out faster in the electronics department. it is people like this to make the world a better place to live. Thank you!

I am SICK of going to this Sam’s Club and being pressured by the cashiers to upgrade or get a credit card (28% APR BY THE WAY, PER THE BROCHURE) every. Single. Time. I’ll say no and they’ll continue to ask me a few more times. And you can tell these cashiers are uncomfortable and being forced by theirs leaders, who are likely being forced by their leaders. It makes everyone uncomfortable. Stop badgering and pressuring your customers, especially after they’ve said no. No means NO, especially in 2023. LEAVE. US. ALONE. And let us CHECK OUT AND LEAVE IN PEACE.

Why aren't the gas pumps available to us members 24/7? Was not very happy last night after I got done running around doing errands and went 6 miles out of my way to get gas only to find that they close them at night. Good thing there was a Casey's right down the road. This place is crazy busy on the weekends and expect to stand in line for 5+ minutes for them to check your receipt on your way out of the building. I've never been during the weekday but I've been told it's usually much better time to go.

This Sam's Club is one of the better locations I'm the OKC metropolitan area. The employees are professional and provide good customer service. The club is well stocked with products. The rotisserie chickens have always been cooked to almost perfection. The food at the snack bar is better than most in the OKC metropolitan area.

I love this sams but Laura the red haired older lady cashier slams your food all over the place, crushes your food and doesn’t even put it in your cart either. She completely made the whole experience one for the books. Never been treated like this at this Sams before.

I love Sam's club. So much cheaper on a lot of things. I can also get lunch for$1.38. Can't beat that. Customer service is way better here than Walmart.

I went to the snack bar and my order was taken quickly and correctly by Tristan. Paige politely answered my questions about food options that are regularly available. Tashara serves my food with a smile. They exhibited great teamwork. I will be back.

Sam's Club in Edmond, OK review...I am furious with the way the cashier's try to shove upgraded membership down our throats. Despite saying no thank you repeatedly they will not ring up your order until you either agree to upgrade or get angry. This has been going on for months and I've had enough. This is the only location that refuses to accept no thank you. Retrain your employees please because you are driving away business. I will be taking my business to OKC and will seriously consider transferring back to Costco despite the cost if this hard sell tactic continues. You should not be trying to bully customers into giving you more money. Despite you telling me how much I am losing by not upgrading, I've reviewed the higher price point upgrade and no it doesn't benefit me so trust my ability to decide for myself and stop lying. I will be posting this review everywhere I can until this poor business practice stops.

Great experience with online ordering and curbside pickup. Made for a quick, easy shopping experience.We also love the in app purchase option - being able to scan items, pay and verify at the door... Super easy for grabbing just a couple quick items and skipping the lines.
